Climate actions(SDG-13)aim at limiting global warming by targeting carbon emissions *** the energy industry recognized as a significant CO_(2) emitter,SDG-13 policies mostly translate energy transition to renewables(SDG-7)and the electrification of end-users,both energy-demanding sectors and society(cities,households,and mobility).The double-layered actions parallel the classical“cascade control”employed in industrial *** achieving deep decarbonization,the ambitious net-zero emissions(NZE),large-scale deployment of renewables demand storage,with hydrogen as a prominent chemical storage alternative,and carbon capture&storage(CCS)for hard-to-electrify *** developments need policy and capital investments,and geopolitics and resource availability challenge and offer *** decarbonization and electrification have multiple realization paths and impact the industrial metabolism,SDGs are interconnected with synergies and *** of SDGs by policymakers is necessary for resilience and robustness in achieving climate goals within a systems dynamics *** critical review identifies niches in decarbonization and electrification,enlightening the industrial metabolism under the lens of SDGs.

＜正＞This paper presents a modelling approach for analysing TCP flow throughputs and transfer times in IEEE 802.11 WLANs. The model captures the behaviour of TCP packets sent over the WLAN MAC layer and takes into account the system dynamics due to the initiation and completion of data flow transfers. In particular, at the flow-level the system is modelled by a Processor sharing type of queue, reflecting both the IEEE 802.11 MAC design principle and TCP behaviour of sharing the transmission capacity fairly among the active flows. The modelling results are validated by simulations.

RBPjk-dependent Notch signaling regulates both the onset of chondrocyte hypertrophy and the progression to terminal chondrocyte maturation during endochondral ossification. It has been suggested that Notch signaling can regulate Sox9 transcription, although how this occurs at the molecular level in chondrocytes and whether this transcriptional regulation mediates Notch control of chondrocyte hypertrophy and cartilage development is unknown or controversial. Here we have provided conclusive genetic evidence linking RBPjk-dependent Notch signaling to the regulation of Sox9 expression and chondrocyte hypertrophy by examining tissuespecific Rbpjk mutant（Prx1Cre;Rbpj.f.f）, Rbpjk mutant/Sox9 haploinsufficient（Prx1Cre;Rbpj.f.f;Sox9f/1）,and control embryos for alterations in SOX9 expression and chondrocyte hypertrophy during cartilage development. These studies demonstrate that Notch signaling regulates the onset of chondrocyte maturation in a SOX9-dependent manner, while Notch-mediated regulation of terminal chondrocyte maturation likely functions independently of SOX9. furthermore, our in vitro molecular analyses of the Sox9 promoter and Notch-mediated regulation of Sox9 gene expression in chondrogenic cells identified the ability of Notch to induce Sox9 expression directly in the acute setting, but suppresses Sox9 transcription with prolonged Notch signaling that requires protein synthesis of secondary effectors.

港珠澳大桥江海直达船航道桥钢塔高达106m,重约3 100t,采用3200T"长大海升"与2200T"正力"浮吊船整体吊装。为研究涌浪作用下船舶的安全性,基于多浮体水动力干扰理论和系泊系统时域分析理论,采用水动力分析软件HydroSTAR和锚系泊Ariane8建立相应三维面元网格模型,选取最不利工况,对特定涌高在不同周期下船舶的横摇、纵摇及垂荡统计值,系泊线受力,以及钢塔2个吊钩处的相对运动幅值进行分析。结果表明:"长大海升"与"正力"的最大横摇单幅值分别为2.2°、3.0°,最大垂荡单幅值分别为0.59m、1.13m,纵摇角度很小,所有系泊线最大受力安全系数分别为2.54和1.80,钢塔上2个吊钩处的相对运动最大单幅值为2.3m;2艘船运动统计值均满足要求,系泊系统安全可靠,确定作业限制条件为涌高0.8m,周期14s,风速8m/s。

三代红外探测器组件——双色（DC），双波段（DB）以及大规模2-DY0阵要求精细的生产技术：诸如分子束外延（MBE）以及新的列阵制备工艺，此类技术可以满足日趋复杂的器件结构及低成本的需求。AIM公司将采用上述三种技术制备高性能器件以扩大其未来的业务。DC／MW／MW探测器基于II-型超晶格锑化物（IAf通过MBE技术制备而成），像元规格为384×288，像元中心距为40μm。AIM公司的DB／MW／LW／fPA（焦平面列阵）选用了MBE技术，通过在CdZnTe衬底上生长MCT，该技术与IAf公司合作完成。由AIM公司制备了像元规格为640×512，像元中心距为15μm的fPA。尽管在不同的衬底上用MBE方法生长MW／MCT薄膜具有挑战性，但对于制备具备百万像素的大规模2维fPA（MW1280×1024，像元中心距为15μm）而言，这种技术是必要的。本文给出了上述三代fPA及集成探测器杜瓦制冷机组件（IDCAs）的发展现状及近期测试结果。
