利用日气温观测值计算了青藏铁路沿线7个主要气象站1966-2004年的年冻结与融化指数,分析了这些指数的统计与分布特征,并应用两种趋势检验方法:非参数Mann-Kendall检验法和简单线性回归法分析了这些台站年冻结与融化指数的变化趋势。结果表明,青藏铁路沿线多年平均冻结指数大致分布在95～2300oC·日之间,多年平均融化指数大致在630～3250oC·日之间。7个站点的冻结指数均呈减少趋势,其线性倾向率分布在-16.6～-59.1oC·日/10a之间;融化指数均呈增加趋势,其线性倾向率分布在19.8～45.6oC·日/10a之间。MK趋势检验的结果显示,除格尔木表现出微弱的减少趋势外,其他站点都呈现了0.05水平下的显著减少趋势;年融化指数除格尔木和沱沱河表现出弱增加趋势外,其他5个台站都显示出了0.05水平下的显著增加趋势。简单线性回归方法得到的趋势结果与MK趋势检验结果相一致。

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP240408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2024,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2s-1in 0.5-4 ke V,～300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 ke V,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for ～4 d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable ～10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-23 d is found for EP240408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP240408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP240408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP240408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of～10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

The complexation of HA (or HB) with bivalent metals was examined by UV-Vis and NMR spectroscopy, and all of the complexes obtained have a metal-ligand ratio of 1:*** photoinduced reduction of the complexes of HA-Zn^(2+) and HA Mg2+ (or HB-Zn^(2+), HB-Mg2+) in the presence of 1-benzyl-1,4-dihydro-nicotinamide as the electron donor was investigated by UV-Vis and ESR spectroscopy. The studies demonstrated that illumination of the complexes of HA(HB)-Zn^(2+) and HA(HB)-Mg^(2+) led to the accumulation of the chelated semiquinone radical anions.

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is an incurable disease characterized by remission-relapse cycles throughout its *** Crohn's disease(CD)and ulcerative colitis(UC),the two main forms of IBD,exhibit tendency to develop complications and substantial heterogeneity in terms of frequency and severity of relapse,thus posing great challenges to the clinical management for *** treatment strategies are effective in different ways in induction and maintenance therapies for *** advances in studies of genetics,pharmacogenetics,proteomics and microbiome provide a strong driving force for identifying molecular markers of prognosis and treatment response,which should help clinicians manage IBD patients more effectively,and then,improve clinical outcomes and reduce treatment costs of *** this review,we summarize and discuss precision medicine in IBD,focusing on predictive markers of disease course and treatment response,and monitoring indices during therapeutic drug monitoring.

Objective: To evaluate the effects of combination of Radix Astragali(RA) and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae(RS) on kidney of spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs) and renal intrinsic cells. Methods: SHRs were intragastrically administrated with RA(5.09 g/kg) and RS(2.55 g/kg) either alone or with combination for 4 weeks;valsartan(13.35 mg/kg) was used as a positive control. Blood pressure and renal ultrasonography were monitored periodically. The biomarkers [microalbumin(m ALB), cystatin C, angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ), interleukin-1 beta(IL-1β), and β2-microglobulin(β2-Mg), etc.] in serum and urine were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EliSA). The protein expressions [phosphorylated adenosine 5’-monophosphate-activated protein kinase-α1(p-AMPKα1), sestrin-β, calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase kinase-β(Ca MKK-β), phosphoinositide 3-kinases(PI3 K), serine-threonine protein kinase 1(AKT1), and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2(VEGFR2)] in renal cortex were determined by Western blot. In vitro, the hypertensive cellular model was established by applying 2×10^-6 mol/L Ang Ⅱ. The primary human podocytes, human glomerular endothelial cells(HRGECs), and human proximal tubular epithelial cells(HK-2 s) were pre-incubated with sulfotanshinone sodium(Tan, 10 μg/m L) and/or calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside(Cal, 5 μg/m L). The cellular viability and apoptosis were assayed by 3-(4, 5-Dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide(MTT) and Annexin V/PI staining, respectively. The level of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) in culture supernatant was determined by EliSA. Results: RA+RS significantly decreased the diastolic blood pressure, renal vascular resistance index, and parenchymal thickness, increased 24 h urinary volume as well as lowered the levels of urine m ALB and serum cystatin C, IL-1β and β2-Mg of SHRs(P<0.05 vs. SHRs). Notopterygium incisum C. C. Ting ex H. T. Chang(Apiaceae) is an endangered perennial herb in China. The lack of transcriptomic and genomic resources for N. incisum greatly hinders studies of its population genetics and conservation. In this study, we employed RNA-seq technology to characterize transcriptomes for the flowers, leaves, and stems of this endangered herb. A total of 56 million clean reads were assembled into 120,716 unigenes with an N50 length of 850 bp. Among these unigenes, 70,245(58.19%) were successfully annotated and 65,965(54.64%) were identified as coding sequences based on their similarities with sequences in public databases. We identified 21 unigenes that had significant relationships with cold tolerance in N. incisum according to gene ontology(GO) annotation analysis. In addition, 13,149 simple sequence repeats(SSRs) and 85,681 single nucleotide polymorphisms were detected as potential molecular genetic markers. Ninety-six primer pairs of SSRs were randomly selected to validate their amplification efficiency and polymorphism. Nineteen SSR loci exhibited polymorphism in three natural populations of N. incisum. These results provide valuable resources to facilitate future functional genomics and conservation genetics studies of N. incisum.

The exploration of efficient,long-lived and cost-effective transition metal catalysts is highly desirable for the practical hydrogen storage of magnesium hydride(MgH_(2)) in sustainable energy ***,FeCoNiCrTi high-entropy alloy(HEA) nanosheets were prepared via a facile wet chemical ball milling strategy and they were introduced into MgH_(2) to boost the hydrogen storage *** refined HEA exhibited superior catalytic activity on MgH_(2).In contrast to additive-free MgH_(2),the initial desorption temperature of the constructed MgH_(2)-HEA composite was reduced from 330.0 to 198.5℃ and a remarkable 51% reduction in the dehydrogenation activation energy was ***,the MgH_(2)-HEA composite only required one-twentieth time of that consumed by pure MgH_(2) to absorb 5.0 wt% of H_(2) at 225℃.The synergy between the "hydrogen pumping" effect of Mg_2Ni/Mg_2NiH_4 and Mg_2Co/Mg_2CoH_5 couples,as well as the good dispersion of Fe,Cr and Ti on the surface of MgH_(2) contributed to the enhanced de/hydrogenation performance of the MgH_(2)-HEA *** study furnishes important steering for the design and fabrication of multiple transition metal catalysts and may push the commercial application of magnesium-based hydrides one step forward.

Quantifying glacial elevation changes in the central Qilian Mountains during the early 21^(st) century

Glaciers in the central Qilian Mountains provide important water resources for the arid Hexi corridor and Qaidam Basin;however,changes in these glaciers interact with climate ***-four bi-static image pairs of TerraSAR-X add-on for Digital Elevation Measurement(TanDEM-X)data,in addition to a Shuttle Radar Topography Mission-C/X band digital elevation model,and the technology of iterative differential synthetic aperture radar interferometry were used to carry out glacier elevation change analysis in the central Qilian Mountains in China during 2000–*** elevation changed with an average rate of(−0.47±0.06)m yr^(−1),while changes in elevation of(−0.51±0.06)m yr^(−1) and(−0.44±0.06)m yr^(−1) were found in the northern(including the Zoulangnan,Tuolai,and Tuolainan mountains)and southern(including the Shulenan and Hark mountains)regions,*** mean temperature has risen by 0.51℃(10 yr)^(−1)in the northern region and 0.48℃(10 yr)^(−1) in the southern region during 1989–2014;however,the change in amplitude of annual precipitation was 2.69 mm yr^(−1) in the northern region and 4.77 mm yr^(−1) in the southern region for the same *** changes can be ascribed as major driving factors for the differences in the changes in glacial elevation in the northern and southern *** types of glaciers existed in the region when considering the change in elevation of the glacial tongue and variation in the position of the glacial terminus:surging,advancing,intensively retreating,and slightly retreating *** elevation decreased more than 20 m on the part of glacier tongue,the glacier terminus position had commonly retreated more than 100 m.
