OBJEcTIVE:To investigate the effects of acupunc ture with dexamethasone(***)on allergic rhini tis(AR)by injecting dexamethasone into the Zusan li(sT 36)***:Thirty 6-week-old female BALB/c mice were sensitized on days 1,5,and 14 by intraperitoneal injection of 100 pg of ovalbumin(OVA).The mice were then randomly divided into six groups(n =5 in each group).Five groups were sensitized intranasally with 2μL of 1.5 mg of OVA for 10 consecutive days,while one group was sensitized intranasally with PBs in a similar manner as a negative control *** hour before each administration of intranasal OVA,two groups were orally administered either a control vehicle(distilled water;AR control group)or 200 pg/kg Dex(*** group),while three groups received *** at Zusanli(sT36)with Dex concentrations of 2,20,and 200μg/kg for each group,*** symptoms were evaluated by measuring the rubbing score,which comprised the number of nose,ear,and eye rubs that occurred in the initial 10 min after OVA intranasal provocation on the 10 th *** isolated spleen,serum,and nasal mucosal tissue after measuring the rubbing *** weight was measured using an electronic *** levels of IgE,thymic stromal lymphopoietin,tumor necrosis factor-a,intercellular adhesion molecule-1,and macrophage-inflammatory protein-2 in serum or nasal mucosal tissue were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** serum histamine levels of OVA-sensitized AR mice were measured using O-phthaldialdehyde *** blot analysis was performed on nasal mucosal tissue ***:*** significantly reduced the rubbing score,spleen weight,serum IgE,and serum histamine in OVA-sensitized *** significantly decreased the serum levels of inflammatory cytokines(thymic stromal lymphopoietin and tumor necrosis factor-a)in OVA-sensitized *** significantly reduced the nasal mucosal levels of inflammatory markers(intercellular adhesion molecule-l

以半胱氨酸为配体合成一种新型亚金配合物NH4Au（cys）2,对该配合物进行元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、热失重分析和导电性测量等理化性质研究;以该亚金配合物为金源开展相关的电镀金工艺探索,并通过四因素三水平的正交试验获得其最佳条件参数;采用扫描电子显微镜（sEM）和X线衍射（XRD）对镀金层的表面质量进行探讨。研究结果表明：该目标产物的分子式为NH4Au（cys）2·2H2O,该配合物中以半胱氨酸的巯基和金配位为成健特征,在170℃以下热稳定性较好,该亚金配合物是一个典型的离子化合物。在电流密度为200-300 A/m^2,p H为10.5-12.0,温度为35-45℃,金质量浓度为15-25 g/L的电镀工艺条件下,得到粒度为0.5-1.0μm的单质金,且主要沿着（111）面进行生长。

Promoter hypermethylation and loss of cD133 gene expression in colorectal cancers

AIM: To understand cD133 promoter hypermethyl-ation and expression in 32 colorectal cancer cell lines. METHODs: Nucleic acid was isolated from 32 colorectal cancer cell lines and cD133 expression levels were measured by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PcR) and real-time PcR. Promoter methylation status of the cD133 gene was analyzed with a methylation-specific PcR after sodium-bisulfi te modification and by clonal sequencing analysis. The correlation between expression and promoter methylation of cD133 gene was confirmed with treatment of 5-aza-2’-deoxycytidine. REsULTs: We measured cD133 expression levels in 32 colorectal cancer cell lines. RT-PcR analysis showed undetectable or low levels of cD133 expression in 34.4%of cell lines. To verify the relation between cD133 expression and methylation status of the cD133 gene promoter in colorectal carcinogenesis, cD133 gene promoter hypermethylation was analyzed in 32 cancer cell lines. Promoter hypermethylation was detected in 13 (40.6%) of the cell lines using methylation specificPcR and confirmed by bisulfite sequencing analysis. Treatment of 11 of the cell lines with the demethylation agent 5-aza-2’-deoxycytidine recovered cD133 expression in most of them. cONcLUsION: Transcriptional repression of cD133 is caused by promoter hypermethylation of the cD133 cpG islands in some of colorectal cancer cell lines. The study may contribute to the understanding of the role of cD133 inactivation in the progression of colorectal cancers.

Effect of ultrasound on reverse leakage current of silicon schottky barrier structure

The influence of ultrasonic loading on reverse current-voltage characteristics of Mo/n-n＋-si structures has been investigated. The research of leakage current variation has been carried out for various ultrasonic wave frequencies （4.1 and 8.4 MHz）, intensities （up to 0.8 W/cm2） and loading temperatures （130-330 K）. The observed reversible acoustically induced increase in reverse currents was as large as 60%. It has been found that dominant charge transfer mechanisms are the thermionic emission （at high temperature） and the phonon-assisted tunneling （at low temperature）. The ultrasound loading affects both processes due to the decrease of schottky barrier height and binding energy of the electron on the trap.

Pprimary breast lymphoma （PBL） is rare, accounting for 0.04%-0.50% of breast malignancies and 1.7% of extranodal lymphoma The originally descnibect diagnostic criteria for PBL2 remains the standard definition for this disease. These criteria are breast location as the clinical site of presentation, absence of history of previous lymphoma or evidence of widespread disease at diagnosis, close association of lymphoma with breast tissue in pathologic specimens, and involvement of ipsilateral lymph nodes if they develop simultaneously with PBL.

利用Northernblot方法分析了不同碳源条件下草菇切型纤维素酶基因(eg1)的表达.结果发现,在含有纤维素的液体培养基中生长10d,eg1在草菇菌丝中有高效表达;纤维二糖、α-乳糖、β-乳糖,也能诱导eg1的表达,但和纤维素相比,eg1的表达量相对较低,并且它们的诱导效应在加入这类糖12h后迅速减弱;槐糖和龙胆二糖的诱导作用非常弱.在天然稻草为基质的固体栽培料生长时,草菇eg1的表达和草菇菌丝生长与出菇相对应,在菌丝生长期(d8)可见eg1的表达,d12时菌丝已长满,表达减弱,在出菇及菇体的分化及增大期,eg1的表达量逐渐增强,在成熟期达到最高水平;表明在草菇菇体发育中需要更多碳源及能源的补充,eg1在这方面起着非常重要的作用.

108例创伤性动静脉瘘的介入诊疗分析

目的分析创伤性动静脉瘘(AVF)的临床特点、造影表现、造影技术及治疗方式的选择。方法回顾性分析纽约Kings county医疗中心25年间全部确诊的108例创伤性AVF的介入相关诊疗资料。分析内容包括患者外伤种类、临床表现、损伤部位、血管造影异常特征、AVF血流动力学特征(分5个类型)、治疗方式的选择等。结果 108例患者中共发现117处AVF,大多数患者临床特征不明确。创伤种类包括枪伤(导致72处AVF)、刺伤(24处)、钝性伤(8处)、高处坠落伤(3处)、医源性损伤(2处)。损伤部位常见于肢体(46例)、颈部(19例)、肝脏(13例)和锁骨下血管(11例)。所有病变均可见静脉早显,显示动脉横断52处,撕裂37处,49.6%的AVF与假性动脉瘤有关。最常见的血流特点是Ⅰ型,即瘘口所在的动脉近段和远段、静脉的近段和远段都显示,伴远侧段静脉瓣功能不全,共40处瘘(34.2%),其次是Ⅲ型22个(18.8%),Ⅴ型最不常见(4.3%)。34例接受手术治疗,61例栓塞治疗,7例临床观察。分别采用弹簧圈(47例)、明胶海绵(9例)、无水乙醇(3例)、可脱球囊(2例),其中弹簧圈效果理想、并发症少。6例采用覆膜支架效果好。结论血管造影是诊断创伤性AVF的金标准,造影时准确观察动脉损伤的性质,瘘口的解剖和血流特点及所有进入瘘口的动脉分支,对于选择治疗方式及保证介入治疗的成功完成至关重要。

Anticancer effects of oligomeric proanthocyanidins on human colorectal cancer cell line, sNU-c4

AIM: Oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPc), natural polyphenolic compounds found in plants, are known to have antioxidant and anti-cancer effects. We investigated whether the anti-cancer effects of the OPc are induced by apoptosis on human colorectal cancer cell line, ***: colorectal cancer cell line, sNU-c4 was cultured in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum. The cytotoxic effect of OPc was assessed by 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenylt-etrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. To find out the apoptotic cell death, 4, 6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining,terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT)-mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) assay, reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction (RT-PcR), and caspase-3 enzyme assay were ***: In this study, cytotoxic effect of OPc on sNUc4 cells appeared in a dose-dependent manner. OPc treatment (100 μg/mL) revealed typical morphological apoptotic features. Additionally OPc treatment (100 μg/mL)increased level of BAX and cAsPAsE-3, and decreased level of BcL-2 mRNA expression. caspase-3 enzyme activity was also significantly increased by treatment of OPc (100 μg/mL) compared with ***: These data indicate that OPc caused cell death by apoptosis through caspase pathways on human colorectal cancer cell line, sNU-c4.
