Objecti.e: The purpose of thi. work i. to exami.e the usefulness of the topologi.al approach for analysi. of current densi.y maps duri.g ST-T i.terval i. detecti.n of coronary artery di.ease (CAD) i. pati.nts wi.h proved CAD but normal results of routi.e tests. Materi.ls and Methods: The pati.nt group i.cluded 123 pati.nts. Coronary angi.graphy was done due to chest pai.. The control group consi.ted of 124 healthy volunteers. The MCG test was done by 4-channels MCG system i.stalled at unshi.lded setti.g. An i.tegral topologi.al i.dex Ki.eal, consi.ti.g of 4 parameters, has been counted. Results and Conclusi.ns: i. i. shown that Ki.eal was hi.her i. pati.nt group compared to control one. Sensi.i.i.y was 87%, and speci.i.i.y was 64%. The topologi.al analysi. of MCG current densi.y maps i. a valuable tool i. noni.vasi.e detecti.n of CAD i. di.fi.ult-to-di.gnose pati.nts wi.h uni.formati.e results of routi.e tests.

Objecti.e: The electrophysi.logi.al properti.s of the myocardi.m are extremely heterogeneous. Veri.i.ati.n of new magnetocardi.graphy (MCG) si.ns appears an i.portant aspect for severi.y assessment of i.chemi. myocardi.m damage, i.chemi. heart di.ease (i.D) course prognosi., determi.i.g of i.di.ati.ns for preventi.e “aggressi.e” therapy and esti.ati.n of i.s effi.acy i. pati.nts wi.h i.D. The objecti.e of thi. research was the i.vesti.ati.n of magnetocardi.graphy (MCG) capabi.i.i.s i. di.gnosi. of i.chemi. and i.flammatory myocardi.l i.juri.s usi.g new MCG markers of the spati.temporal organi.ati.n of myocardi.m exci.ati.n. Methods and results: There were 128 pati.nts exami.ed i. three groups. Group 1 contai.ed 34 healthy volunteers. Group 2 contai.ed 62 pati.nts wi.h i.D di.gnosi.. Group 3 i.cluded 32 comparati.ely young pati.nts wi.h acute myocardi.i. di.gnosi.. MCG-mappi.g of pati.nts was performed at rest on the 7-channel MCG-scanners “Cardi.magscan” V 3.1 (Company KMG, Ukrai.e) i. non-shi.lded MCG laboratory. 11 MCG markers were determi.ed for selected ti.e i.tervals of the cardi.c cycle. Obtai.ed data provi.ed evi.ences about si.ni.i.ant di.ferences i. values of proposed MCG markers for vari.us groups. i. pati.nts wi.h AMi. rate of parameters change i. hi.her than wi.hout AMi.(Sub-groups 2.1 and 2.2 di.fer by 8 MCG markers). Pati.nts of 2nd and 3rd groups are di.ferent from healthy pati.nts by 8 of 11 markers. Analysi. of the obtai.ed data has demonstrated good capabi.i.i.s of MCG i. di.ferenti.l di.gnosti.s. Appli.ati.n of di.cri.i.atory analysi. allowed us to get classi.i.ati.n functi.ns, whi.h could be used (wi.h 82% accuracy) to quali.y the just exami.ed pati.nt to the i.vesti.ated categori.s. Conclusi.n: Based on the new methodologi.al approach duri.g the studi.s, the most i.formati.e MCG-cri.eri. of space-temporal organi.ati.n of myocardi.m exci.ati.n i. pati.nts wi.h i.D has been proposed. The method i. able to di.ti.gui.h healthy subjects and myocardi.

The results of an experi.ent on di.charges i. long atmospheri. pressure ai. gaps at a pulsed voltage of ampli.ude up to 800 kV and ri.eti.e 150-200 ns are analyzed. i. the experi.ent, a radi.ti.n pulse of photon energy 〉 5 keV and durati.n 10-20 ns has been detected. i. has been shown that the x-ray pulse i. due to the ＂runaway＂ of electrons from the head of an anode-di.ected streamer. The esti.ated maxi.um bremsstrahlung energy i. about 5-10 keV. The presence of a maxi.um i. the bremsstrahlung spectrum i. due to that the photons emi.ted by electrons are absorbed by atoms of the gas i. whi.h the di.charge operates.

Objecti.e: Non-i.vasi.e methods of evaluati.n of electri.al acti.i.y of the heart are sti.l the most i.portant functi.nal di.gnosti.s methods i. coronary artery di.ease (CAD) detecti.n. i. has been shown that magnetocardi.graphy (MCG) appears to be rather sensi.i.e i. di.gnosti.s of chroni. CAD even i. the pati.nts at rest wi.h unchanged ECG. The objecti.e of present paper i. to i.vesti.ate the i.fluence of non-i.vasi.e tests wi.h a physi.al exerci.eon MCG parameters i. the pati.nts wi.h chroni. CAD. Materi.ls and Methods: i. total, 10 pati.nts were exami.ed (mean age 41 ± 5 years) sufferi.g from chroni. stable angi.a (CAD). CAD was di.gnosed by cli.i.al evi.ences, bi.ycle ergometri. posi.i.e data and coronary angi.graphy (stenosi. > 70% i. at least onr mai. coronary angi.graphy). The control group consi.ted of 14 healthy volunteers. MCG mappi.g was performed by means of a 7-channel SQUi.-magnetometer i.stalled i. an unshi.lded room. The MCG exami.ati.n was conducted twi.e, whi.st pati.nts were at rest and after exerci.e on the bi.ycle (i. healthy persons i. was conducted i.medi.tely after exerci.e and i. the pati.nts, after the ST depressi.n and/or chest pai. had di.appeared). The homogenei.y and electri. moti.e force (EMF) di.ecti.n di.turbances on magneti. fi.ld di.tri.uti.n maps on an extent of ST-T i.terval have been evaluated. Results: Stati.ti.ally si.ni.i.ant di.ferences between groups exami.ed based both on 2D and 3D quanti.ati.e cri.eri. were demonstrated. Conclusi.n: The appli.ati.n of a set of MCG cri.eri. based on the analysi. both of ventri.ular depolari.ati.n and repolari.ati.n wi.l enable a greater degree of accuracy for the results of the exerci.e stress test, especi.lly i. doubtful cases.
