Two immunomodulatory polysaccharides(Vp2a-Ⅱ and Vp3) were isolated and identified from Apocynum venetum L. flowers, and their innate immune-stimulating functions and working mechanisms were evaluated in RAW264.7 cells. Both the level of released nitric oxide(NO) and expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) m RNA were significantly enhanced in the RAW264.7 macrophages cells treated by Vp2a-Ⅱ and Vp3. Vp2a-Ⅱ(100–800 μg/m L) and Vp3(400 μg/mL) could significantly increase the phagocytic activity of RAW264.7 cells and the secretion and m RNA expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in a concentrationdependent manner through affecting mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) activity and nuclear factor κB(NF-κB) nuclear translocation. Vp2a-Ⅱ might activate the MAPK signaling pathways and induce the nuclear translocation of NF-κB p65, whilst Vp3 likely activated the NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathways without influencing the p38 MAPK route.

Genetic diversity, population structure, and genome-wide marker-trait association analyses were conducted on a special collection of 298 homozygous lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.) lines. Each of these lines was derived from a single plant that had been genotyped with 384 SNP markers using LSGermOPA. They included 122 butterhead, 53 romaine, 63 crisphead, 53 leaf and 7 stem types. Genetic diversity among these plants was assessed by pairwise comparison based on 322 high-quality SNP markers selected from 384 SNPs. Only 258 unique genotypes were identified among the 298 lines because 26 pairs or small groups(a total of 66 lines) shared identical genotypes. The average genetic similarity coefficient(GS) among these unique genotypes was 63.9% with a range of 40.6% to 99.8%. A phylogenetic tree was constructed based on the genotypic data. The most likely number of populations was estimated to be two or six. Association analysis between the 322 SNP markers and 10 phenotypic traits using the 258 homozygous lines was performed by three different methods: single factor analysis, general linear model analysis, and mixed linear model analysis. Nine significant marker-trait associations(SMTAs) were detected at P ds and also when considering kinship and/or population structure for this collection, with five SMTAs for seed coat color, one for leaf undulation, two for leaf anthocyanin, and one for stem anthocyanin. These markers will be useful in marker-assisted selection after further validation with segregating populations.

Adult patients with developmental dysplasia of the hip develop secondary osteoarthritis and eventually end up with total hip arthroplasty(THA) at younger age. Because of altered anatomy of dysplastic hips, THA in these patients represents technically demanding procedure. distorted anatomy of the acetabulum and proximal femur together with conjoined leg length discrepancy present major challenges during performing THA in patients with developmental dysplasia of the hip. In addition, most patients are at younger age, therefore, soft tissue balance is of great importance(especially the need to preserve the continuity of abductors) to maximise postoperative functional result. In this paper we present a variety of surgical techniques availablefor THA in dysplastic hips, their advantages and disadvantages. For acetabular reconstruction following techniques are described: Standard metal augments(prefabricated), Custom made acetabular augments(3d printing), Roof reconstruction with vascularized fibula, Roof reconstruction with pedicled iliac graft, Roof reconstruction with autologous bone graft, Roof reconstruction with homologous bone graft, Roof reconstruction with auto/homologous spongious bone, Reinforcement ring with the hook in combination with autologous graft augmentation, Cranial positioning of the acetabulum, Medial protrusion technique(cotyloplasty) with chisel, Medial protrusion technique(cotyloplasty) with reaming, Cotyloplasty without spongioplasty. For femoral reconstruction following techniques were described: distraction with external fixator, Femoral shortening through a modified lateral approach, Transtrochanteric osteotomies, Paavilainen osteotomy, Lesser trochanter osteotomy, double-chevron osteotomy, Subtrochanteric osteotomies, diaphyseal osteotomies, distal femoral osteotomies. This is the first report on a polysaccharide(RCJ2-Ib)isolated from Rosa Chinensis ***2-Ib was obtained through the extraction with water,precipitation with ethanol,separation with dEAE-52 column and purification with dEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow column and Sephadex G100 ***,FT-IR and NMR analyses revealed that RCJ2-Ib(3.3 k da)was a 1,4-linked polymannuronic acid containing substantialβ-danomers *** anticoagulant effect of RCJ2-Ib evaluated by using rabbit ear venous blood and an acute blood stasis rat model showed that RCJ2-Ib had obvious anticoagulant activity in regulating endogenous and exogenous coagulation pathways and reducing serum thromboxane B2 and *** addition,RCJ2-Ib could also increase the number of Lactobacillus and Escherichia *** a result,RCJ2-Ib has the potential to inhibit thrombosis and maintain the intestinal environment.

目的：斗轮挖掘机回转支承上部结构的重量和重心位置不仅在设计过程中非常重要,在斗轮挖掘机组装完成后和运转时同样重要。本文旨在研究各参数对重心位置的影响。方法：1.分析比较由数值模拟和实验得到的静态稳定性基本参数;2.构建上部结构的3d模型（图1-3）,并根据斗轮挖掘机组装完成后的重量分布对模型进行质量修正;3.对上部结构进行负载和应力分析。结论：1.上部结构一个较小的质量变化（1.5%）会导致重心位置一个较大的变化（902 mm）,从而不得不明显增加配重的重量（24 t）来保持平衡;2.构建的3d模型可以得到精确的上部结构重量分布和重心位置;3.由dIN 22261-2标准规定的眼板应力被证明并不安全。
