BACKGROUND Diabetic gastroparesis(DGP)is a prevalent complication of diabetes that impairs people's quality of life and places a significant financial burden on *** gastrointestinal symptoms of DGP patients can be improved by several Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)decoctions that have been shown to be effective in treating the *** are still many unanswered questions regarding the identification of appropriate therapeutic agents for the treatment of DGP in clinical *** To analyze the efficacy of several TCM decoctions in the treatment of DGP using Bayesian network meta-analysis for *** PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,The China Biology Medicine DVD,Wanfang,and CQVIP were searched from inception to September 17,2022,to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about TCM decoctions for *** effects and symptom scores were the primary ***,we assessed motilin(MOT),somatostatin(SS),gastrin(GAS),gastric emptying rate,gastric emptying time,and adverse drug events as secondary *** A total of 67 eligible RCTs involving 4790 DGP patients and 7 TCM decoctions were *** results of network meta-analysis(NMA)and surface under the cumulative ranking curve showed that with western medicine(WM)as a common control,the Banxia Xiexin Decoction(BXXD)+WM was most effective in clinical effects and enhancing early satiety scores;the Simo decoction(SMD)+WM was most effective in improving nausea and vomiting scores and anorexia scores,bloating scores;the Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction(CSLJD)was most effective in MOT,the Zhishi Xiaopi Decoction(ZSXPD)was most effective in SS and upgrading emptying rate;the jianpi Xiaozhi Decoction was most effective in GAS;the CSLJD+WM was most effective in improving gastric emptying *** These NMA results suggest that the BXXD+WM and SMD+WM may be one of the potential optimal *** to various limitations,

在寒冷地区气候条件下,通过COMSOL Multiphysics模拟软件建立热湿耦合模型,对钢筋混凝土柱红砖砌体墙所形成柱墙角热桥进行模拟研究。结果表明,湿传递的作用比只有传热作用的墙体内表面温度低,在实际工况下不能忽略湿传递对建筑材料导热系数的影响。由于热桥的影响使围护结构的热通量增加19.6%,热桥的影响区域为距离最不利点0.4 m左右,在相同保温板厚度时,外保温比内保温墙体内表面温度高,保温效果更好。随着保温板厚度的增加,墙体内表温度升高,墙体内表面热通量降低。为了降低冬季房间供暖能耗,可以通过对热桥外保温来解决墙体结露现象。

Objective Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the third leading cause of cancer-associated death *** a first-line drug for advanced HCC treatment,lenvatinib faces a significant hurdle due to the development of both intrinsic and acquired resistance among patients,and the underlying mechanism remains largely *** present study aims to identify the pivotal gene responsible for lenvatinib resistance in HCC,explore the potential molecular mechanism,and propose combinatorial therapeutic targets for HCC *** Cell viability and colony formation assays were conducted to evaluate the sensitivity of cells to lenvatinib and ***-Seq was used to determine the differences in transcriptome between parental cells and lenvatinib-resistant(LR)*** upregulated genes were analyzed by GO and KEGG ***,qPCR and Western blotting were employed to determine the relative gene expression ***,the intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)and apoptosis were detected by flow *** PLC-LR and Hep3B-LR were *** was a total of 116 significantly upregulated genes common to both LR cell *** GO and KEGG analyses indicated that these genes were involved in oxidoreductase and dehydrogenase activities,and reactive oxygen species ***,NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase 1(NQO1)was highly expressed in LR cells,and was involved in the lenvatinib *** high expression of NQO1 decreased the production of ROS induced by lenvatinib,and subsequently suppressed the *** combination of lenvatinib and NQO1 inhibitor,dicoumarol,reversed the resistance of LR *** The high NQO1 expression in HCC cells impedes the lenvatinib-induced apoptosis by regulating the ROS levels,thereby promoting lenvatinib resistance in HCC cells.

BACKGROUND Paradoxically,patients with T4N0M0(stage II,no lymph node metastasis)colon cancer have a worse prognosis than those with T2N1-2M0(stage III).However,no previous report has addressed this *** To screen prognostic risk factors for T4N0M0 colon cancer and construct a prognostic nomogram model for these *** Two hundred patients with T4N0M0 colon cancer were treated at Tianjin Medical University General Hospital between January 2017 and December 2021,of which 112 patients were assigned to the training cohort,and the remaining 88 patients were assigned to the validation *** between the training and validation groups were *** training cohort was subjected to multi-variate analysis to select prognostic risk factors for T4N0M0 colon cancer,followed by the construction of a nomogram *** The 3-year overall survival(OS)rates were 86.2%and 74.4%for the training and validation cohorts,***(P=0.000),T stage(P=0.001),right hemicolon(P=0.025),irregular review(P=0.040),and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)(P=0.011)were independent risk factors of OS in patients with T4N0M0 colon cancer.A nomogram model with good concordance and accuracy was *** Enterostomy,T stage,right hemicolon,irregular review,and CA199 were independent risk factors for OS in patients with T4N0M0 colon *** nomogram model exhibited good agreement and accuracy.

A rotating stopper-rod technique was proposed to suppress the formation of free-surface vortex in the *** large eddy simulation model coupled with volume of fluid model was developed to study the steel–slag–gas three-phase flow *** critical slag entrapment height of the free-surface vortex and mass of residual steel were predicted at different rotating speeds(30,60,90 and 120 r/min)of the rotating *** numerical model was verified by water model *** results showed that by rotating the stopper-rod in the opposite direction of the vortex above the submerged entry nozzle,the formation of vortex can be effectively disturbed and the critical height of the free-surface vortex can be *** for the 2nd strand,when the rotating speeds are 30,60,90 and 120 r/min,the critical height of the free-surface vortex above the 2nd strand is 7.3,4.7,6.3 and 7.4 cm,respectively.A reasonable rotating speed should be 60 r/min,which can reduce about 2 tons of residual *** rotating speeds just can reduce about 1.6 tons of residual steel.
