Introduction: Liver transplantation（LT） in children has undergone significant changes over the last years. Especially the use of split and living donor transplants even for infants has led to new challenges in pre-and post-operative care. Systemic inflammatory response syndromes（SIRS, sepsis） as well-known complications after LT have not yet been systematically examined in the pediatric population. Methods: We analyzed clinical data of 39 pediatric liver transplant recipients regarding potential risk factors for post-transplant SIRS and sepsis. Secondly, the prognostic impact of SIRS and sepsis on post-transplant clinical course, patient and transplant-survival has been analyzed. Results: 64% of patients developed either SIRS（n = 16, 41%） or sepsis（n = 9, 23%） within 30 days after transplantation. no pre-transplant risk factors for increased susceptibility for SIRS or sepsis could be identified. Secondary closure of the abdomen（p = 0.045） and secondary biliary reconstruction（p = 0.043） were associated with a higher incidence of sepsis and were associated with significantly prolonged mechanical ventilation times in the presence of sepsis（p = 0.001）. Patients with sepsis, but not SIRS, stayed significantly longer on PICU（p = 0.021） and suffered from higher mortality（n = 3 versus 0;p = 0.0006）. All deaths within 30 days of transplantation were due to septic multiorgan failure. neither early SIRS nor sepsis were associated with loss of transplant function. Conclusions: SIRS and sepsis are frequent events after pediatric liver transplantation. Sepsis increased length of PICU-stay and mortality significantly and prolonged duration of mechanical ventilation. Secondary biliary reconstruction and closure of the abdomen could be identified as potential risk factors for sepsis.

We report on the design and first results from experiments looking at the formation of radiative shocks on the Shenguang-Ⅱ(SG-Ⅱ) laser at the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics in ***-heating of a two-layer CH/CH-Br foil drives a～40 km/s shock inside a gas cell filled with argon at an initial pressure of 1 *** use of gas-cell targets with large(several millimetres) lateral and axial extent allows the shock to propagate freely without any wall interactions,and permits a large field of view to image single and colliding counter-propagating shocks with time-resolved,pointprojection X-ray backlighting(～20 μm source size,4.3 keV photon energy).Single shocks were imaged up to 100 ns after the onset of the laser drive,allowing to probe the growth of spatial nonuniformities in the shock *** results are compared with experiments looking at counter-propagating shocks,showing a symmetric drive that leads to a collision and stagnation from～40 ns *** present a preliminary comparison with numerical simulations with the radiation hydrodynamics code ARWEn,which provides expected plasma parameters for the design of future experiments in this facility.

Monte Carlo Si mulation of Damage Depth in Focused Ion Beam Milling Si_3n_4 Thin Film

The damage properties of Focused Ion Beam(FIB) milling Si3n4 thin film are investigated by the detailed analyzing images of nanoholes and simulation of Monte Carlo. The damage depth in the Si3n4 thin film for two different ion species(Gallium and Arsenic) under various parameters(ion energy, angle of incidence) are investigated by Monte Carlo method. The simulations show the damage depth increases with the increasing ion energy, the damage depth is dependent on the angle of incident ion, the curves of the damage depth for Ga ion and As ion at 30 keV nearly superpose, while the damage depth for Ga with 90 keV ion is more than that for As ion with the same energy.

To investigate the effect of manganese(Mn) on antioxidant status and expressions of heat shock proteins/factors in tissues of laying broiler breeders subjected to heat challenge,we used a completely randomized design(n = 6) with a factorial arrangement of 2 environmental temperatures(normal,21 ± 1℃ and high,32 ± 1℃) × 3 dietary Mn treatments[a Mn-unsupplemented basal diet(COn),or a basal diet supplemented with 120 mg Mn/kg diet as inorganic Mn sulfate(iMn) or organic Mn proteinate(oMn)].There were no interactions(P>0.10) between environmental temperature and dietary Mn in all of the measured *** temperature decreased(Pn content,and also tended(P = 0.07) to decrease copper zinc superoxide dismutase(CuZnSOD) activity in the liver and ***,an increased manganese superoxide dismutase(MnSOD) activity(Pnd a slight increase of malondialdehyde level(P = 0.06) were detected in breast ***-regulated(Pns of heat shock factor 1(HSF1) and HSF3 mRnA and heat shock protein 70(HSP70) mRnA and protein were found in all three *** breeders fed either iMn or oMn had higher tissue Mn content(PnSOD and CuZnSOD activities(Pnd breast muscle MnSOD protein levels(Pnd lower(PnA and protein levels than those fed *** breeders fed oMn had higher(Pne Mn content than those fed *** results indicate that high temperature decreases Mn retention and increase HSP70 and HSFs 1,3 expressions in tissues of laying broiler ***,dietary supplementation with Mn in either source may enhance heart antioxidant ability and inhibit the expression of HSP70 in breast ***,the organic Mn appears to be more available than inorganic Mn for bone in laying broiler breeders regardless of environmental temperatures.

目的探讨双胎输血综合征（TTTs）选择性胎儿镜激光凝固术（SFLP）前后供血胎儿和受血胎儿的心肌力学改变。方法2007年10月至2010年3月对25例’兀Ts孕妇行SFLP，手术前24h和手术后1周行胎儿超声心动图检查，并采集胎儿二维标准四腔心数字化图像，用速度矢量成像（VVI）软件分析心脏左室和右室长轴方向的心肌应变、收缩期应变率（SRs）和舒张期应变率（SRd）。结果与术前比较，SFLP术后，供血胎儿心胸比增大（分别为0．29±0．03、0．34±0．05，P〈0．01），卅现三尖瓣反流（7例）和心包积液（5例），心肌力学方面：左室和右室的心肌应变、SRs和SRd均明显减低[左室心肌应变：（-19．24±3．68）％、（-13．78±3．64）％，P〈0．01；左室SRs：（-2．28±0．53）、（-1．43±0．41）S～，P〈0．01；左室SRd：（1．67±0．43）、（1．15±0．70）s～，P〈0．01；右室心肌应变：（-20．20±3．19）％、（-16．10±3．07）％，P〈0．01；右室SRs：（-2．03±0．65）、（-1．72±0．38）s～，P〈0．05；右室SRd：（1．71±0．30）、（1．50±0．36）S～，P〈0．05]；而受血胎儿心胸比减小（分别为0．42±0．04、0．37±0．04，P〈0．01），左室和右室的心肌应变、SRs和SRd均明显升高[左室心肌应变：（-10．62±2．72）％、（-16．46±3．23）％，左室SRs：（-1．09±0．30）、（一1．60±0．31）S～，左室SRd：（0．99±0．34）、（1．53±0．32）S一，右室心肌应变：（一11．66±4．56）％、（一17．96±3．97）％，右室SRs：（一1．26±0．39）、（一1．74±0．45）S～，右室SRd：（1．15±0．49）、（1．63±0．44）S～；P〈均0．01]。结论SFLP术后短时间内（1周），受血胎儿的心功能明显得到改善，而供血胎儿心功能则减退。

Background:To evaluate the efficacy of manual mid-stromal dissection in stabilizing progressive ***:Surgeries were performed in 16 eyes of 14 patients with progressive *** eyes were examined before and at 1 day,1 week,1,3,6 and 12 months after surgery,and every 6 months ***(simK,Kmax and pachymetry),best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and subjective refraction were recorded up to the latest follow-up visit(mean follow-up time 6.6±2.4 years).Results:All surgeries were uneventful,and no postoperative complications *** values(n=15)stabilized in 6/11 eyes(55%)with a preoperative Kmax60 D showed continued *** 11/15 eyes(73%)pachymetry was *** with spectacles remained stable in 7/12 eyes(58%)and improved≥2 Snellen lines in 5/12 eyes(42%).BCVA with a contact lens remained stable in 4/9 eyes(44%),improved≥2 Snellen lines in 3/9 eyes(33%)and deteriorated in 2/9 eyes(22%).Conclusions:Manual mid-stromal dissection was effective in 50%of keratoconic corneas with Kmax valuesnd may be considered in cases ineligible for other interventions such as UV-crosslinking,stromal ring implantation or Bowman layer *** advantage of the procedure may be that the tissue is unaltered and that no synthetic or biological implant is required.

为探索黄瓜野生变种与普通栽培种的杂交一代在分枝数、产量、早熟性等主要性状方面的遗传相关趋势，选用了１３个黄瓜野生变种和２个栽培种为亲本进行试验，采用不完全ＮＣＤⅡ遗传设计，４次重复。结果表明，ＷＩ２８７０ ×ｈａｒｄｗｉｃｋｉｉ和ＷＩ２８７０ ×ｓｉｋｋｉｍｅｎｓｉｓ分别是Ｆ１代小区平均结果数最多和产量最高的杂交组合，它们的分枝数亦为最多。从遗传参数看，分枝数与始花日数、结果数、产量之间的遗传相关估计值都较高，分别为ｒ＝０．７７４１ ；０．７２９９ ；０．８５８０ 。分枝数与早熟性的遗传相关为极显著负相关，ｒ＝－０．７５４２。遗传力估计值以产量性状为最低（６０．５％），分枝数性状为最高（８６．１％）。分析结果适用于小果型黄瓜品种的育种。
