Robots are finding increasing application in aircraft composite structure assembly due to their flexibility and the growing demand of aircraft manufacturers for high production *** contact force of the composite frame in a robotic assembly of the aircraft composite fuselage panel can hardly be controlled due to the multi-surface variable contact stiffness caused by compliance and complex shape with multiple mating *** paper proposes a robotic assembly system for the aircraft composite fuselage frame with a compliant contact force control strategy using the Gaussian process surrogate ***,a robotic assembly system is introduced,and the global coordinate system transformation model is ***,a compliant force control architecture is designed to generate the desired output ***,a Gaussian process surrogate model with uncertainties is utilized to model the complicated relationship between the robot’s output force and the normal contact force acting on the mating surface of the composite ***,an optimal contact force control strategy is implemented to improve the contact ***,an experiment demonstrates that the proposed methodology can ensure that the contact force on each surface is within the limit of the engineering specification and uniformly distributed,improving the quality compared to the traditional assembly process.

Quantification of the impact of winter wheat irrigation on the climate and the occurrence of extreme climatic events over North China is crucial for regional adaptation *** related studies mainly focused on the impact on surface processes;however,few focused on the effects of extreme events using high-resolution nonhydrostatic regional climate ***,the 9-km-resolution nonhydrostatic RegCM4.7 was coupled with a crop irrigation scheme and an updated winter wheat irrigation dataset to better simulate irrigation *** experiments were conducted with and without winter wheat irrigation to isolate the effects of *** showed that irrigation simulation reduces the model biases in temperature,precipitation,latent heat flux,soil moisture,sensitive heat flux,and top-layer soil ***,it also reduces the bias and increases the correlation with observations obtained in irrigated areas,especially in summer,indicating better representation of irrigation *** wheat irrigation tends to cause substantial cooling of the local surface maximum,minimum,and mean air temperatures(by-1.68,-0.34,and-0.79℃,respectively)over irrigated areas of North China,with the largest changes observed in relation to maximum ***,precipitation is found to increase during spring and summer,which is strongly related to water vapor transport in the lower levels of the *** analyses indicated that the number of annual mean hot days decrease(-13.9 d),whereas the number of both comfort days(+10.2 d)and rainy days(days with total precipitation greater than 1 mm:+6.6 d)increase over irrigated areas,demonstrating beneficial feedback to human perception and ***,although the heat wave risk increases(number of annual mean heat wave days:+5.8 d),the impact is limited to small areas within irrigated ***,no notable change was found in terms of heavy rainfall events and precipitation intensity

Performance evaluation of new epoxy resin-based composite phase change materials and their asphalt mixture

In recent years,the temperature-adjusted asphalt pavement has been an extensive concern by scholars in various countries,and this pavement can reduce temperaturerelated *** this study,the shaped composite phase change materials(CPCMs)were successfully synthesized by two processes,which are vacuum impregnation and epoxy ***,the applicability of CPCMs in asphalt mixtures was evaluated by microscopic characterization,chemical compatibility,thermal properties,durability,and leakage ***,CPCMs were applied to the asphalt mixture to evaluate its temperatureadjusted characteristics and pavement ***,the performance of the temperature-adjusted asphalt mixture was analyzed by integrating all *** research shows that the prepared CPCMs have excellent thermal properties and durability,the phase transition temperature is 48.93℃,and the phase transition enthalpy is 106.5 J/g,which fully meets the requirements for use in *** temperature-adjusted asphalt mixture could alleviate the occurrence of extreme temperature,which was 4.9℃lower than the conventional *** pavement performance of the temperatureadjusted asphalt mixture can meet the specified standards for humid *** the factors,the recommended amount of CPCMs is 1.5%.The research results provide a basis for the promotion of temperature-adjusted asphalt pavement and effectively support the development of pavement engineering technology.

Meeting the continuous glucose monitoring requirements of individuals necessitates the research and development of sensors with high sensitivity and *** this study,a straightforward strategy was proposed for synthesizing ultra-thin oxygen-rich graphitized carbon nanosheets(denoted as GCS-O).These nanosheets are obtained by calcining a topologically two-dimensional indium-based coordination ***,the growth of FeNi Prussian blue analogue(PBA)on GCS-O effectively introduces active sites and increases the nitrogen content within the carbonaceous *** resulting FeNi-PBA/GCS-O composite exhibits excellent glucose sensing performance with a broad linear range of 1 to 1300μmol·L^(-1).Meanwhile,it also achieves a high sensitivity of 2496μA·mmol^(-1)·L·cm^(-2),a limit of detection of 100nmol·L^(-1)(S/N=3),and commendable long-term *** relatively simple synthesis process,exceptional sensitivity,and satisfactory electrochemical sensing performance of FeNi-PBA/GCS-O open up new directions for biosensor applications.

In this work,a new methodology is presented to mainly solve the fluid–solid interaction(FSI)*** methodology combines the advantages of the Newmark precise integral method(NPIM)and the dual neural network(DNN)*** NPIM is employed to modify the exponential matrix and loading vector based on the DNN integral *** involves incorporating the basic assumption of the Newmark-βmethod into the dynamic equation and eliminating the acceleration term from the dynamic equilibrium *** a result,the equation is reduced to a first-order linear equation ***,the PIM is applied to integrate the system step by step within the *** DNN method is adopted to solve the inhomogeneous term through fitting the integrand and the original function with a pair of neural networks,and the integral term is solved using the Newton–Leibniz *** examples demonstrate that the proposed methodology significantly improves computing efficiency and provides sufficient precision compared to the DNN *** is particularly evident when analyzing large-scale structures under blast loading conditions.

Based on a thermodynamic study of 5 wt.%Si high-silicon austenitic stainless steel(SS-5Si)smelting using CaF_(2)-CaO-Al_(2)0_(3)-Mg-Si0_(2) slag to obtain a low oxygen content of less than 10×10^(-4) wt.%,a kinetic mass transfer model for deep deoxidation was established through laboratory studies,and the effects of slag components and temperature on deoxidation during the slag-steel reaction process of sS-5Si were systematically *** experimental data verified the accuracy of the model *** results showed that the final oxygen content in the steel at 1873 K was mainly controlled by the oxygen content derived from the activity of SiO_(2) regulated by the[Si]-[O]equilibrium reaction in the slag system;in particular,when the slag basicity R(R=w(CaO)/w(SiO2),where w(CaO)and w(SiO_(2))are the contents of CaO and SiO_(2) in the slag,respectively)is 3,the Al2O3 content in the slag needs to be less than 2.7%.The mass transfer rate equation for the kinetics of the deoxidation reaction revealed that the mass transfer of oxygen in the liquid metal is the rate-controlling step under different slag conditions at 1873 K,and the oxygen transfer coefficient ko.m increases with increasing the slag basicity from 4.0×10^(-6)m s^(-1)(R=1)to 4.3×10^(-5) m s^(-1)(R=3).ko.m values at R=2 and R=3 are almost the same,indicating that high slag basicity has little *** integral of the mass transfer rate equation for the deoxidation reaction of SS-5Si under different slag conditions is *** total oxygen content of the molten steel decreases with increasing basicity from an initial content of 22×10^(-4) to 3.2×10^(-4) wt.%(R=3),consistent with the change in ko.m with slag *** R=2,the slag-steel reaction takes 15 min to reach equilibrium(w[O]=5.5×10^(-4) wt.%),whereas at R=3,the slag-steel reaction takes 30 min to reach equilibrium(w[0]=3.2×10^(-4) wt.%).Considering the depth of deoxidation and reaction time of SS-5Si smelting,it is recommended the slag b

Various land use and land cover(LULC)products have been produced over the past decade with the development of remote sensing *** the differences in LULC classification schemes,there is a lack of research on assessing the accuracy of their application to croplands in a unified ***,this study evaluated the spatial and area accuracies of cropland classification for four commonly used global LULC products(i.e.,MCD12Q1V6,GlobCover2009,FROM-GLC and GlobeLand30)based on the harmonised FAO criterion,and quantified the relationships between four factors(i.e.,slope,elevation,field size and crop system)and cropland classification *** validation results indicated that MCD12Q1 and GlobeLand30 performed well in cropland classification regarding spatial consistency,with overall accuracies of 94.90 and 93.52%,*** FROMGLC showed the worst performance,with an overall accuracy of 83.17%.Overlaying the cropland generated by the four global LULC products,we found the proportions of complete agreement and disagreement were 15.51 and 44.72% for the cropland classification,*** consistency was mainly observed in the Northeast China Plain,the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain and the northern part of the Middle-lower Yangtze Plain,*** contrast,low consistency was detected primarily on the eastern edge of the northern and semiarid region,the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau and southern *** size was the most important factor for mapping *** area accuracy,compared with China Statistical Yearbook data at the provincial scale,the accuracies of different products in descending order were:GlobeLand30,FROM-GLC,MCD12Q1,and *** cropland classification schemes mainly caused large area deviations among the four products,and they also resulted in the different ranks of spatial accuracy and area accuracy among the four *** results can provide valuable suggestions for selecting cropland products at the national or provinc

The early diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease(PD)provides opportunities for early intervention to slow the progression of neurological degeneration in patients,particularly as the aging population increases in our *** a series of pathological features of PD,mitochondria abnormalities have been identified as central event that occurs at the early stage of ***,the method for detecting mitochondrial abnormalities-associated early PD has not been fully *** herein report a specifically mitochondrial targeting probe(named TPA-BT-SCP)that is able to characterize mitochondria abnormalities for early diagnosis of PD and monitor PD neurodegenerative *** probe is an aggregation-induced emission(AIE)probe with a strong positive charge,a 3D distorted molecular structure,and a separated HOMO-LUMO distribution,designed with unique molecular design *** research demonstrated that TPA-BT-SCP could emit stable and strong fluorescence,and rapidly accumulate in mitochondria due to the negative *** intranasal administration of 1-methy-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine(MPTP)-induced PD mice,TPA-BT-SCP successfully bypassed the blood−brain barrier to light up the brain,allowing the grading of PD severity based on its high *** together,this work develops a novel AIE probe that exhibits dramatically high sensitivity to mitochondrial changes and enables noninvasive diagnosis of early PD in the brain.
