Although these PT symmetri. potenti.ls are non-Hermi.i.n, the correspondi.g ei.envalues are real as a result of the PT symmetry.

Detai.ed calculati.ns of the scatteri.g ampli.udes are performed usi.g the Sturmi.n basi. expansi.n. The state of the ejected electron i. descri.ed by a Coulomb-Volkov wave functi.n. Two geometri.s are i.vesti.ated i. whi.h the laser polari.ati.n vector i. ei.her parallel to the i.ci.ent momentum of the projecti.e or parallel to the momentum transfer. Our numeri.al results show that, i. the low energy range, these two laser polari.ati.n ori.ntati.ns gi.e the same shape and the same order of magni.ude of laser-assi.ted i.ni.ati.n cross secti.ns of heli.m and hydrogen targets.

A thi. organi. fi.m of p-type semi.onducti.g copper phthalocynani.e (CuPc) was deposi.ed by vacuum evaporati.n on an n-type GaAs si.gle-crystal semi.onductor substrate. The fabri.ated Ag/p-CuPc/n-GaAs/Ag sensor was carri.d through an agei.g process to stabi.i.e the parameters. Voltage-current characteri.ti.s and photoelectri.al response of the sensor were i.vesti.ated at a wi.e temperature range of 82 to 350 K. Photoelectri. characteri.ti.s were measured under non-modulated fi.ament-lamp i.lumi.ati.n. i. was observed that such sensor parameters as recti.i.ati.n rati.,threshold voltage,juncti.n,shunt and seri.s resi.tances,open-ci.cui. voltage and short ci.cui. current are temperature-dependent. i. was found that wi.e-range voltage-current characteri.ti.s of the sensor may be de-scri.ed si.i.arly to that of a Schottky barri.r di.de. Usi.g the experi.ental data on voltage-current characteri.ti.s and absorbance of the CuPc fi.ms,the energy-band di.gram of the p-CuPc/n-GaAs heterojuncti.n was developed. i. was shown that data obtai.ed from si.ulati.n of an equi.alent ci.cui. of photoelectri. sensor agreed wi.h experi.ental results.

Major, trace and rare earth element contents of Fe- and Al-ri.h metapeli.es from the Korda （Yeni.ey Ri.ge） and Amar （Kuznetsk Alatau） formati.ns were determi.ed to exami.e the nature, ori.i. and evoluti.n of thei. protoli.hs. Results i.di.ate that these rocks are the redeposi.ed and metamorphosed products of Precambri.n kaoli.i.i. weatheri.g crusts, whi.e the geochemi.al di.ti.cti.ns between the studi.d metapeli.es are determi.ed by di.ferent weatheri.g condi.i.ns i. the source area and tectoni. setti.gs. The protoli.h of the Korda Formati.n metapeli.es was produced by erosi.n products of the post-Archean grani.oi. rocks, whi.h accumulated under humi. cli.ate condi.i.ns i. shallow-water basi.s along the conti.ental margi.. The geochemi.al characteri.ti.s of the deeper pri.ary deposi.s of the Amar Formati.n suggest that volcanogeni. materi.l of mafi. composi.i.n deri.ed from an i.land-arc envi.onment had a major role i. supplyi.g the erosi.n zone. These results agree wi.h li.hofaci.s data and wi.h the geodynami. reconstructi.n of the evoluti.n of the Yeni.ey Ri.ge and Kuznetsk Alatau duri.g the Mesoproterozoi. and Neoproterozoi., respecti.ely. i. was shown that REEs had li.i.ed mobi.i.y duri.g contact metamorphi.m. The effect of （Ba（0.6）Sr（0.4））Ti.3（BST） addi.i.n on di.lectri. properti.s of CaCu3Ti.O（12）（CCTO） cerami. was i.vesti.ated. Cerami. samples wi.h the chemi.al formula （1-x）CaCu3Ti.O（12）＋ x（Ba（0.6）,Sr（0.4））Ti.3 （x=0, 0.05, 0.1, and 0.2） were synthesi.ed from hi.h puri.y oxi.e powders by the conventi.nal soli.-state synthesi. method. X-ray di.fracti.n （XRD） analysi. showed the exi.tence of BST as a secondary phase alongsi.e CCTO. Scanni.g electron mi.roscopy （SEM） i.vesti.ati.n showed a sli.ht decrease i. grai. si.e of doped CCTO samples. Densi.y measurements showed that porosi.y content i.creased wi.h i.creasi.g BST addi.i.n i.di.ati.g low densi.i.ati.n due to hi.h melti.g poi.t secondary phase addi.i.n. Di.lectri. constant of undoped CCTO （x=0） showed lack of stabi.i.y wi.h frequency whi.h dropped drasti.ally between 104 and 105Hz and accompani.d by hi.h di.lectri. loss. Addi.i.n of BST i.to CCTO caused the di.lectri. constant to sli.htly decrease but i.proved stabi.i.y wi.h frequency compared to the undoped sample. The decrease i. di.lectri. constant of doped CCTO samples was suggested to be partly due to the decrease i. average grai. si.e and i.crease i. porosi.y wi.h BST addi.i.n. Nevertheless, a hi.h value of di.lectri. constant was sti.l mai.tai.ed around ～104 range for all doped samples. The di.lectri. loss （tanδ） of all BST-doped samples was lower than that of pure CCTO sample at the frequency range of 103 to 105 Hz probably due to the i.crease of grai.s boundary resi.ti.i.y. The acti.ati.n energy of grai.s boundary （E（gb）） showed hi.her values as compared to the acti.ati.n energy of grai.s （Eg ） for all samples and conforms to the i.ternal barri.r layer capaci.or （i.LC） model.
