青藏高原及其周缘褶皱-冲断带变形方式和时限是验证高原形成众多大陆岩石圈变形动力学端员模型的关键。近年发展起来的断层泥自生伊利石K-Ar定年技术为精确限定褶皱-冲断带变形时限提供了有效手段。鲜水河—安宁河—小江断裂系作为伴随印度-欧亚板块碰撞造山和高原物质侧向挤出过程形成的大型左旋走滑断裂系,其变形过程可为解译印度-欧亚板块碰撞远程应力向东传递方式提供关键证据。本文选取安宁河断裂冕宁—西昌段作为研究对象,在详细构造解析以明确其构造运动学特征的基础上,开展了断层泥自生伊利石K-Ar定年研究,以期精确限定安宁河断裂脆性变形的时间。构造解析表明安宁河断裂在近EW向挤压作用下经历了冲断变形,断层带发育碎斑岩和断层泥,指示为脆性变形。安宁河断裂不同粒级断层泥样品的黏土矿物学和伊利石K-Ar定年分析揭示,随着样品粒级减小,高温2M1型伊利石含量相对低温1M/1Md型伊利石含量逐渐减少,其K-Ar年龄总体呈变年轻趋势,表明不同粒级伊利石K-Ar年龄是由碎屑2M1型和自生1M/1Md型两个多型端员组成的混合年龄。伊利石年龄分析获得自生1M/1Md型伊利石的年龄为(42.6±9.4)Ma,表明安宁河断裂经历了始新世中期的冲断变形。结合前人构造变形、沉积学、低温热年代学和古地磁等研究,我们认为始新世中期青藏高原腹地及其周缘褶皱-冲断带发生准同期的构造挤压变形,其动力学机制可能与印度-欧亚板块硬碰撞以及青藏高原地块的陆内俯冲所导致的先存构造带活化有关。始新世中期安宁河断裂发生冲断变形直接证明印度-欧亚板块碰撞初期的远程应力已传递至青藏高原东南缘地区。

Radiogenic isotope dating of illitic clays has been widely used to reconstruct thermal and fluid flow events in siliciclastic sedimentary basins， the information of which is critical to investigate mechanisms of hydrocarbon maturation. This study carried out Rb-Sr andAr-Ar dating of authigenic illitic clay samples separated from the Palaeogene sandstone in the northern South China Sea. Our Rb-Sr data further confirm the previously reported three periods of fluid flow events (at 34.5 ± 0.9 Ma， 31.2 ± 0.6 Ma， and 23.6 ± 0.8 Ma， respectively) in the northern South China Sea， which are related to regional episodic tectonism. However，Ar-Ar ages of illite obtained in this study are significantly younger than the corresponding Rb-Sr ages. The significantly youngerAr-Ar ages were probably due toAr loss caused by later dry heating events on the Hainan island that have not affected the Rb-Sr isotopic systematics. The inconsistency between Rb-Sr andAr-Ar data should be attributed to different isotopic behaviors of K-Ar and Rb-Sr isotopic systematics in illite. Our results indicate that Rb-Sr isotopic dating method may be a preferential approach for clay dating in geological settings where exist younger dry heating events.

The faults in switched reluctance motors(SRMs) were detected and diagnosed in real time with the Kohonen neural network. When a fault happens, both financial losses and undesired situations may occur. For these reasons, it is important to detect the incipient faults of SRMs and to diagnose which faults have occurred. in this study, a test rig was realized to determine the healthy and faulty conditions of SRMs. A data set for the Kohonen neural network was created with implemented measurements. A graphical user interface(GUi) was created in Matlab to test the performance of the Kohonen artificial neural network in real time. The data of the SRM was transferred to this software with a data acquisition card. The condition of the motor was monitored by marking the data measured in real time on the weight position graph of the Kohonen neural network. This test rig is capable of real-time monitoring of the condition of SRMs, which are used with intermittent or continuous operation, and is capable of detecting and diagnosing the faults that may occur in the motor. The Kohonen neural network used for detection and diagnosis of faults of the SRM in real time with Matlab GUi was embedded in an STM32 processor. A prototype with the STM32 processor was developed to detect and diagnose the faults of SRMs independent of computers.

Aim of this study is to discuss implementation method of strategic human resource management(SHRM)in organizations.Study suggests strategic HR Director position in organizations to implement SHRM.Because personnel management(PM)and human resource management(HRM)are already implemented by firms,SHRM is not in practice yet.Strategic HR Director might be the methodology for implementation of SHRM.Methodology of this study is systematic review.Hence,study carefully scanned well-known field researches written by well-known HR scholars.in systematic review methodology,author posed out a research question and it answers this question by field studies and HR scholars.Main research question of this study is whether strategic HR Directors put SHRM into practice in organizations.Major defense is:Managers carry firms to organizational goals.Job responsibilities of strategic HR Directors are talent management and HRM systems.Target of talent management and HRM systems is star employees and talents in organizations because it is expected that stars may become managers in organizational hierarchy at the future.Furthermore,talent manager,PM division,and SHRM division are operated inside HRM department.if strategic HR Director position is set at top management,VENN relations between PM,HRM,and SHRM may be dispersed.Because SHRM activities would be tied to strategic HR Director,this study also explores VENN relations among three HR methodology.

Proposition of this study is that islamic HRM(human resources management)is related to laissez faire.Why islamic HRM is related to laissez faire?Response might be potential and attitude analyses.Attitudes turn to behaviours in workplaces,and potential reflects future performance.Laissez faire is defined as free of choice in this study,and it is defined as freeness and liberty in France.Second principle of islamic HRM might be not intervention to employees.Of course organizations determine goals,but no pressure to employees.On the other hand,firms are to always watch the performance of employees.HRM manager and line managers implement hidden performance evaluation.in conclusion,it can be proposed that islamic HRM has three principles:laissez faire,no intervention,and performance evaluation.Mohamed represents philosophy of islam.Mohamed was trader in Arabic peninsula,and it may operate as free market economy in trade in that era.

This study aims to contribute to development of SHRM field.Because personnel management and human resource management are in practice by firms,however,firms do not apply strategic HRM yet.There are four definitions of SHRM so far.This study presents a new approach for the development of the field.it is HRM involvement.HRM involvement is related to appointment of managers and board of directors.Because board of directors appoints managers in firms,HR must be member of board of directors.Because managers achieve firm performance(market share and profit),and Board of Directors appoints managers.Therefore,HRM manager must be involved with board of directors to affect appointments.This study uses semantic content analysis and systematic review methods as a research methodology.To conclude,organizations may apply strategic HRM through strategic HR Directors at top level,appointment of C-level Executives and HRM involvement.

Hydroxyapatite(HA) co-doped with Zn2+ tand F- ions was synthesized by precipitation method for the first time in this study.FTiR spectroscopy revealed Zn2+ tand F ions incorporation into HA structure.Co-doping of Zn2+ tand F- ions decreased unit cell volume of HA and decreased grain sizes.Zn2+ tor 5 mol% F addition into HA significantly improved its density.Microhardness was increased with Zn2+ taddition and further increase was detected with F co-doping.Zn2+ tand F co-doped samples had higher fracture toughness than pure HA.Zn2+ tincorporation to the structure resulted in an increase in cell proliferation and ALP activity of cells,and further increase was observed with 1 mol%F addition.With superior mechanical properties and biological response 2Zn1 F is a good candidate for biomedical applications.

Comparison of aerobic conjunctival bacterial flora in pregnant, reproductive-aged and postmenopausal women

AiM: To evaluate the effect of hormonal status on aerobic conjunctival flora in women. METHODS: One hundred fifty-eight women [reproductive-aged (n=55), pregnant (n=51), and postmenopausal (n=52)] who admitted to outpatient clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Denizli State Hospital were enrolled. Age, body-mass index (BMi), obstetric history, cigarette smoking, drug usage, presence of systemic disease, and intraocular pressure (iOP) were recorded for each patient. The samples were taken from the lower fornix with two culture swabs and directly incubated in culture containing 5% sheep blood, eosin-methylene blue and chocolate agar. The other swab specimen was Gram stained. All growths and microscopic results were analyzed. RESULTS: The coagulase-negative Staphylococcus was the predominant organism isolated in the conjunctival samples in both three groups. The aerobic microorganism growth rate for all isolated aerobic organisms revealed no significant change in the three groups (P>0.05). The conjunctival culture positivity rates were similar in the three groups (49% in reproductive-aged, 57% in pregnant and 58% in postmenopausal women) (P>0.05). Age, iOP, BMi, gravidity, parity, cigarette smoking, drug usage, and presence of systemic diseases did not have an effect on culture positivity in three groups. CONCLUSiON: Results of this study showed that conjunctival aerobic flora and bacterial colonization did not differ between reproductive-aged, pregnant and postmenopausal women.

Background： Postmastectomy pain syndrome （PM PS） is defined as a chronic （continuing for 3 or more months） neuropathic pain affecting the axilla, medial arm, breast, and chest wall after breast cancer surgery. The prevalence of PMPS has been reported to range from 20% to 68%. in this study, we aimed to determine the prevalence of PMPS among mastectomy patients, the severity of neuropathic pain in these patients, risk factors that contribute to pain becoming chronic, and the effect of PMPS on life quality. Methods： This cross-sectional study was approved by the Sakarya University, Medical Faculty Ethical Council and included 146 patients ranging in age from 18 to 85 years who visited the pain clinic, general surgery clinic, and oncology clinic and had breast surgery between 2012 and 2014. Patients were divided into two groups according to whether they met PMPS criteria： pain at axilla, arm, shoulder, chest wall, scar tissue, or breast at least 3 months after breast surgery. All patients gave informed consent prior to entry into the study. Patient medical records were collected, and pain and quality of life were evaluated by the visual analog scale （VAS） for pain, a short form of the McGill Pain Questiomlaire （SF-MPQ）, douleur neuropathique-4 （DN-4）, and SF-36. Results： Patient mean age was 55.2 ± 11.8 years （33.0-83.0 years）. PMPS prevalence was 36%. Mean scores on the VAS, SF-MPQ, and DN-4 in PMPS patients were 1.76 ±2.38 （0-10）, 1.73 ± 1.54 （0-5）, and 1.64 ± 2.31 （0-8）, respectively. Of these patients, 31 （23.7%） had neuropathic pain characteristics, and 12 （9.2%） had phantom pain according to the DN-4 survey. Patients who had modified radical mastectomy were significantly more likely to develop PMPS than patients who had breast-protective surgery （P = 0.028）. Only 2 （2.4%） of PMPS patients had received proper treatment （anticonvulsants or opioids）. Conclusions： PMPS seriously impacts patients＇ emotional situation, daily activities, and social relationships and is a majior economic burden for health systems. We
