Na-me.asomatite.uranium de.osits are.an important type.of large.tonnage.low-grade.uranium de.osit. The. are.characte.ize. by an intimate.association be.we.n uranium mine.als and albite. and by the.common de.e.opme.t of syn-ore.hydrothe.mal zircons. Similar to othe. type. of uranium de.osits， constraining an accurate.age.of mine.alization re.ains a challe.ge.for the.Na-me.asomatite.type.one.. In this study， we.pre.e.t for the.first time. an approach that combine. age.dating re.ults from the.syn-ore.albite. (40Ar-39Ar) and hydrothe.mal zircons （U-Pb） for a typical Na-me.asomatite.uranium de.osit， the.Xinshuijing de.osit in the.Longshoushan me.alloge.ic be.t of northwe.t China. The.hydrothe.mal zircon U-Pb and albite.0Ar-39Ar age. are.consiste.t with e.ch othe. （378-366 Ma; within e.ror）， but also ide.tical to the.pre.iously re.orte. uraninite.che.ical U-Pb age. （approximate.y 370 Ma）. The.couple. application of hydrothe.mal zircon U-Pb and albite.0Ar-39Ar age.dating is thus re.arde. as a robust approach for constraining the.age.of mine.alization for Na-me.asomatite.uranium de.osits. An age.gap of approximate.y 70 m.y. be.we.n uranium mine.alization （～ 370 Ma） and host granitoid e.place.e.t （about 440 Ma） sugge.ts no dire.t ge.e.ic linkage.be.we.n the.two. Furthe. e.ploration in the.surrounding me.amorphic units is the.e.ore.sugge.te.， rathe. than only focusing on the.host granitoids， e.pe.ially whe.e.inte.sive.wallrock alte.ation and structural fe.ture. are.pe.vasive. Purpose. Although patie.t-re.ate. factors affe.t surgical outcome., pre.pe.ative.functional status is not me.sure. by any cardiac risk score. Functional status can, howe.e., be.obje.tive.y me.sure. using validate. outcome.tools such as the.Late.Life.Function and Disability Instrume.t (LLFDI). The.purpose.of this study was to de.e.mine.1) if the.e.was a change.ove. time.in functional status, as me.sure. by the.LLFDI, in patie.ts who unde.we.t e.e.tive.cardiac surge.y, and if so, 2) what spe.ific aspe.t(s) of functional status change.. Me.hods: A prospe.tive.longitudinal study of one.ye.r was conducte. on e.e.tive.cardiac surge.y patie.ts (n = 43) using the.se.f-re.orte. LLFDI, which me.sure. Disability Fre.ue.cy (fre.ue.cy of participation in social tasks), Disability Limitation (ability to participate.in social tasks) and Function Total (e.se.in pe.forming routine.activitie.). Highe. score. indicate.incre.se. function and de.re.se. disability. LLFDI score. we.e.compare. at thre. time. (pre.pe.ative. six-we.k and one.ye.r postope.ative. using re.e.te. me.sure. ANOVA. Post hoc pairwise.comparison was conducte. for spe.ific inte.actions. Re.ults: Both Function Total and Disability Fre.ue.cy significantly change. ove. time.(p = 0.047 and p = 0.013, re.pe.tive.y). Spe.ifically, patie.ts’ function le.e. was significantly highe. one.ye.r postope.ative.compare. to pre.pe.ative.(M diffe.e.ce.= +3.48, Se.= 1.48, p = 0.026). Like.ise. Disability Fre.ue.cy score. we.e.significantly highe. (i.e. more.active. at one.ye.r postope.ative.ve.sus pre.pe.ative.(M diffe.e.ce. +5.98, Se.= 2.19, p = 0.033).
