The FAST All Sky HI survey(FASHI)was designed to cover the entire sky observable by the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST),spanning approximately 22000 square degrees of declination between-14°and+66°,and in the frequency range of 1050-1450 MHz,with the expectation of eventually detecting more than 100000 HI *** August 2020 and June 2023,FASHI had covered more than 7600 square degrees,which is approximately 35%of the total sky observable by *** has a median detection sensitivity of around 0.76 m Jy beam-1and a spectral line velocity resolution of~6.4 km s-1at a frequency of~1.4 *** of now,a total of 41741 extragalactic HI sources have been detected in the frequency range 1305.5-1419.5 MHz,corresponding to a redshift limit of z■*** cross-matching FASHI sources with the Siena Galaxy Atlas(SGA)and the Sloan Digital Sky Survey(SDSS)catalogs,we found that 16972(40.7%)sources have spectroscopic redshifts and 10975(26.3%)sources have only photometric *** of the remaining 13794(33.0%)HI sources are located in the direction of the Galactic plane,making their optical counterparts difficult to identify due to high extinction or high contamination of Galactic stellar *** on current survey results,the FASHI survey is an unprecedented blind extragalactic H I *** has higher spectral and spatial resolution and broader coverage than the Arecibo Legacy Fast ALFA Survey(ALFALFA).When completed,FASHI will provide the largest extragalactic HI catalog and an objective view of HI content and large-scale structure in the local universe.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)causes multi-organ damage,which includes hepatic dysfunction,as observed in over 50%of COVID-19 *** I converting enzyme(peptidyl-dipeptidase A)2(ACE2)is the primary receptor for SARS-CoV-2 entry into host cells,and studies have shown the presence of intracellular virus particles in human hepatocytes that express ACE2,but at extremely low ***,we asked if hepatocytes might express receptors other than ACE2 capable of promoting the entry of SARS-CoV-2 into *** address this question,we performed a genome-wide CRISPR-Cas9 activation library screening and found that Asialoglycoprotein receptor 1(ASGR1)promoted SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus infection of HeLa *** Huh-7 cells,simultaneous knockout of ACE2 and ASGR1 prevented SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus *** the immortalized THLE-2 hepatocyte cell line and primary hepatic parenchymal cells,both of which barely expressed ACE2,SARSCoV-2 pseudovirus could successfully establish an ***,after treatment with ASGR1 antibody or siRNA targeting ASGR1,the infection rate significantly dropped,suggesting that SARS-CoV-2 pseudovirus infects hepatic parenchymal cells mainly through an ASGR1-dependent *** confirmed that ASGR1 could interact with Spike protein,which depends on receptor binding domain(RBD)and N-terminal domain(NTD).Finally,we also used Immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy to verify that SARS-CoV-2 could infect primary hepatic parenchymal *** inhibiting ASGR1 in primary hepatic parenchymal cells by siRNA,the infection efficiency of the live virus decreased ***,these findings indicate that ASGR1 is a candidate receptor for SARS-CoV-2 that promotes infection of hepatic parenchymal cells.

为快速准确地建立开关磁阻电机模型,提高模型预测控制性能,该文提出一种基于快速傅里叶建模方法的模型预测控制策略。一方面采用傅里叶级数对磁链和转矩特性进行解析建模,并推导转矩预测模型;另一方面结合分扇区的思想控制电机换相进而简化代价函数,并在每个扇区内只设计两个预选电压矢量,有效减小了预测控制的计算负担。另外,扇区的位置和宽度可根据转速和负载的变化而变化,增强了算法的适用性。仿真和实验与传统的模型预测控制方法进行对比,并考虑到低、高速以及转速和负载突变的不同工况,结果表明所提算法的转矩脉动更低,转矩电流比更高。

Development and Validation of a Carbohydrate Metabolism-Related Model for Predicting Prognosis and Immune Landscape in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients

Objective The activities and products of carbohydrate metabolism are involved in key processes of ***,its relationship with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is *** The cancer genome atlas(TCGA)-HCC and ICGC-LIRI-JP datasets were acquired via public *** expressed genes(DEGs)between HCC and control samples in the TCGA-HCC dataset were identified and overlapped with 355 carbohydrate metabolism-related genes(CRGs)to obtain differentially expressed CRGs(DE-CRGs).Then,univariate Cox and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)analyses were applied to identify risk model genes,and HCC samples were divided into high/low-risk groups according to the median risk ***,gene set enrichment analysis(GSEA)was performed on the risk model *** sensitivity of the risk model to immunotherapy and chemotherapy was also *** A total of 8 risk model genes,namely,G6PD,PFKFB4,ACAT1,ALDH2,ACYP1,OGDHL,ACADS,and TKTL1,were ***,the risk score,cancer status,age,and pathologic T stage were strongly associated with the prognosis of HCC *** the stromal score and immune score had significant negative/positive correlations with the risk score,reflecting the important role of the risk model in immunotherapy ***,the stromal and immune scores had significant negative/positive correlations with risk scores,reflecting the important role of the risk model in immunotherapy ***,we found that high-/low-risk patients were more sensitive to 102 drugs,suggesting that the risk model exhibited sensitivity to chemotherapy *** results of the experiments in HCC tissue samples validated the expression of the risk model *** Through bioinformatic analysis,we constructed a carbohydrate metabolism-related risk model for HCC,contributing to the prognosis prediction and treatment of HCC patients.

Background:Gallbladder cancer(GBC)was once considered a contraindication for laparoscopic surgery,but it is becoming more common to use laparoscopic surgery for GBC *** aim of this study was to analyze the long-and short-term outcomes of patients with more advanced T-staged GBC treated with curative intent as defined by the National Comprehensive Cancer Network(NCCN)after laparoscopic resection(LR)versus open resection(OR).Methods:A multicenter database was used to select consecutive GBC patients treated with curative-intent resection as defined by the NCCN between 2.1. and *** patients were divided into the LR group and the OR *** score matching(PSM)was used to eliminate selection *** endpoints were overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),and short-term *** factors that were independently associated with OS and PFS were ***:Of 626 GBC patients treated with curative-intent resection,after PSM,51 patients were in the LR group and 153 patients were in the OR *** LR group had more patients who were suitable to receive adjuvant chemotherapy(AC),a longer operation time,more harvested lymph nodes,and a lower overall morbidity *** rates of OS and PFS were not significantly different between the two *** was independently associated with better OS and ***:The overall morbidity of GBC patients after LR was lower,but the long-term outcomes between LR and OR were not significantly *** GBC patients treated with LR were more likely to receive AC,and the use of AC after curative-intent resection of GBC helped achieve better long-term survival outcomes.
