Objectives.Ves.cular trafficking is.a key mechanis. to control the s.rface expres.ion of TRP channels.in the plas.a membrane,where they perform their *** channels.in vivo are often compos.d of heteromeric *** the pres.nt s.udy,we examined the effect of Ca s.ore depletion on the trans.ocation of TRPV4 - C1 heteromeric channels.to the plas.a *** and Res.lts.Experiments.us.ng total internal fluores.ence reflection micros.opy(TIRFM) and biotin s.rface labeling s.ow that Ca s.ore depletion enhanced TRPV4 - C1 trans.ocation into the plas.a membrane in HEK293 cells.that were co - expres.ed with TRPV4 and *** Ca meas.rement and patch clamp s.udies.demons.rated that Ca s.ore depletion enhanced 4α- PDD - s.imulated Ca influx and cation *** trans.ocation required ***4 - C1 heteromeric channels.were more favorably trans.ocated to the plas.a membrane than TRPC1 or TRPV4 homomeric *** res.lts.were obtained in native vas.ular endothelial cells. Conclus.on Ca s.ore depletion s.imulates.the ins.rtion of TRPV4 - C1 heteromeric channels.into the plas.a membrane,res.lting in an augmented Ca,influx in res.ons. to flow in HEK cell overexpres.ion s.s.em and native endothelial cells.

Multiconfigurational Dirac-Fock （MCDF） method is.adopted for calculating energy levels.and radiative rates. Local complications.of pancreatitis.can include acute peri-pancreatic fluid collection, acute necrotic collection, ps.udocys. formation, and walledoff necros.s. Interventional endos.opic ultras.und(EUs. has.been increas.ng utilized in managing thes. local complications. After performing a Pub Med s.arch, the authors.manually applied pre-defined inclus.on criteria or a filter to identify publications.relevant to EUs.and pancreatic collections.PFCs.. The authors.then reviewed the utility, efficacy, and ris.s.as.ociated with us.ng therapeutic EUs.and involved EUs.devices.in treating PFCs. Due to the development and regulatory approval of improved and novel endos.opic devices.s.ecifically des.gned for trans.ural drainage of fluid and necrotic debris.acces. and patency devices., the authors.predict continuing evolution in the management of PFCs. We believe that EUs.will become an indis.ens.ble part of procedures.us.d to diagnos. PFCs.and perform image-guided interventions. After draining a PFC, the amount of tis.ue necros.s.is.the mos. important predictor of a s.cces.ful outcome. Tailoring optical properties.of TiO_2 in s.lica glas. for limiting applications

We pres.nt the linear and nonlinear optical s.udies.on TiO2-s.O2 nanocompos.tes.with varying compos.tions. Opti- cal band gap of the material is.found to vary with the amount of s.O2 in the compos.te. The phenomenon of two-photon abs.rption （TPA） in TiO2/s.O2 nanocompos.tes.has.been s.udied us.ng open aperture Z-s.an technique. The nanocom- pos.tes.s.ow better nonlinear optical properties.than pure TiO2, which can be attributed to the s.rface s.ates.and weak dielectric confinement of TiO2 nanoparticles.by s.O2 matrix. The nanocompos.tes.are thermally treated and s.milar s.udies.are performed. The anatas. form of TiO2 in the nanocompos.tes.s.ows.s.perior properties.relative to the amorphous.and rutile counterpart. The involved mechanis. is.explained by rendering the dominant role played by the excitons.in the TiO2 nanoparticles.
