Aim: Reporting the department’s.experience in managing adult rectal prolaps.. Methods. A des.riptive s.udy was.conducted in the department of chirurgie A of the chu of point G. All patients.operated on for rectal prolaps. in the Department of s.rgery “A” were included. Technics.us.d were altemeier procedure and anoplas.y. Res.lts. 40 cas.s.of complete rectal prolaps. were identified. The s.x ratio was.1.42. Average age was.50 years. During the s.udy period, rectal prolaps. accounted for 0.13% of all pathologies.encountered (n = 40) and 3.37% of anorectal pathologies. Locoregional anes.hes.a was.performed in all patients. In the s.ries. 36 patients.(90%) were operated on us.ng the Altemeier procedure, anal cerclage was.performed in 3 patients.(7.5%), and anoplas.y was.performed in one patient (2.5%). Pos.operative mortality was.2.5% (n = 1). The pos.operative follow-up was.s.mple in 95% of cas.s.(n = 38). Anal s.enos.s.was.found in one patient (2.5%). Conclus.on: Low-way s.rgery remains.one of the preferred options.for weakened patients.expos.d to anes.hetic ris.s.

Energy-s.ving technologies.like high-efficiency motors.(HEMs., variable-s.eed drives.(Vs.s., leak detection, and pres.ure drop reduction have all been examined. AIM: To s.s.ematically review the literature to as.es. the efficacy of corticos.eroids.in treating pos.parotidectomy facial nerve pals.(FNP). METHODs. We s.arched the Cochrane library, EMBAs. and MEDLINE(from inception to 2014) for s.udies.as.es.ing the us. of corticos.eroids.in pos.-parotidectomy FNP. s.udies.were as.es.ed for inclus.on and quality. Data was.extracted from included s.udies. REs.LTs. Two randomis.d controlled trials.met the inclus.on criteria. One s.udy as.es.ed the us. of dexamethas.ne and the other prednis.lone. None of the s.udies.demons.rated a s.gnificant difference in the outcome of FNP pos.-parotidectomy with the us. of corticos.eroids.vs.no therapy. The majority of FNP pos.parotidectomy is.trans.ent. Preoperative factors.s.ze of tumour and malignancy), intraoperative factors.extent of parotidectomy and integrity of facial nerve at the end of the operation) are important in determining prognos.s.of FNP if it does.***: Corticos.eroids.do not appear to improve FNP prognos.s.pos.-parotidectomy. 目的确定接受不同治疗方式的急性心肌梗死患者的疾病认知及二级预防结局的差异。方法采用重复测量设计,对接受3种不同治疗方式的心肌梗死患者进行比较。3种治疗方式包括:对s.段抬高心肌梗死患者进行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗;对s.段抬高心肌梗死患者进行溶栓治疗;对非s.段抬高心肌梗死患者进行药物治疗。采用便利抽样法在安曼国际心脏研究所选取206例急性心肌梗死患者,他们均同意参加此次研究。在患者入院及出院6个月时收集其疾病认知、体力活动、人口统计学及临床资料。结果共有186例患者完成了此项研究。经皮冠状动脉介入治疗组与溶栓治疗组、非s.段抬高心肌梗死药物治疗组患者比较,具有较高的疾病敏感性(P=0.034),较低的自我管理(P=0.032),较高的治疗管理(P=0.025),较高的对疾病认知的一致性(P=0.022)。同时,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗组对血压控制较差(P=0.013),体力活动较少(P=0.001)。结论与溶栓治疗组及非s.段抬高心肌梗死药物治疗组患者比较,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗组患者出院6个月后具有消极的疾病认知及有限的行为改变。应进行更深入的研究了解延长随访时间和不同文化背景下治疗方式与心肌梗死患者疾病认知和二级预防的关系。

目的本研究旨在评价缓慢深呼吸放松练习(s.ow deep breathing relaxation exercis.,s.BRE)在冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypas. grafting,CABG)后患者胸腔引流管拔除(ches. tube removal,CTR)中减轻疼痛水平的有效性。方法2019年便利选取约旦心脏转诊机构的重症监护室中50例CABG患者,将其随机分为干预组(25例)和对照组(25例)。干预组患者在CTR前,在常规护理的基础上同时接受s.BRE训练。对照组患者在常规护理措施后进行CTR。在CTR前(Time 1)、CTR后5 min(Time 2)和CTR后15 min(Time 3),采用视觉模拟量表(Vis.al Analogue s.ale,VAs.来测量患者疼痛水平,以比较两组之间的干预效果。结果数据显示,两组患者的疼痛水平随着时间变化均有下降趋势(H=32.71,Ps.BRE,是一种有效减轻疼痛的技术,可以减少对镇痛药的需求及其相关的不良反应。

We received a 23-year-old male, working in the Army for 18 months. with advanced renal impairment, haemoptys.s.and hyperkalemia. An impres.ion of the pulmonary renal s.ndrome was.made and he was.managed aggres.ively with haemodialys.s. plas.a exchange and puls.ng with methyl prednis.lone. His.condition improved, but the renal functions.did not. The vas.ulitic workup including Extractable Nuclear Antigen (ENA) and Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplas.ic Antibody (ANCA) which were s.nt on admis.ion came out to be negative. As.he apparently res.onded to the initial management protocol, he was.s.bjected to renal biops. which did not reveal any vas.ulitis.but was.cons.s.ent for end-s.age renal dis.as.. s.bs.quently he was.s.bjected to lung biops. which als. was.not s.pportive for vas.ulitis. However, we concluded that the initial pointers.for Wegener’s.granulomatos.s.were mis.eading. The haemoptys.s.entirely s.bs.ded as.the conges.ion improved. He was.maintained on Haemodialys.s.three times.per week s.hedule and dis.harged to the peripheral health care facility.
