Combined Role of ACC Deaminase Producing Bacteria and Biochar on Cereals Productivity under Drought

Most of the cereal crops are widely cultivated to fulfil the humans food *** changing climate scenario,the intensity of drought stress is continuously increasing that is adversely affecting the growth and yield of cereal *** the cereals can tolerate moderate drought to some extent,but mostly they are susceptible to severe drought *** biosynthesis of ethylene under drought stress has been *** scientists observed that inoculation of 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate(ACC)deaminase producing plant growth promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)is an efficacious tool to overcome this *** PGPR secrete ACC deaminase which cleavage the ACC into the compounds,other than ***,secretion of growth hormones also play imperative role in enhancing the growth of the cereals under limited availability of *** addition,the use of biochar has also been recognized as another effective amendment to grant resistance against *** application improves the soil physiochemical attributes i.e.,porosity,nutrients retention and water holding capacity which decrease the loss of water and increase its *** recent era,the idea of coapplication of ACC deaminase producing PGPR and biochar is becoming popular which might be more efficient to use water under drought *** aim of current review is to combine the facts and understanding of this novel idea to grant maximum resistance to crops against drought *** scientists have observed significant improvement in yield of cereal crops by combined use of ACC deaminase producing PGPR and ***,more research is suggested for deep understanding of complex synergistic mechanism of ACC deaminase activity in combination with biochar.

Consensus control of multi-agent systems is an innovative paradigm for the development of intelligent distributed *** has fascinated numerous scientific groups for their promising applications as they have the freedom to achieve their local and global goals and make their own *** communication topologies based on graph and matrix theory are widely used in a various real-time applications ranging from software agents to ***,while sustaining the significance of both directed and undirected graphs,this research emphases on the demonstration of a distributed average consensus *** uses the harmonic mean in the domain of multi-agent systems with directed and undirected graphs under static topologies based on a control input *** proposed agreement protocol focuses on achieving a constant consensus on directional and undirected graphs using the exchange of information between neighbors to update their status values and to be able to calculate the total number of agents that contribute to the communication network at the same *** proposed method is implemented for the identical networks that are considered under the directional and non-directional communication *** different scenarios are simulated and it is concluded that the undirected approach has an advantage over directed graph communication in terms of processing time and the total number of iterations required to achieve *** same network parameters are introduced for both orientations of the communication *** addition,the results of the simulation and the calculation of various matrices are provided at the end to validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm to achieve consensus.

An efficient hash-based authenticated key agreement scheme for multi-server architecture resilient to key compromise impersonation

During the past decade,rapid advances in wireless communication technologies have made it possible for users to access desired services using hand-held *** providers have hosted multiple servers to ensure seamless online services to *** ensure the security of this online communication,researchers have proposed several multi-server authentication schemes incorporating various cryptographic *** to the low power and computational capacities of mobile devices,the hash-based multi-server authenticated key agreement schemes with offline Registration Server(RS)are the most efficient ***,Kumar-Om presented such a scheme and proved its security against all renowned ***,we find that their scheme bears an incorrect login phase,and is unsafe to the trace attack,the Session-Specific Temporary Information Attack(SSTIA),and the Key Compromise Impersonation Attack(KCIA).In fact,all of the existing multi-server authentication schemes(hash-based with offline RS)do not withstand *** deal with this situation,we propose an improved hash-based multi-server authentication scheme(with offline RS).We analyze the security of the proposed scheme under the random oracle model and use the t4Automated Validation of Internet Security Protocols and Applications''(AVISPA)*** comparative analysis of communication overhead and computational complexity metrics shows the efficiency of the proposed scheme.

Numerical investigation of transitions in flow states and variation in aerodynamic forces for flow around square cylinders arranged inline

This study focuses on the transitions in flow states around two-, three-and four-inline square cylinders under the effect of Reynolds numbers at two different gap spacing values using the lattice Boltzmann method. For this purpose, Reynolds number is varied in the range 1–130 while two different values of spacing taken into account are gap spacing =2 and 5. Before going to actual problem, the code is tested for flow around a single square cylinder by comparing the results with experimental and numerical results of other researchers, and good agreement is *** current numerical computations yield that for both spacing values and all combinations of cylinders there exist three different sates of flow depending on Reynolds numbers: steady state, transitional state and unsteady state. It is found that the range of Reynolds numbers for these flow states is different for both spacing values. At gap spacing =2 the range of Reynolds numbers for each flow state decreases by increasing the number of cylinders while at gap spacing =5 opposite trend is observed. The results also show that at gap spacing =2 the reduction in drag force is greater than the corresponding reduction at gap spacing =5. The maximum reduction in drag force is observed at Reynolds numbers =1 at both spacing values. Similarly, at both spacing values and all Reynolds numbers, the maximum reduction in drag force is observed for the case of four-inline square cylinders.

Trends in species distribution modelling in context of rare and endemic plants:a systematic review

Background:Many research papers have utilized Species Distribution Models to estimate a species’current and future geographic distribution and environmental *** study aims to(a)understand critical features of SDMs used to model endemic and rare species and(b)to identify possible constraints with the collected *** present systematic review examined how SDMs are used on endemic and rare plant species to identify optimal practices for future ***:The evaluated literature(79 articles)was published between January 2010 and December *** number of papers grew considerably over *** studies were primarily conducted in Asia(41%),Europe(24%),and Africa(2%).The bulk of the research evaluated(38%)focused on theoretical ecology,climate change impacts(19%),and conservation policy and planning(22%).Most of the papers were published in publications devoted to biodiversity conservation,ecological or multidisciplinary *** degree of uncertainty was not disclosed in most studies(81%).Conclusion:This systematic review provides a broad overview of the emerging trends and gaps in the SDMs *** majority of studies failed to present uncertainties and error ***,when model performance estimates are given,the model results will be highly effective,allowing for more assurance in the predictions they ***,based on our systematic review,we recommend that in the future rare and endemic SDMs should represent uncertainty levels and estimates of errors in the modelling process.

Software project outcomes heavily depend on natural language requirements,often causing diverse interpretations and issues like ambiguities and incomplete or faulty *** are exploring machine learning to predict software bugs,but a more precise and general approach is *** bug prediction is crucial for software evolution and user training,prompting an investigation into deep and ensemble learning ***,these studies are not generalized and efficient when extended to other ***,this paper proposed a hybrid approach combining multiple techniques to explore their effectiveness on bug identification *** methods involved feature selection,which is used to reduce the dimensionality and redundancy of features and select only the relevant ones;transfer learning is used to train and test the model on different datasets to analyze how much of the learning is passed to other datasets,and ensemble method is utilized to explore the increase in performance upon combining multiple classifiers in a *** National Aeronautics and Space Administration(NASA)and four Promise datasets are used in the study,showing an increase in the model’s performance by providing better Area under the Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve(AuC-ROC)values when different classifiers were *** reveals that using an amalgam of techniques such as those used in this study,feature selection,transfer learning,and ensemble methods prove helpful in optimizing the software bug prediction models and providing high-performing,useful end mode.

Nuclear factor kB(NF-kB)is a ubiquitous regulator of the signalome and is indispensable for various biological cell ***-kB consists of five transcription factors that execute both cytoplasmic and nuclear signaling processes in ***-kB is the only signaling molecule that governs both pro-and antiapoptotic,and pro-and anti-inflammatory *** is due to the canonical and non-canonical components of the NF-kB signaling ***,these pathways orchestrate cancer-related inflammation,hyperplasia,neoplasia,and ***-canonical NF-kB pathways are particularly involved in the chemoresistance of cancer *** view of its pivotal role in cancer progression,NF-kB represents a potentially significant therapeutic target for modifying tumor cell *** phytochemicals are known to modulate NF-kB pathways through the stabilization of its inhibitor,IkB,by inhibiting phosphorylation and ubiquitination *** natural pharmacophores are known to inhibit the nuclear translocation of NF-kB and associated pro-inflammatory responses and cell survival *** view of this and the high degree of specificity exhibited by various phytochemicals for the NF-kB component,we herein present an in-depth overview of these phytochemicals and discuss their mode of interaction with the NF-kB signaling pathways for controlling the fate of tumor cells for cancerdirected interventions.

The performance of feature learning for deep convolutional neural networks(DCNNs)is increasing promptly with significant improvement in numerous *** studies on loss functions clearly describing that better normalization is helpful for improving the performance of face recognition(FR).Several methods based on different loss functions have been proposed for FR to obtain discriminative *** this paper,we propose an additive parameter depending on multiplicative angular margin to improve the discriminative power of feature embedding that can be easily *** additive parameter approach,an automatic adjustment of the seedling element as the result of angular marginal seed is offered in a particular way for the angular softmax to learn angularly discriminative *** train the model on publically available dataset CASIA-WebFace,and our experiments on famous benchmarks YouTube Faces(YTF)and labeled face in the wild(LFW)achieve better performance than the various state-of-the-art approaches.
