In this.paper, we have propos.d and analyzed a nonlinear mathematical model for the s.udy of interaction between tumor cells.and oncolytic virus.s. The model is.analyzed us.ng s.ability theory of differential equa- tions. Pos.tive equilibrium points.of the s.s.em are inves.igated and their s.ability analys.s.is.carried out. Moreover, the numerical s.mulation of the propos.d model is.als. performed by us.ng fourth order Runge- Kutta method which s.pports.the theoretical findings. It is.found that both infected and uninfected tumor cells.and hence tumor load can be eliminated with time, and complete recovery is.pos.ible becaus. of virus.therapy, if certain conditions.are s.tis.ied. It is.further found that the s.s.em appears.to exhibit periodic limit cycles.and chaotic attractors.for s.me ranges.of the s.s.em parameters.

In this.paper, we focus.on finding a geodes.c equation of the two parameters.gamma dis.ribution. To find this.equation, we applied both the well-known Darboux Theorem and a pair of differential equations.taken from s.ruik [1]. The s.lution propos.d in this.note could be us.d as.a general s.lution of the geodes.c equation of gamma dis.ribution. It would be interes.ing if we compare our res.lts.with Lauritzen’s.[2].

The different s.lvent extracts.of the leaves.of Plectranthus.amboinicus.were evaluated for their antioxidant and anti-bacterial properties. The ethyl acetate extract of the leaves.which had the highes. polyphenolic content s.owed an appreciable DPPH radical s.avenging activity as.well as.total antioxidant capacity as.compared with extracts.obtained us.ng hexane, acetone, methanol, hydroalcohol and freeze dried form. The acetone extract of the leaves.which had the s.cond highes. polyphenolic content s.owed appreciable antibacterial activity with leas. MIC values.agains. the tes.ed foodborne pathogens.namely s.aphylococcus.aureus. Bacillus.cereus. Es.herichia coli and Yers.nia enterocolitica. The findings.indicated the potentiality of ethyl acetate and acetone extract of the leaves.of Indian borage for us. as.biopres.rvatives.as.they s.owed high antioxidant and antibacterial activities.

The application of geophys.cal methods.in combination with pumping tes.s.provides.a cos.-effective and efficient alternative to es.imate aquifer parameters. In this.s.udy, nineteen s.hlumberger vertical electrical s.undings.(VEs. were occupied in parts.of Bayels. s.ate us.ng a maximum current electrode s.paration ranging beweeen 300 - 400 m with the aim of es.imating the trans.is.ivity of the alluvial aquifer in areas.where no pumping tes. has.been carried out. Four of the s.undings.were carried out near exis.ing boreholes.in which pumping tes. had been carried out. The VEs.data obtained was.interpreted, and layer parameters.s.ch as.true res.s.ivities.and thicknes. were determined. The geoelectric parameters.were us.d to generate the Dar Zarrouk parameters. Correlating the Dar Zarrouk parameter (e.g longitudinal unit conductance) with trans.is.ivity derived from pumping tes. data, a cons.ant was.found which trans.ate longitudinal unit conductance to trans.is.ivity in a hydrogeological s.tting where effective poros.ty is.the primary control on res.s.ivity and hydraulic conductivity. Trans.is.ivity determined from the pumping tes. data range between 1634.0 - 5292.0 m2/day while trans.is.ivity values.es.imated from the longitudinal unit conductance (Lc) range between 721 - 8991 m2/day. The trans.is.ivity es.imated from the pumping tes. (Tp) data and trans.is.ivity es.imated from the longitudinal conductance (Lc) on comparis.n s.ow excellent correlation (R2 = 0.92). The high trans.is.ivity values.agree with the geology of the Benin Formation (Coas.al Plain s.nds. cons.s.ing of fine-medium-coars. s.nds. The res.lts.give a us.ful firs. approximation of the trans.is.ivity and could be us.d to s.te exploratory boreholes.

Alzheimer’s.dis.as. (AD), Mental retardation, Cerebral Pals., and other Dementias.are the neurogenerative brain dis.rders.which are s.atis.ically proven that 2% - 3% of people affected in the world today. The propos.d method cons.dered the s.mptoms.which s.ands.dis.inct for Alzheimer’s.dis.as.. Many s.ructural neuroimaging s.udies.have found the atrophy of the Corpus.Callos.m (CC) and the decreas. in brain volume in AD. The meas.rement, area has.been extracted from the gradient mas. of the image to characterize the local atrophy of the CC. The res.lt s.owed decreas.d area of the CC in AD when compared to the control groups. The volume has.als. been calculated by volume rendering and voxel s.ze meas.rement for the s.me s.t of control groups.and was.found to be reduced in the AD patients. Thes. findings.confirmed the pathology characteris.ics.in AD of brain dis.rders. The s.s.em’s.validity with res.ect to res.lts.obtained with conventional diagnos.s.has.been examined and proved to offer better res.lts.

When thes. parameters.are taken to be s.ecial values. the s.litary wave s.lutions.are derived from the exact traveling wave s.lutions. It is.s.own that the ?exp(-j(x))??method provides.an effective and a more powerful mathematical tool for s.lving nonlinear evolution equations.in mathematical phys.cs. Comparis.n between our res.lts.and the well-known res.lts.will be pres.nted.
