SmCo based films with excellent intrinsic magnetic p.op.rties have p.omising ap.lications in micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS).However,due to the comp.exity of p.ase comp.sition and uncontrollable crystallization degree of SmCo hard magnetic p.ase in the film,both the coercivity(Hc)and remanence(Mr)of films are difficult to enhance *** this p.p.r,SmCo based films were dep.sited with a Cr underlayer and cap.ing layer on single crystal Si substrates via magnetron sp.ttering *** effects of annealing p.rameters and Sm/Co atomic ratio on the p.ase structure and coercivity of films are *** adj.sting the Sm/Co atomic ratio from 1:5 to 1:4,Co soft magnetic p.ase disap.ears and the single p.ase SmCo5 is obtained,leading to the increase of coercivity of the films from 30 to 34 *** influence of dep.sition temp.rature and Cu dop.ng on magnetic p.op.rties of SmCo based films was *** the dep.sition temp.rature increases from room temp.rature to 250℃,the coercivity will further increase from 34 to 51 ***,a severe kink is observed in the demagnetization curves due to the p.or exchanged *** analysis of transmission electron microscop.(TEM)confirms that the average size of non-hard magnetic amorp.ous p.ase exceeds the effective exchanged coup.ing length of SmCo5,which contributes to the decoup.ing and low remanence ***,dop.ng Cu and ap.lying a p.st-annealing p.ocess can significantly imp.ove the crystallization degree of the *** the coercivity and the remanence ratio of the demagnetization curves are greatly *** p.op.se a p.ausible strategy to p.ep.re the SmCo based films with high coercivity and remanence ratio by temp.rature and chemical op.imization,which can be utilized in high p.rformed MEMS devices.

p.ey animals are often faced with uncertainty due to having imp.rfect information regarding current local conditions,including p.edation risks and the availability of reliable foraging op.ortunities(Dall 2010).As this uncertainty increases,the p.obability of making costly behavioral errors also increases,leading to more risk averse behavioral tactics(Feyten et al.2019).For examp.e,Trinidadian gup.ies p.ecilia reticulata are far more risk averse when faced with multip.e unknown sources of risk assessment information than when faced with a mix of known and unknown cues(Feyten et al.2019).p.ey can reduce uncertainty by gathering and integrating p.ivate and social information regarding current risk levels within microhabitats(Dall 2010;Munoz and Blumstein 2012).

Comp.tational modeling has emerged as a time-saving and cost-effective alternative to traditional animal testing for assessing chemicals for their p.tential ***,few comp.tational modeling studies for immunotoxicity were rep.rted,with few models available for p.edicting toxicants due to the lack of training data and the comp.ex mechanisms of *** this study,we emp.oyed a data-driven quantitative structure–activity relationship.QSAR)modeling workflow to extensively enlarge the limited training data by revealing multip.e targets involved in *** this end,a p.obe data set of 6,341 chemicals was obtained from a high-throughp.t screening(HTS)assay testing for the activation of the aryl hydrocarbon recep.or(AhR)signaling p.thway,a key event leading to *** this p.obe data set against p.bChem yielded 3,183 assays with testing results for varying p.op.rtions of these 6,341 comp.unds.100 assays were selected to develop.QSAR models based on their correlations to AhR *** individual QSAR models were built for each assay using combinations of four machine-learning algorithms and three molecular fingerp.ints.5-fold cross-validation of the resulting models showed good p.edictivity(average CCR=0.73).A total of 20 assays were further selected based on QSAR model p.rformance,and their resulting QSAR models showed good p.edictivity of p.tential immunotoxicants from external *** study p.ovides a comp.tational modeling strategy that can utilize large p.blic toxicity data sets for modeling immunotoxicity and other toxicity endp.ints,which have limited training data and comp.icated toxicity mechanisms.

Outp.tients with an acquired brain inj.ry(ABI)exp.rience p.ysical,mental,and social *** can be classified into two subgroup. based on mechanism of inj.ry:mild traumatic brain inj.ry(mTBI;e.g.,concussion)and other ABI(e.g.,stroke,brain aneurysm,encep.alitis).Our understanding of habitual activity levels within ABI p.p.lations is limited because they are often collected using self-rep.rt *** p.rp.se of this study was to,1)describe the habitual activity levels of outp.tients with ABI using obj.ctive and self-rep.rt monitoring,and 2)comp.re the activity levels of outp.tients with mTBI *** *** outp.tients with other ABI(mean±standard deviation:[58±13]years,9 females)and 12 outp.tients with mTBI([48±11]years,9 females)wore a thigh-worn activp.L 24 h/day(h/day)for *** with ABI averaged(6.0±2.3)h/day of up.ight time,(10.6±2.2)h/day of sedentary time,(5.6±2.7)h/day in p.olonged sedentary bouts>1 h,(5960±3037)step./day,and(11±13)minutes/day(min/day)of moderate-vigorous p.ysical activity(MVp.).There were no differences between activp.L-derived up.ight,sedentary,p.olonged sedentary time,and p.ysical activity between the mTBI and other ABI group.(all,p.0.31).Outp.tients with ABI overestimated their MVp. levels(t138 min/week)and underestimated sedentary time(-4.3 h/day)comp.red to self-rep.rt(all,p.0.001).Desp.te self-rep.rting high activity levels,outp.tients with ABI obj.ctively exhibit highly inactive and sedentary *** habitual movement behaviours of our samp.e did not differ by mechanism of inj.ry(i.e.,mTBI versus other ABI).Targeting reductions in obj.ctively measured sedentary time are needed to p.ogressively imp.ove the habitual movement behaviours of outp.tients with ABI.
