The design of cost-effective electrocatalysts is an open challenging for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)due to the“stable-oractive”*** dioxide(ZrO_(2)),a versatile and low-cost material that can be stable under OER operating conditions,exhibits inherently poor OER activity from experimental ***,we doped a series of metal elements to regulate the ZrO_(2)catalytic activity in OER via spin-polarized density functional theory calculations with van der Waals *** modeling as a function of the OER activity descriptor(G_(O*)-G_(HO*))displays that 16 metal dopants enable to enhance OER activities over a thermodynamically stable ZrO_(2)surface,among which fe and Rh(in the form of single-atom dopant)reach the volcano peak(*** optimal activity of OER under the potential of interest),indicating excellent OER *** energy diagram calculations,density of states,and ab initio molecular dynamics simulations further showed that fe and Rh are the effective dopants for ZrO_(2),leading to low OER overpotential,high conductivity,and good *** cost-effectiveness,single-atom fe doped ZrO_(2)emerged as the most promising catalyst for *** finding offers a valuable perspective and reference for experimental researchers to design cost-effective catalysts for the industrial-scale OER production.

Ovo-like transcriptional repressor 1(OVOL1)is a key mediator of epithelial lineage determination and mesenchymal–epithelial transition(MET).The cytokines transforming growth factor-β(TGf-β)and bone morphogenetic proteins(BMP)control the epithelial–mesenchymal plasticity(EMP)of cancer cells,but whether this occurs through interplay with OVOL1 is not ***,we show that OVOL1 is inversely correlated with the epithelial–mesenchymal transition(EMT)signature,and is an indicator of a favorable prognosis for breast cancer ***1 suppresses EMT.

Dual-functional porous and cisplatin-loaded polymethylmethacrylate cement for reconstruction of load-bearing bone defect kills bone tumor cells

Malignant bone tumors are usually treated by resection of tumor tissue followed by filling of the bone defect with bone graft ***(PMMA)cement is the most commonly used bone substitute in clinical orthopedics in view of its ***,the dense nature of PMMA renders this biomaterial unsuitable for local delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs to limit the recurrence of bone ***,we introduce porosity into PMMA cement by adding carboxymethylcellulose(CMC)to facilitate such local delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs,while retaining sufficient mechanical properties for bone reconstruction in load-bearing *** results show that the mechanical strength of PMMA-based cements gradually decreases with increasing CMC *** incorporation of≥3%CMC,the PMMA-based cements released up to 18%of the loaded cisplatin,in contrast to cements containing lower amounts of CMC which only released less than 2%of the cisplatin over 28 *** release of cisplatin efficiently killed osteosarcoma cells in vitro and the fraction of dead cells increased to 91.3%at day 7,which confirms the retained chemotherapeutic activity of released cisplatin from these PMMA-based ***,tibias filled with PMMA-based cements containing up to 3%of CMC exhibit comparable compressive strengths as compared to intact *** conclusion,we demonstrate that PMMA cements can be rendered therapeutically active by introducing porosity using CMC to allow for release of cisplatin without compromising mechanical properties beyond critical *** such,these data suggest that our dual-functional PMMA-based cements represent a viable treatment option for filling bone defects after bone tumor resection in load-bearing sites.

目的:检验反乌思维积极元认知信念量表(PBRS)测评大学生人群的效度和信度。方法:选取968名大学生,使用样本1(n=496)进行探索性因子分析和效标关联效度、内部一致性信度检验,以反台思维量表(RRS)、元认知问卷(MCQ)、贝克抑郁量表第2版(BDI-II)为效标工具;使用样本2(n=472)进行验证性因子分析和跨性别等值性检验。间隔6周后对样本1中87名大学生进行重测。结果:探索性因子分析共抽取1个公因子,方差贡献率为54.39%;验证性因子分析表明单因子结构的拟合指数较好(X^(2)/df=3.38,CfI=0.962,TLI=0.940,SRMR=0.043,RMSEA=0.071);PBRS总分与RRS、MCQ、BDI-II得分均正相关(ICC=0.37、0.41、0.12,均PfI、△TLI均<0.01)。结论:反思维积极元认知信念量表测评大学生群体显示有较好的效度和信度。

针对钢铁物流园堆场内由于区储位分配不合理导致的车辆长时间排队等货、堆区作业堵塞等问题,提出以优化出入场时间和均衡园区堆场总作业量的多目标优化模型。模型中综合考虑需求量和受订频次因素对货位分配位置的影响,构建了以缩短运输距离的单区货位布局优化子目标,同时为避免作业量过度集中,减少装卸作业堵塞,针对全堆场构建了基于出入库频率划分的货物堆场内作业均衡子目标。为高效求解该多目标模型,针对NSGA-II算法存在的Pareto前沿分布不均匀及局部拥挤区域的分布性优化不佳,提出了自适应分层保留和区间种群扩张的改进策略,构建了改进多目标优化算法(Hierarchical Retention and Interval Population Expansion NSGA-II,HRIPE-NSGA-II)。基于实际案例进行了模型和算法验证试验,结果表明该模型在HRIPE-NSGA-II求解下能够获得比对比算法更优的解方案,缩短车辆在园区内作业停留时间,平衡各区作业量,提高堆场运作效率。

The prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is increasing rapidly *** of the limited success of generic interventions,the focus of the disease study has shifted toward personalized strategies,particularly in the early stages of the *** Chinese medicine(TCM)is based on a systems view combined with personalized strategies and has improved our knowledge of personalized *** a systems biology perspective,the understanding of personalized diagnostics can be improved to yield a biochemical basis for such strategies;for example,metabolomics can be used in combination with other system-based diagnostic methods such as ultra-weak photon emission(UPE).In this study,we investigated the feasibility of using plasma metabolomics obtained from 44 pre-T2DM subjects to stratify the following TCM-based subtypes:Qi-Yin deficiency,Qi-Yin deficiency with dampness,and Qi-Yin deficiency with *** studied the relationship between plasma metabolomics and UPE with respect to TCM-based subtyping in order to obtain biochemical information for further interpreting disease *** component analysis of plasma metabolites revealed differences among the TCM-based pre-T2DM *** high levels of lipids(e.g.,cholesterol esters and triglycerides)were important discriminators of two of the three subtypes and may be associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular *** metabolomics data indicate that the lipid profile is an essential component captured by UPE with respect to stratifying subtypes of *** results suggest that metabolic differences exist among different TCM-based subtypes of pre-T2DM,and profiling plasma metabolites can be used to discriminate among these *** metabolomics thus provides biochemical insights into system-based UPE measurements.
