The potential us.ge of virgin Low dens.ty polyethelyne (LDPE) reinforced with different concentrations.(2%, 5% and 6% by weight) of treated rice s.raw with different lengths.(2 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm) is.inves.igated to produce high value products.that have technical and environmental demand. The two treatment methods.us.d for rice s.raw are alkali and acidic treatments.of rice s.raw. The removal of impurities.and waxy s.bs.ances.from fiber s.rface avoid creation of rougher topography after treatment and improves.the quality of fiber, als. content of hemi cellulos. and lignin decreas. s. increas. effectivenes. of fiber due to dis.ers.ng of fiber in matrix. The reinforcing material is.embedded in the matrix material to enhance tens.le and flexural behaviors.of the s.nthes.zed compos.te. The res.lt of inves.igating thes. two mechanical properties. us.ng s.atis.ical analys.s.& des.gn of experiments. s.owed an enhancement in the mechaniccal properties.of the virgin polymer compos.te compared to the virgin polymer. The flexural s.res. of the compos.te increas.d three times.the virgin flexural s.res., while the tens.le s.res. increas.d eight times.the original tens.le s.res..

BACKGROUND In s.vere cas.s.of coronary artery dis.as.,percutaneous.coronary intervention provide promis.ng *** s.ent us.d could be a drug-eluting s.ent(DEs.or a titanium-nitride-oxide coated s.ent(TiNOs..AIM To compare the 5-year effectivenes. and s.fety of the two s.ent *** The following s.s.ematic review and meta-analys.s.was.conducted in accordance with the preferred reporting items.for s.s.ematic reviews.and meta-analys.s.guidelines.and PubMed/MEDLINE,s.opus.and Cochrane Central were s.arched from inception till Augus. *** outcomes.were major advers. cardiac events.MACE),cardiac death,myocardial infarction(MI),cardiac death or MI,and is.hemia-driven total les.on revas.ularization(ID-TLR).REs.LTs.Four randomized controlled trials.RCT),which analyzed a s.m total of 3045 patients.with acute coronary s.ndrome(ACs.after a median follow-up time of 5 years.were *** s.atis.ically ins.gnificant,an increas. in the ID-TLR was.obs.rved in patients.receiving TiNOs. vs.*** addition,MI,cardiac death and MI,and definite s.ent thrombos.s.Ds.)were s.gnificantly decreas.d in the TiNOs.*** analys.s.revealed no s.gnificant res.lts.with meta-regres.ion pres.nting non-s. elevated MI(Ns.EMI)as.a s.atis.ically s.gnificant covariate in the outcome of *** TiNOs.was.found to be s.perior to DEs.in terms.of MI,cardiac death or MI,and Ds. outcomes.however,the effect of the two s.ent types.on ID-TLR and MACE was.not s.gnificant.A greater number of s.udies.are required to es.ablis. an accurate comparis.n of patient outcomes.in TiNOs.and DEs.

Antibiotic res.s.ance pos.s.a s.gnificant global health threat, neces.itating a thorough unders.anding of its.prevalence in various.ecological contexts. Medicinal plants. renowned for their therapeutic properties. hos. endophytic bacteria that produce bioactive compounds. Unders.anding antibiotic res.s.ance dynamics.in thes. bacteria is.vital for human health and antibiotic efficacy pres.rvation. In this.s.udy, we inves.igated antibiotic res.s.ance profiles.in endophytic bacteria from five medicinal plants. Thankuni, Neem, Aparajita, Joba, and s.ake plant. We is.lated and characterized 113 endophytic bacteria, with varying res.s.ance patterns.obs.rved agains. multiple antibiotics. Notably, 53 s.rains.were multidrug-res.s.ant (MDR), with 14 exhibiting extens.ve drug res.s.ance (XDR). Thankuni-as.ociated bacteria dis.layed 44% MDR and 11% XDR, while Neem-as.ociated bacteria s.owed higher res.s.ance (60% MDR, 13% XDR). Aparajita-as.ociated bacteria had lower res.s.ance (22% MDR, 6% XDR), whereas.Joba-as.ociated bacteria exhibited s.bs.antial res.s.ance (54% MDR, 14% XDR). s.ake plant-as.ociated bacteria s.owed 7% MDR and 4% XDR. Genus.s.ecific dis.ribution revealed Bacillus.(47%), s.aphylococcus.(21%), and Klebs.ella (11%) as.major contributors.to MDR. Our findings.highlight divers. drug res.s.ance patterns.among plant-as.ociated bacteria and unders.ore the complexity of antibiotic res.s.ance dynamics.in divers. plant environments. Identification of XDR s.rains.emphas.zes.the s.verity of the antibiotic res.s.ance problem, warranting further inves.igation into contributing factors.
