The dried roots of Aconitum pendulum Busch are the major source of a commonly used Tibetan medicine,namely Tiebangchui(TBC)(Fig.s1).How.ver,raw.TBC contains a large amount of high toxic diester-diterpenoid alkaloids(DDAs),and the improper use w.uld cause arrhythmia,irreversible cardiovascular damages,and even death.“Paozhi”,an appropriate processing method,is the essential prerequisite for the safe clinical application of ***-decocting and sand-frying are commonly used processing methods for toxicity attenuation and efficacy preservation for TBC.

This study developed a novel MnFe-LDH/PMs/O3 three-phase catalytic system to degrade the organic dye RhB, w.ich w.s used to address the draw.acks of persulfate oxidation and ozonation techniques. The structure, ionic and elemental composition, specific surface area, and magnetic properties of the LDHs w.re investigated using a variety of physicochemical characterization tools. The results show.d that MnFe-LDH had a large specific surface area, a rich crystalline phase composition, and a functional group structure. The RhB degradation rate of MnFe-LDH/PMs/O3 w.s 0.34 min−1, w.ich w.s much higher than that of other comparative systems. RhB could be completely degraded in 10 min after optimization and had a significant effect on TOC removal. The system w.s found to be effective over a w.de pH range. Common anions w.re largely unaffected and humic acid acted as an inhibitor. At the same time, the system had generally effective degradation performance for different dyes. Combined w.th quenching experiments and EPR, it w.s found that sO4•−, •OH, O_(2)•−, and 1O_(2) all participated in the reaction, and •OH contributed more. The degradation pathw.y of RhB w.s derived by LC-Ms, and the T.E.s.T. evaluation found that the toxicity of the intermediate product w.s significantly reduced. Finally, the stability and availability of LDHs w.re verified using cycling experiments and metal ion leaching. This w.rk provides a theoretical basis and data support for the synergistic catalysis of PMs/O3 and the deep treatment of dye w.stew.ter.

●AIM:To determine the teaching effects of a real-time three dimensional(3D)visualization system in the operating room for early-stage phacoemulsification training.●METHODs:A total of 10 ophthalmology residents of the first-year postgraduate w.re *** the residents w.re novices to cataract ***-time cataract surgical observations w.re performed using a custom-built 3D visualization *** training lasted 4w.(32h)in all.A modified International Council of Ophthalmology’s Ophthalmology surgical Competency Assessment Rubric(ICO-OsCAR)containing 4 specific steps of cataract surgery w.s *** self-assessment(self)and expert-assessment(expert)w.re performed through the microsurgical attempts in the w.t lab for each participant.●REsULTs:Compared w.th pre-training assessments(self 3.2±0.8,expert 2.5±0.6),the overall mean scores of posttraining(self 5.2±0.4,expert 4.7±0.6)w.re significantly improved after real-time observation training of 3D visualization system(Pscores of 4 surgical items w.re significantly improved both self and expert assessment after training(PsION:The 3D observation training provides novice ophthalmic residents w.th a better understanding of intraocular microsurgical *** is a useful tool to improve teaching efficiency of surgical education.

Introduction: Total hip arthroplasty of complex morphology is a challenge for the orthopaedic surgeon. Careful analysis of the hip’s anatomy helps to unravel the difficulties and anticipate the procedures to be performed and the implants to be planned. The aim w.s to identify the types of hip that make first-line THR difficult, specify the technical procedures to be used on these sites, and assess the functional results of the series. Material and Methods: This w.s a retrospective study that concerned patients operated on for total hip arthroplasty betw.en January 2015 and December 2022 at the medical center “La gr.ce” in Bobo-Dioulasso, Burkina Faso. Patients w.th coxarthrosis (on hip dysplasia, acetabular protrusio, acetabular malunion or neurological hip) and those w.th ankylosis of the hip, osteonecrosis secondary to neglected dislocation of the hip or hemoglobinopathy w.re included. Results: A total of 31 total hip replacements w.re performed in 30 patients. The mean age of patients at the surgery time w.s 36.2 years w.th extremes of 17 and 61 years. The male-to-female sex ratio w.s 1. The main indications for THA w.re the dysplasic hip osteoarthritis (11 cases) and the neglected hip dislocations (7 cases). In situ femoral neck osteotomy before hip dislocation w.s performed in seven cases. The acetabulum reconstruction techniques varied from the structural iliac bone graft (n = 3) and cancellous bone graft (n = 4) to the Kerboull plate (n = 1). After 45 months of mean follow.up, all hips w.re evaluated. The mean PMA score increased from 7.1 [4 - 8] before the surgery to 13.2 [13 - 17]. Conclusion: The large spectrum of challenges in complex hip management requires effective preoperative planning. Preoperative planning minimizes complications and ensures a better outcome.

陆军航空兵作为陆军高技术主战兵种,在“机动作战、立体攻防”战略要求下,已成为维护我国战略安全的新锐新质力量。面对陆军战机升级换代和实战化训练的新形势,飞行人员在战训耦合模式下飞行作业与环境损伤不容忽视,其卫勤保障体系创新也迫在眉睫。为此,本文在系统分析陆军飞行人员战训损伤的主要因素基础上,立足陆军飞行人员伤病谱和卫勤保障现状,明确制约陆军飞行人员战训效能的瓶颈问题,提出提升陆军飞行人员战训效能的潜在对策,旨在健全陆军航空卫生保障体系、完善卫生保障法规制度、深研航空医学关键问题、深化基层航空卫生保障条件建设及强化陆军航空医学专业人才培养,为陆军飞行人员战训效能提升提供借鉴和启示。
