Background Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder （ADHD） is one of the most common mental disorders during childhood, characterized by the core symptoms of hyperactivity, impulsivity and inattention and puts great burden on children themselves, their families and the society. Osmotic release oral system methylphenidate （OROS-MPH） is a once-daily controlled-release formulation developed to overcome some of the limitations associated with immediate-release methylphenidate （IR-MPH）. It has been marketed in China since 2005 but still lacks data from large-sample clinical trials on efficacy and safety profiles. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of OROS-MPH in children aged 6 to 16 years with ADHD under naturalistic clinical setting. Methods This 6-week, multi-center, prospective, open-label study enrolled 1447 ADHD children to once-daily OROS-MPH （18 mg, 36 mg or 54 mg） treatment. The effectiveness measures were parent-rated Inattention and Overactivity With Aggression （IOWA） Conners I/O and O/D subscales, physician-rated CGI-I and parent-rated global efficacy assessment scale. Blood pressure, pulse rate measurement, adverse events （AEs） and concomitant medications and treatment review were conducted by the investigator and were served as safety measures. Results A total of 1447 children with ADHD （mean age （9.52＋_2.36） years） were enrolled in this trial. Totally 96.8% children received an OROS-MPH modal dose of 18 mg, 3.1% with 36 mg and 0.1% with 54 mg at the endpoint of study. The parent IOWA Conners I/O score at the end of week 2 showed statistically significant （P 〈0.001） improvement with OROS-MPH （mean： 6.95±2..71） versus the score at baseline （10.45±2.72）. The change in the parent IOWA Conners O/D subscale, CGI-I and parent-rated global efficacy assessment scale also supported the superior efficacy for OROS-MPH treatment. BACKGROUND Blonanserin(BNS)is a well-tolerated and effective drug for treating *** To investigate which types of patients would obtain the most benefit from BNS *** A total of 3306 participants were evaluated in a 12-week,prospective,multicenter,open-label post-marketing surveillance study of *** psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)scores were calculated to evaluate the effectiveness of BNS,and its safety was assessed with the incidence of adverse drug *** regression was used to screen the influencing factors for the reduction of BPRS total score,and logistic regression was used to identify patients with a better response to *** The baseline BPRS total score(48.8±15.03)decreased to 27.7±10.08 at 12 weeks(P<0.001).Extrapyramidal symptoms(14.6%)were found to be the most frequent adverse drug *** acute phase,baseline BPRS total score,current episode duration,number of previous episodes,dose of concomitant antipsychotics,and number of types of sedative-hypnotic agents were found to be independent factors affecting the reduction of BPRS total score after treatment ***,patients in the acute phase with baseline BPRS total score≥45,current episode duration<3 months,and≤3 previous episodes derived greater benefit from 12-week treatment with *** Patients in the acute phase with more severe symptoms,shorter current episode duration,fewer previous episodes,and a lower psychotropic drug load derived the greatest benefit from treatment with BNS.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of centralized culture and possible influencing ***:From January 2010 to July 2012,66452 patients with suspected Helicobacter pylori(***) infection from 26 hospitals in Zhejiang and jiangsu Provinces in China underwent gastrointestinal *** mucosal biopsies were taken from the antrum for *** biopsies were transported under natural environmental temperature to the central laboratory in Hangzhou city and divided into three groups based on their transport time:5,24 and 48 *** culture results were reported after 72 h and the positive culture rates were analyzed by a χ2 *** additional 5736 biopsies from ***-positive patients(5646 rapid urease test-positive and 90 14C-urease breath test-positive) were also cultured for quality control in the central laboratory ***:The positive culture rate was 31.66%(21036/66452) for the patient samples and 71.72%(4114/5736) for the ***-positive quality control *** the 5 h transport group,the positiveculture rate was 30.99%(3865/12471),and 32.84%(14960/45553) in the 24 h transport *** contrast,the positive culture rate declined significantly in the 48 h transport group(26.25%; P < 0.001).During transportation,the average natural temperature increased from 4.67 to 29.14℃,while the positive culture rate declined from 36.67%(1462/3987) to 24.12%(1799/7459).When the temperature exceeded 24℃,the positive culture rate decreased significantly,especially in the 48 h transport group(23.17%).CONCLUSION:Transportation of specimens within 24 h and below 24℃ is reasonable and acceptable for centralized culture of multicenter *** samples.

目的探讨急性实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎（EAE）模型的MRI表现及其病理基础。方法用豚鼠全脑脊髓匀浆诱导EAE大鼠模型（6只），观察其体重变化和临床表现，同时设对照组（6只）。在EAE大鼠发病后进行MR常规扫描、钆剂增强扫描，并静脉使用超小超顺磁性氧化铁（USPIO），24h后行USPIO增强扫描，扫描完毕立即处死大鼠取脑，行脑组织切片的HE染色、髓鞘染色和普鲁士蓝染色。观察MRI和病理检肖的异常所见，并进行对照。结果EAE大鼠组在诱导后第8～9天开始体重下降，在第10～11天出现临床症状。MR常规扫描未见明确异常，钆剂增强后仅见脑膜弥漫增厚及增强，USPIO增强扫描可见T2WI上延髓实质内大片低信号区，T1WI可见对应部位的高信号。梯度回波T2 ＊^WI比T2WI显示住脯十病灶以外的小脑白质内低信号。临床评分高的大鼠其低信号范围也较大。对照组大鼠未见异常。病理检查发现发病大鼠脑白质内散在血管套袖，部分伴相邻区域的脱髓鞘改变。普鲁士蓝染色发现病灶内臣噬细胞胞质内有蓝染颗粒，沉积部位与T2WI上低信号对应。结论USPIO增强MRI可以揭示常规MRI和钆剂增强成像未能显示的急性EAE病变，活体显示EAE病灶内巨噬细胞的分布，具有重要的研究价值和应用前景。

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

Primary health care(PHC)is the most effective way to improve people’s health and well-being,and primary care services should act as the cornerstone of a resilient health system and the foundation of universal health *** promote high quality development of PHC,an International Symposium on Quality Primary Health Care Development was held on December 4-5,2023 in Beijing,China,and the participants have proposed and advocated the Beijing Initiative on Quality Primary Health Care *** Beijing Initiative calls on all countries to carry out and strengthen 11 actions:fulfill political commitment and accountability;achieve“health in all policies”through multisectoral coordination;establish sustainable financing;empower communities and individuals;provide community-based integrated care;promote the connection and integration of health services and social services through good governance;enhance training,allocation and motivation of health workforce,and medical education;expand application of traditional and alternative medicine for disease prevention and illness healing;empower PHC with digital technology;ensure access to medicinal products and appropriate technologies;and last,strengthen global partnership and international health *** Initiative will enrich the content of quality development of PHC,build consensus,and put forward policies for quality development of PHC in China in the new era,which are expected to make contributions in accelerating global actions.

Hot dry rock(HDR)is a kind of clean energy with significant *** the 1970s,the United States,Japan,France,Australia,and other countries have attempted to conduct several HDR development research projects to extract thermal energy by breaking through key ***,up to now,the development of HDR is still in the research,development,and demonstration *** HDR exploration borehole(with 236℃ at a depth of 3705 m)was drilled into Triassic granite in the Gonghe Basin in northwest China in ***,China Geological Survey(CGS)launched the HDR resources exploration and production demonstration project in *** three years of efforts,a sequence of significant technological breakthroughs have been made,including the genetic model of deep heat sources,directional drilling and well completion in high-temperature hard rock,large-scale reservoir stimulation,reservoir characterization,and productivity evaluation,reservoir connectivity and flow circulation,efficient thermoelectric conversion,monitoring,and geological risk assessment,*** the whole-process technological system for HDR exploration and production has been preliminarily established *** first power generation test was completed in November *** results of this project will provide scientific support for HDR development and utilization in the future.

目的探讨磁共振对比剂超小超顺磁性氧化铁粒子(USPIO)增强磁共振(MR)检出实验性变态反应性脑脊髓炎(EAE)动物模型病变的敏感性及其增强病灶的磁化传递率(MTR)的变化。方法11只EAE组大鼠及10只对照组大鼠行常规T1加权像、T2加权像、三维T1磁化传递、三维T1非磁化传递、钆对比剂(钆喷酸葡胺注射液)增强T1加权像及USPIO增强T2加权像扫描。计算USPIO及钆增强检出EAE病变的敏感性、EAE组大鼠第1次出现US-PIO异常强化的区域及前一次扫描相应区域的MTR。大鼠脑组织行HE及髓鞘染色。结果钆对比剂增强扫描未发现EAE大鼠脑内异常对比增强灶,USPIO增强扫描显示11只大鼠脑内均有异常沉积。EAE组大鼠USPIO异常强化区的MTR值与出现强化前同一区域的MTR值相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。USPIO强化区可见炎细胞浸润及脱髓鞘改变,对照组大鼠MR平扫及增强扫描无阳性显示。结论USPIO增强MR检出EAE病变的敏感性高。与USPIO增强扫描相结合,磁化传递成像能够提示EAE病变的性质。

目的:探讨内异方对实验性大鼠子宫内膜异位灶组织转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的mRNA及蛋白表达的调控作用。方法:SD大鼠采用自身种植法建立子宫内膜异位症(EMS)模型,分为假手术组、模型组、内异方低、高剂量(含生药25.2,50.4 ***-1.d-1)、孕三烯酮对照组(2.5 ***-1.d-1),ig 3周后,应用RT-PCR检测内异灶组织中TGF-β1 mRNA的表达,Western印迹检测内异灶组织TGF-β1的蛋白表达。结果:模型组TGF-β1 mRNA及蛋白表达水平明显高于假手术组(P<0.01),内异方组明显低于模型组(P<0.01),与孕三烯酮对照组相比无明显差异。结论:大鼠模型"异灶中TGF-β1 mRNA及蛋白的表达升高,内异方通过下调TGF-β1 mRNA及蛋白的表达,起到抗EMS的作用。
