A Model of Hydrothermal Dolomite Reservoir Facies in Precambrian Dolomite, Central Sichuan Basin, SW China and its Geochemical Characteristics

Hydrothermal mineral assemblages and related hydrothermally enhanced fracturing are common in the Precambrian Dengying Formation of Central Sichuan Basin. Petrographic and geochemical analyses of core samples show that the hydrothermal dolomite reservoirs of Dengying Formation consist of four main types of pores in the reservoir facies. These include: 1) hydrothermal dissolution vug(or pore), 2) intercrystalline pore, 3) residual inter-breccia vug(or pore), and 4) enlarged dissolved-fracture. There are three different fabrics dolomite in hydrothermal dolomite reservoirs, namely, saddle dolomite, fine-medium dolomite and micritic dolomite. Micritic dolomite is the original lithology of host rock. Saddle dolomite with curved or irregular crystal faces was directly crystallized from hydrothermal fluids(average temperature 192°C). Fine-medium dolomites are the products of recrystallization of micritic dolomite, resulting in abnormal geochemical characteristics, such as slight depletion of δ^(18)O, significant enrichment of Mn-Fe and ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr, and positive Eu anomaly. A model for the distribution of various hydrothermal dolomite reservoir facies is proposed here, which incorporates three fundamental geological controls: 1) extensional tectonics and tectono-hydrothermal events(i.e., the Xingkai Taphrogenesis of Late Sinian-Early Cambrian, and Emei Taphrogenesis of Late Permian), 2) hydrothermal fluid storage in clastic rocks with large thickness(e.g., Nanhua System of Chengjiang Formation and part of Doushantuo Formation), and 3) confining bed for hydrothermal fluids(such as, the shale in Qiongzhusi Formation). The supply of hydrothermal fluid is critical. Large basement-rooted faults and associated grid-like fracture system may function as the channels for upward migration of hydrothermal fluid flow. Investigation of pressure wave behaviors in the rotational speed effects on a pressure-exchange wave rotor

A wave rotor is suitable for compact and efficient pressure-exchange between gas flows.This work measured the circumferential pressure distribution of the rotor/stator interfaces and utilized a CFD method to simulate the unsteady pressure waves.The experimental and CFD results showed some slopes in the circumferential pressure distributions,and the slopes indicated the traces of specific unsteady pressure waves.Such traces varied regularly if the rotational speed varied within a range from-11%to+11%off the baseline value,but they were seriously disturbed if the rotational speed varied by-45%from the baseline value.It verified that a pressure wave in a wave rotor tended to keep its pressure ratio and propagation velocity unchanged if the rotational speed varied by a small extent,and that the pressure wave could not keep its propagation patterns if the rotational speed varied by a large extent.Because of the pressure wave behaviors,the wave rotor demonstrated specific regulations of the rotational speed effects on its operational states.

A semantic and emotion-based dual latent variable generation model for a dialogue system

With the development of intelligent agents pursuing humanisation,artificial intelligence must consider emotion,the most basic spiritual need in human interaction.Traditional emotional dialogue systems usually use an external emotional dictionary to select appropriate emotional words to add to the response or concatenate emotional tags and semantic features in the decoding step to generate appropriate responses.However,selecting emotional words from a fixed emotional dictionary may result in loss of the diversity and consistency of the response.We propose a semantic and emotion-based dual latent variable generation model(Dual-LVG)for dialogue systems,which is able to generate appropriate emotional responses without an emotional dictionary.Different from previous work,the conditional variational autoencoder(CVAE)adopts the standard transformer structure.Then,Dual-LVG regularises the CVAE latent space by introducing a dual latent space of semantics and emotion.The content diversity and emotional accuracy of the generated responses are improved by learning emotion and semantic features respectively.Moreover,the average attention mechanism is adopted to better extract semantic features at the sequence level,and the semi-supervised attention mechanism is used in the decoding step to strengthen the fusion of emotional features of the model.Experimental results show that Dual-LVG can successfully achieve the effect of generating different content by controlling emotional factors.

Chinese Medicine Shensong Yangxin Capsule(参松养心胶囊)Ameliorates Myocardial Microcirculation Dysfunction in Rabbits with Chronic Myocardial Infarction

Objective:To investigate the effect of Chinese compound Shensong Yangxin Capsule(参松养心胶囊,SSYX)on myocardial microcirculation in myocardial-infarcted rabbits.Methods:Myocardial infarction(MI)was established in rabbits by ligation of the left circumflex coronary.Thirty rabbits were randomly divided into the control group,the MI group(model),and the MI treated with SSYX group(MI+SSYX)by a random number table method.After 4 weeks of administration,low-energy real-time myocardial contrast echocardiography(RT-MCE)was conducted to assess the microcirculatory perfusion.Immunofluorescence double staining was used to detect the capillary density.The endothelial ultrastructure was observed with a transmission electron microscope.The m RNA expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endothelin 1(ET-1),prostaglandin I2(PGI2)and endothelial nitric oxide synthase(e NOS)were measured by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(Real-time PCR).The plasmic levels of ET-1,thromboxane A2(TXA2),nitric oxide(NO)and von willebrand factor(v WF)were examined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays(ELISA).Results:SSYX significantly improved the myocardial blood volume,myocardial micro bubble velocity,and myocardial inflow according to the examination of RT-MCE,and it visibly ameliorated the capillary endothelial structure.Furthermore,compared with the MI group,the plasma levels of TXA2,ET-1 and v WF contents significantly decreased in the MI+SSYX group,and the ET-1 mRNA expression levels of myocardium in the border zone significantly decreased,and the VEGF,PGI2 and e NOS m RNA expression levels significantly increased(all Pchanisms of the effect are related to the ability of SSYX in balancing the endothelial-derived vasodilators and vasoconstrictors,and up-regulating the expression of VEGF and e NOS.

Inhibition of Notch 1 signaling in the subacute stage after stroke promotes striatal astrocyte-derived neurogenesis

Inhibition of Notch1 signaling has been shown to promote astrocyte-derived neurogenesis after stroke.To investigate the regulatory role of Notch1 signaling in this process,in this study,we used a rat model of stroke based on middle cerebral artery occlusion and assessed the behavior of reactive astrocytes post-stroke.We used theγ-secretase inhibitor N-[N-(3,5-diuorophenacetyl)-1-alanyl]-S-phenylglycine t-butylester(DAPT)to block Notch1 signaling at 1,4,and 7 days after injury.Our results showed that only administration of DAPT at 4 days after stroke promoted astrocyte-derived neurogenesis,as manifested by recovery of white matter fiber bundle integrity on magnetic resonance imaging,which is consistent with recovery of neurologic function.These findings suggest that inhibition of Notch1 signaling at the subacute stage post-stroke mediates neural repair by promoting astrocyte-derived neurogenesis.

The automotive industry is in the midst of a groundbreaking revolution,driven by the imperative to achieve intelligent driving and carbon neutrality.A crucial aspect of this transformation is the transition to electric vehicles(EVs),which necessitates widespread changes throughout the entire automotive ecosystem.This paper examines the challenges and opportunities of this transition,including automotive electrification,intelligence-connected transportation system,and the potential for new technologies such as hydrogen fuel cells.Meanwhile,it discusses the key technologies and progress of the hydrogen energy industry chain in the upstream hydrogen production,midstream hydrogen storage and transportation,downstream hydrogen station construction and hydrogen fuel cells in turn.Finally,it proposes the directions for future layout,providing guidance for future development.

Projected Shifts in Kppen Climate Zones over China and Their Temporal Evolution in CMIP5 Multi-Model Simulations

Previous studies have examined the projected climate types in China by 2100. This study identified the emergence time of climate shifts at a 1 o scale over China from 1990 to 2100 and investigated the temporal evolution of Koppen-Geiger climate classifications computed from CMIP5 multi-model outputs. Climate shifts were detected in transition regions （7%-8% of China＇s land area） by 2010, including rapid replacement of mixed forest （Dwb） by deciduous forest （Dwa） over Northeast China, strong shrinkage of alpine climate type （ET） on the Tibetan Plateau, weak northward expansion of subtropical winter- dry climate （Cwa） over Southeast China, and contraction of oceanic climate （Cwb） in Southwest China. Under all future RCP （Representative Concentration Pathway） scenarios, the reduction of Dwb in Northeast China and ET on the Tibetan Plateau was projected to accelerate substantially during 2010-30, and half of the total area occupied by ET in 1990 was projected to be redistributed by 2040. Under the most severe scenario （RCP8.5）, sub-polar continental winter dry climate over Northeast China would disappear by 2040-50, ET on the Tibetan Plateau would disappear by 2070, and the climate types in 35.9% and 50.8% of China＇s land area would change by 2050 and 2100, respectively. The results presented in this paper indicate imperative impacts of anthropogenic climate change on China＇s ecoregions in future decades.

在马克思主义研究领域,费尔巴哈的意义并不仅仅在于沟通黑格尔和马克思,而且还在于他向马克思主义提出了两个元哲学方面的问题:如何才能彻底地、成功地颠倒黑格尔哲学?如何对马克思主义哲学的理论性质进行定位?这些问题的提出源自费尔巴哈理论中的两条线索。一方面,在费尔巴哈的理论中存在一条自下而上的路径,沿着这条路径,他肯定了个体存在、感性直观的优先性,认为哲学工作与经验科学一样是对感性直观的加工,二者不仅无法超出感性直观的范围,而且需要接受感性直观的检验。另一方面,费尔巴哈的理论包含了自上而下的维度。他以非经验的方式论证了人类本质的超越性、完善性、无限性,并以此为前提对特殊对象如宗教进行了批判。前一条线索使得费尔巴哈对黑格尔哲学进行了颠倒,后一条线索使得他的哲学观没有彻底摆脱黑格尔的阴影。马克思对黑格尔哲学的突破就在于他深化贯彻了前一条线索,而批判扬弃了后一条线索。

Ion channels/transporters as epigenetic regulators?——a microRNA perspective

MicroRNA (miRNA) alterations in response to changes in an extracellular microenvironment have been observed and considered as one of the major mechanisms for epigenetic modifications of the cell. While enormous efforts have been made in the understanding of the role of miRNAs in regulating cellular responses to the microenvironment, the mechanistic insight into how extracellular signals can be transduced into miRNA alterations in cells is still lacking. Interestingly, recent studies have shown that ion channels/transporters, which are known to conduct or transport ions across the cell membrane, also exhibit changes in levels of expression and activities in response to changes of extracellular microenvironment. More importantly, alterations in expression and function of ion channels/transporters have been shown to result in changes in miRNAs that are known to change in response to alteration of the microenvironment. In this review, we aim to summarize the recent data demonstrating the ability of ion channels/transporters to transduce extracellular signals into miRNA changes and propose a potential link between cells and their microenvironment through ion channels/transporters. At the same time, we hope to provide new insights into epigenetic regulatory mechanisms underlying a number of physiological and pathological processes, including embryo development and cancer metastasis.

CONSPECTUS:Understanding the evolutionary journey of monoelemental black phosphorus(BP)to BP-based composites plays a crucial role in expanding and advancing the development of BP in biological applications.Because of its exceptional unique structure and superior biological properties,BP has been extensively developed into various nanomaterials for different biological applications.However,the performance of BP alone cannot completely meet some specific requirements,and one possible route to harnessing its unique properties for different biological applications is to incorporate BP with a specific material to obtain an on-demand composite material.The manufacturing of such high-performance composites requires not only a full understanding of the structure and features of BP so that it could be perfectly incorporated with other materials or homogeneously distributed into various matrixes but also a clear biological effect of BP in different biological applications.Therefore,we summarize our recent work on BP-based high-performance composites for different biological applications,aiming to uncover(i)the evolutionary journey of BP from monoelemental materials to composite materials in biological applications and(ii)the interaction between BP and biological systems.Since the emergence of BP,BP-based materials have shown a prominent potential for technological applications as well as plenty of unexplored fundamental science.In particular,with the unlimited potential of BP in biological fields,it is desirable to take advantage of the useful performance of BP in composites through the combination of various functional materials for broadening its bioapplications.However,how to design and synthesize a BP-based composite with some specific performance remains a huge challenge due to the lack of an in-depth understanding of the interaction among BP,functional adjuvants,and physiological systems.BP-based nanosheets can selectively kill tumor cells via a reactive oxygen species(ROS)-mediated mechanism that indicates the biol
