Investigation of operation and degradation mechanisms in ZnTeSe blue quantum-dot light-emitting diodes by identifying recombination zone

ZnTeSe quantum dots(QDs),recognized as promising eco-friendly blue electroluminescent emitters,remain under-explored in light-emitting diode(LED)***,to elucidate the operation and degradation mechanisms of ZnTeSe blue QD-LEDs,stacked ZnTeSe QD layers with discernable luminescence are designed by varying Te doping concentrations,and the recombination zones(RZs)of the blue QD-LEDs are *** RZs are identified near the hole-transport layer(HTL),confirmed by angular-dependent electroluminescence measurements and optical *** addition,in order to investigate carrier dynamics in the process of recombination,the transient electroluminescence(tr-EL)signals of the dichromatic QD-LEDs are *** a result,it is inferred that the RZ initially formed near the electron-transport layer(ETL)due to the high injection barriers of ***,due to the fast electron mobility,the RZ shifts toward the HTL as the operating current *** the device lifetime tests,the RZ remains stationary while the photoluminescence(PL)corresponding to the RZ undergoes a substantial decrease,indicating that the degradation is accelerated by the concentrated *** this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the operational mechanisms of ZnTeSe blue QD-LEDs.

Advances in mobile technology make most people have their own mobile devices which contain various sensors such as a *** produce their own personal data or collect surrounding environment data with their mobile devices at every ***,a broad spectrum of studies on Participatory Sensing,the concept of extracting new knowledge from a mass of data sent by participants,are *** collection method is one of the base technologies for Participatory Sensing,so networking and data filtering techniques for collecting a large number of data are the most interested research *** this paper,we propose a data collection model in hybrid network for participatory *** proposed model classifies data into two types and decides networking form and data filtering method based on the data type to decrease loads on data center and improve transmission speed.

We investigate the effect of ion irradiation on MgB_(2) thin films with small grains of approximately 122 nm and 140 *** flux pinning by grain boundaries is insignificant in the pristine MgB_(2) films due to good inter-grain connectivity,but is significantly improved after 120-keV Mn-ion *** scaling behavior of the flux pinning force density for the ion-irradiated MgB_(2) thin films with nanoscale grains demonstrates the predominance of pinning by grain boundaries,in contrast to the single-crystalline MgB_(2) films where normal point pinning was dominant after low-energy ion *** results suggest that irradiation-induced defects can accumulate near the grain boundaries in metallic MgB_(2) superconductors.
