In order to produce thick plates with complicated curved surface, a prototype bending machine by the use of high frequency inductor was developed. the bending mechanism is based on the localized stresses which are induced from the difference of temperature in thickness by the high frequency inductor. the operating speed and the thickness of plate were examined from the experiment, and the variation of the temperature was measured. Finite element analysis was carried out in the second part based on the experimentally obtained temperature distribution. the so-called Mindlin plate element was used in order to perform the simulation efficiently. the strategy to produce such curved surface in the practical process was discussed and further perspective of the production system was described. Heat energy generated during machining has been found to have a greater influence on determining the machinability of the *** this work,magnesium-based silicon carbide composite,which has been identified as.a suitable lightweight application material,is prepared with the weight ratio of 90:10 by a stir casting *** available Hss drill tools with different diameters of 4,6 and 8 mm are used to perform the drilling operations with governing parameters of spindle speed,feed rate and cons.ant depth of *** image camera of the FLIR E60 series is used to measure the temperature variation in the cutting zone at different operating *** influences of machining temperature on chip morphology,tool wear and surface profile of the machined samples.are *** speed has been found to have a significant effect on machining *** spindle speed increases,the diameter of drill tool increases the tool wear and surface profile,*** abrasion and adhesive type of wears.are observed in the drill ***,change from abrasion to adhesive wear is noticed with the increase of the diameter of the drill *** plots.are drawn with respect to the interaction of governing parameters.along with the working temperatures obtained under different machining conditions.

Excited s.ates in low-energy spectra of ^(70-76) Ni are considered. Accordingly, pairing forces in the form of surface delta interaction are employed to account for the formation of the ground s.ate multiplet with seniority v= 2 s.ates. the multiplet splitting is described with mass relationships of masses of neighboring nuclei. subsequently, the seniority model is.adopted to reproduce or predict the s.ates v= 3 in odd-even isotopes.and v= 4 in even-even isotopes. the correct account of the 2^(+)_(1) s.ate should allow for the description of the reversed order of J = 4 s.ates with v= 2 and v= 4 observed in experiments. the results obtained are compared with the structure of similar multiplets in N=50 isotones.

A hybrid isothermal model for the homogeneous-heterogeneous reactions in ferrohydrodynamic boundary layer ?ow is es.ablished. the characteristics of Newtonian heating and magnetic dipole in a ferro?uid due to a stretchable surface is.analyzed for three chemical species. It is presumed that the isothermal cubic autocatalator kinetic gives the homogeneous reaction and the ?rst order kinetics gives the heterogeneous(surface) reaction. the analysis is carried out for equal diffusion coe?cients of all autocatalyst and reactions. Heat ?ux is examined by incorporating Fourier's law of heat conduction. Characteristics of materialized parameters on the magneto-thermomechanical coupling in the ?ow of a chemically reactive species.are investigated. Further, the heat transfer rate and friction drag are depicted for the ferrohydrodynamic chemically reactive species. It is evident that the schmidt number has increasing behavior on the rate of heat transfer in the boundary layer. Comparison with available results for speci?c cases is found an excellent agreement.

Fuel is.a very important factor and has considerable inﬂuence on the air quality in the environment,which is the heart of the *** increase of vehi-cles in lived-in areas results in greater emission of carbon particles in the *** fuel causes more contaminated particles to mix with breathing air and becomes the main source of dangerous *** is the mixing of foreign subs.ances in fuel,which damages vehicles.and causes more health problems in living beings such as humans,birds.aquatic life,and even water resources by emitting high levels of hydrocarbons,nitrogen oxides.and carbon *** frequent blending liquids.are lubricants.and kerosene in the petrol,and its.adulteration is.a considerable problem that adds to environ-mental *** study focuses on detecting the adulteration in petrol using sensors.and machine learning algorithms.a modiﬁed evanescent wave opticalﬁber sensor with discrete wavelet transform is proposed for classiﬁcation of adult-erated data from the ***,support vector machine classiﬁer is used for accurate *** sensor isﬁrst tested with fuel and numerical data is classiﬁed based on machine learning ***,the result is eval-uated with less error and high accuracy of 99.9%,which is higher than all existing techniques.

A simplified method was proposed for the design of concrete lining in underground rock cavern/tunnel against shock loading. the loading may result from the detonation of explosives on ground surface or ground penetration projectiles exploding adjacent to the cavern/tunnel. the resulting problem necessitates the solution of the dynamics of a beam loaded by a transient pressure uniformly distributed over the s.an. According to mechanical characteristics of the system with rock bolt and shotcrete, a dynamic support design method based on equivalent single degree of freedom （sDOF） was put forward. the sDOF method was.applied to obtaining the maximum displacement at the mid-s.an of the beam, which is often the controlling factor in the blast-resis.ant design. In the formulation of the problem, the proposed method combines the phenomena of s.alling and structural dynamics theory. An example is provided to demonstrate the applicability of this simplified method.

this investigation examines the time dependent magnetohydrodynamic （MHD） flow problem of a micropolar fluid between two radially stretching sheets. Both strong and weak concentrations of microelements.are taken into account. suitable transformations.are employed for the conversion of partial differential equations into ordinary differential equations. solutions to the resulting problems.are developed with a homotopy analysis method （HAM）. the angular velocity, skin friction coefficient, and wall couple stress coefficient are illustrated for various parameters.
