Separate Control of High Frequency Electro-hydraulic Vibration Exciter

The working frequency of the conventional electro-hydraulic vibration exciters,which consist of a servo valve and a hydraulic cylinder,is generally restricted within a narrow range due to limited frequency response capability of the servo valve *** counteract such restriction,a novel scheme for an electro-hydraulic vibrator,controlled by a two-dimensional valve（2D valve） and a bias valve in parallel,is therefore *** frequency,amplitude and offset are independently controlled by rotary speed,axial sliding of the spool of the 2D valve and axial sliding of the spool of the bias *** principle of separate control was presented and the regulation approach of frequency,amplitude and offset was discussed.A mathematical model of the hydraulic power mechanism for the proposed vibration exciter was established to investigate the relationship between the amplitude and the axial sliding of the 2D valve＇ spool,as well as that between the offset and the axial sliding of the bias valve＇s spool at various *** experimental system was built to validate the theoretical *** is verified that the 2D exciter is capable of working smoothly in a frequency range of 5- 200 *** its frequency,amplitude and offset can be controlled respectively by either closed loop or open loop *** is a linear relationship between the output amplitude and the spool axial opening of the 2D valve until a point when the flow rate becomes saturate and the amplitude remains *** offset displacement of the cylinder＇s piston is linearly proportional to the axial displacement of the spool of the bias valve,when the valve opening is less than 25%.Thereafter,the slop of the offset curve decreases and tends to *** proposed electro-hydraulic vibration controlled by the 2D valve not only facilitates the realization of high-frequency electro-hydraulic vibration,the high-accuracy of vibration can also be achieved by means of independent controls to the freque

Fluoropyrimidine-based combination chemotherapy plus targeted therapy is the standard initial treatment for unresectable metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC),but the prognosis remains *** phase 3 trial(***:NCT03950154)assessed the efficacy and adverse events(AEs)of the combination of PD-1 blockade-activated DC-CIK(PD1-T)cells with XELOX plus bevacizumab as a first-line therapy in patients with mCRC.A total of 202 participants were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive either first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab(the control group,n=102)or the same regimen plus autologous PD1-T cell immunotherapy(the immunotherapy group,n=100)every 21 days for up to 6 cycles,followed by maintenance treatment with capecitabine and *** main endpoint of the trial was progression-free survival(PFS).The median follow-up was 19.5 *** PFS was 14.8 months(95%CI,11.6-18.0)for the immunotherapy group compared with 9.9 months(8.0-11.8)for the control group(hazard ratio[HR],0.60[95%CI,0.40-0.88];p=0.009).Median overall survival(OS)was not reached for the immunotherapy group and 25.6 months(95%CI,18.3-32.8)for the control group(HR,0.57[95%CI,0.33-0.98];p=0.043).Grade 3 or higher AEs occurred in 20.0%of patients in the immunotherapy group and 23.5%in the control groups,with no toxicity-associated deaths *** addition of PD1-T cells to first-line XELOX plus bevacizumab demonstrates significant clinical improvement of PFS and OS with well tolerability in patients with previously untreated mCRC.

Output Waveform Analysis of an Electro-hydraulic Vibrator Controlled by the Multiple Valves

The existing research of the electro-hydraulic vibrator mainly focuses on system stability, working frequency width and output waveform distortion. However, this high frequency performance of the electro-hydraulic vibrator is difficult to be improved greatly due to fast insufficiently frequency response of the servo valve itself and limited compensation capability of the control structure in the vibrator system. In this paper, to realize high frequency vibration, an improved two-dimensional valve （here within defined as a 2D valve） as a main control component is adopted to the parallel connection with a servo valve to control the electro-hydraulic vibrator, Because the output waveforms of this electro-hydraulic vibrator are incapable to be verified through timely feedback as in the conventional electro-hydraulic servo system, the analysis to the output waveform becomes crucial to the design and control of the electro-hydraulic vibrator. The mathematical models of hydraulic actuation mechanism and the orifice area of the parallel valves connection are established first. And then the vibration process is divided into two sections in terms of the direction of the flow, the analytical expression of the excited waveform is solved. Based on relationships exist between working states and the control parameters the analytical results, the vibration boundary positions and the are derived. Finally an experimental system was built to validate the theoretical analysis. It is verified that this electro-hydraulic vibration system could achieve high working frequency, up to 2 000 Hz. The excited waveform is similar to the sinnsoidal waveform. And the ascent and decent slopes of the waveforms are somewhat asymmetrical. This asymmetry is not only caused by the change of the direction of the elastic force but also dependent on the bias position of the vibration. Pyrite oxidation in column at controlled redox potential of 900 mV with and without bacteria

Comparisons on the bioleaching and sterile oxidation of pyrite were performed at controlled redox potential of 900 mV(***) and different temperatures of 30 and 60℃.For sterile experiments,the redox potential of irrigation solution was controlled by adding hydrogen peroxide solution(15 wt%),while the redox potential of irrigation solution for bioleaching was elevated by flowing through the packed bed in which bacteria were activated and *** rate of pyrite bioleaching is faster than that of sterile oxidation at temperature of 30℃.The reason is that the potential gradient of leaching solution in bioleaching column is much smaller than that in sterile *** redox potentials of irrigation solution and leaching solution are similar for bioleaching;however,the redox potential difference of irrigation solution and leaching solution for sterile oxidation is about 150 *** temperature increases to 60℃ for sterile oxidation,the rate of pyrite leaching is faster than that of bioleaching at temperature of 30℃,even though the redox potential gradient of leaching solution is *** mineralogy analyses of pyrite residue were performed by scanning electron microscopy-energy-dispersive spectroscopy(SEM-EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) *** results confirm that pyrite oxidation might only occur at specific sites with high surface energy on surface and obeys the "indirect mechanism" whether there are bacteria or *** pyrite oxidation rate is not inhibited by inert sulfur on residue surface at elevated redox *** to the conclusions,the way to accelerate pyrite oxidation is proposed.

目的观察健脾补肾活血解毒方联合地西他滨(Decitabine,DAC)治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法收集2017年1月至2019年9月在上海中医药大学附属市中医医院、上海中医药大学附属岳阳中西医结合医院、上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院北院、上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院诊断为骨髓增生异常综合征(myelodysplastic syndromes,MDS)患者120例,使用中心分层随机化方法,对满足DAC治疗要求的各危度MDS患者根据随机数字表进入西医组和中西医结合组,各60例。两组均给予相同的西医标准治疗,中西医结合组加以健脾补肾活血解毒方辨证加减治疗,比较两组患者西医、中西医结合的疗效及不良反应情况。结果本研究共收集120例,完成研究97例,其中西医组44例,中西医结合组53例。两组未出现完全缓解和部分缓解患者,西医疗效方面,西医组总有效率为25.0%,中西医结合组总有效率47.2%,中西医结合组总有效率高于西医组(P0.05)。结论健脾补肾活血解毒方联合DAC治疗方案在总有效率及生活质量等方面优于单纯应用DAC,且对于MDS患者中医症状改善更为明显。

目的评价Microreader^(TM)23HS Plex ID System试剂盒中包含的23个常染色体STR基因座在中国北方汉族人群中等位基因频率分布,获得群体遗传数据,探究其在法医学中的应用价值。方法使用Microreader^(TM)23HS Plex ID System试剂盒对中国北方汉族人群548例无关样本DNA进行检测,收集分型数据,计算各基因座的等位基因频率、样本的杂合度(heterozygosity,H)、这些常染色体STR基因座的多态信息含量(polymorphism information content,PIC)、个体识别力(power of discrimination,DP)和非父排除率(probability of paternity exclusion,PE)并使用统计软件对各基因座是否符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡进行检验;同时对Microreader^(TM)23HS Plex ID System的累积个体识别能力(CDP)和累积非父排除率(CPE)进行计算。结果在548例无关样本中23个STR基因座共计检出260个等位基因,等位基因频率为0.0009~0.5902,H为0.611~0.885,PIC为0.577~0.864,DP为0.815~0.973(平均DP为0.922),PE为0.089~0.406,CDP=1-3.663×10^(-27),CPE=1-2.668×10^(-16),所有基因座等位基因的分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡。结论Microreader^(TM)23HS Plex ID System的23个基因座在中国北方汉族人群中具有良好的多态性,在法医学个人识别、群体遗传学研究、亲子鉴定,特别是复杂亲缘关系鉴定中应用价值较高。

Neonatal Dubin-Johnson Syndrome and its Differentiation from Biliary Atresia

Background and Aims:The aim was to determine if liver biochemistry indices can be used as biomarkers to help differentiate patients with neonatal Dubin–Johnson syndrome(nDJS)from those with biliary atresia(BA).Methods:Patients with genetically-confirmed nDJS or cholangiographically confirmed BA were retrospectively enrolled and randomly assigned to discovery or verification *** liver chemistries,measured during the neonatal period,were *** values were calculated by receiver operating characteristic curve ***:A cohort of 53 nDJS patients was recruited,of whom 13 presented with acholic stools,and 14 underwent diagnostic cholangiography or needle liver biopsy to differentiate from ***-five patients in the cohort,with complete biochemical information measured during the neonatal period,were compared with 133 infants with cholangiographically confirmed *** and direct bilirubin,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bile acids,alkaline phosphatase,and gamma-glutamyl transferase were significantly lower in nDJS than in *** the discovery cohort,the areas under the curve for ALT and AST were 0.908 and 0.943,*** the validation cohort,13/15 patients in the nDJS group were classified as nDJS,and 10/53 in the BA control group were positive(p<0.00001)with an ALT biomarker cutoff value of 75 IU/*** of 15 patients were classified as nDJS and none were classified positive in the BA group(13/15 vs.0/53,p<0.00001)with an AST cutoff of 87 IU/***:Having assembled and investigated the largest cohort of nDJS patients reported to date,we found that nDJS patients could be distinguished from BA patients using the serum AST level as a *** finding may be clinically useful to spare cholestatic nDJS patients unnecessary invasive procedures.

本文使用国产24道遗传分析仪搭配国产36 cm毛细管阵列,解决无胶筛分毛细管电泳技术为基础的遗传分析仪在测序中荧光信号校正、运行电压、迁移校正问题。以24道遗传分析仪原始光谱荧光信号为基础,建立光谱校正模型,获得基线噪声阈值。通过运行电压与峰间距值绘制标准曲线,利用测序分析软件计算清晰片段长度,确定最佳运行电压和峰间距,进而计算迁移偏移值,建立碱基大小与迁移时间的线性模型,实现碱基的准确识别。研究表明,在合适的光谱校正和基线噪声阈值限制下,当运行电压设置为10 kV,峰间距为13.05帧时,分析仪的最长清晰片段检验能力最强,为561 bp。通过迁移修正值的补偿,建立碱基大小与迁移时间的线性模型,碱基G、A、T、C的R2(标准曲线)值分别从0.9927、0.9927、0.9945、0.9879提高到0.9996、0.9998、0.9996、0.9997,且修正后,各个荧光标记的碱基均能得到正确标记,无漏标和错标,清晰片段长度延长到621 bp。本研究可以指导国产遗传分析仪测序模块的优化和设计,使分析仪的DNA碱基识别功能更高效和准确。
