Atomic and close-to-atomic scale manufacturing(ACSM)is the core competence of Manufacturing *** other conceptions or terminologies that only focus on the atomic level precision,ACSM defnes a new realm of manufacturing where quantum mechanics plays the dominant role in the atom/molecule addition,migration and removal,considering the uncertainty principle and the discrete nature of *** ACSM is still in its infant stage,only little has been systematically elaborated at the core proposition of ACSM by now,hence there is a need to understand its concept and *** article elucidates the development of ACSM and clarifes its proposition,which aims to achieve a clearer understanding on ACSM and direct more efective eforts toward this promising area.

Regularized system identification has become the research frontier of system identification in the past *** related core subject is to study the convergence properties of various hyper-parameter estimators as the sample size goes to *** this paper,we consider one commonly used hyper-parameter estimator,the empirical Bayes(EB).Its convergence in distribution has been studied,and the explicit expression of the covariance matrix of its limiting distribution has been ***,what we are truly interested in are factors contained in the covariance matrix of the EB hyper-parameter estimator,and then,the convergence of its covariance matrix to that of its limiting distribution is *** general,the convergence in distribution of a sequence of random variables does not necessarily guarantee the convergence of its covariance ***,the derivation of such convergence is a necessary complement to our theoretical analysis about factors that influence the convergence properties of the EB hyper-parameter *** this paper,we consider the regularized finite impulse response(FIR)model estimation with deterministic inputs,and show that the covariance matrix of the EB hyper-parameter estimator converges to that of its limiting ***,we run numerical simulations to demonstrate the efficacy of ourtheoretical results.

Durable and efficient bi-functional catalyst,that is capable of both oxygen evolution reaction and hydrogen evolution reaction under acidic condition,are highly desired for the commercialization of proton exchange membrane water ***,we report a robust L-Ru/HfO_(2)heterostructure constructed via confining crystalline Ru nanodomains by HfO_(2)*** assembled with a proton exchange membrane,the bi-functional L-Ru/HfO_(2)catalyst-based electrolyzer presents a voltage of 1.57 and 1.67 V to reach 100 and 300 mA cm^(-2)current density,prevailing most of previously reported Ru-based materials as well as commercial Pt/C||RuO_(2)*** is revealed that the synergistic effect of HfO_(2)modification and small crystalline domain formation significantly alleviates the over-oxidation of *** importantly,this synergistic effect facilitates a dual-site oxide path during the oxygen evolution procedure via optimization of the binding configurations of oxygenated *** a result,the Ru active sites maintain the metallic state along with reduced energy barrier for the rate-determining step(^(*)O→^(*)OOH).Both of water adsorption and dissociation(Volmer step)are strengthened,while a moderate hydrogen binding is achieved to accelerate the hydrogen desorption procedure(Tafel step).Consequently,the activity and stability of acidic overall water splitting are simultaneously enhanced.

Task allocation is a key aspect of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)swarm collaborative *** an continuous increase of UAVs’scale and the complexity and uncertainty of tasks,existing methods have poor performance in computing efficiency,robustness,and realtime allocation,and there is a lack of theoretical analysis on the convergence and optimality of the *** paper presents a novel intelligent framework for distributed decision-making based on the evolutionary game theory to address task allocation for a UAV swarm system in uncertain scenarios.A task allocation model is designed with the local utility of an individual and the global utility of the ***,the paper analytically derives a potential function in the networked evolutionary potential game and proves that the optimal solution of the task allocation problem is a pure strategy Nash equilibrium of a finite strategy ***,a PayOff-based Time-Variant Log-linear Learning Algorithm(POTVLLA)is proposed,which includes a novel learning strategy based on payoffs for an individual and a time-dependent Boltzmann *** former aims to reduce the system’s computational burden and enhance the individual’s effectiveness,while the latter can ensure that the POTVLLA converges to the optimal Nash equilibrium with a probability of *** simulation results show that the approach is optimal,robust,scalable,and fast adaptable to environmental changes,even in some realistic situations where some UAVs or tasks are likely to be lost and increased,further validating the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed framework and algorithm.

The application of biofertilizers is becoming an inevitable trend to substitute chemical fertilizers for sustainable *** better understand the development of biofertilizers from 1980 to 2022,we used bibliometric mining to analyze 12,880 journal articles related to *** network cooccurrence analysis suggested that the biofertilizers research can be separated into three *** first stage(1980-2005)focused on nitrogen *** second stage(2006-2015)concentrated on the mechanisms for increasing plant *** third stage(2016-2022)was the application of biofertilizers to improve the soil *** keyword analysis revealed the mechanisms of biofertilizers to improve plant-growth:biofertilizers can impact the nutritional status of plants,regulate plant hormones,and improve soil environments and the *** bacteria use as biofertilizers,included Pseudomonas,Azospirillum,and Bacillus,were also identified through bibliometric *** findings provide critical discernment to aid further study of biofertilizers for sustainable agriculture.

Although there have been significant advances in the treatment of heart failure in recent years,chronic heart failure remains a leading cause of cardiovascular disease-related *** studies have found that targeted cardiac metabolic remodeling has good potential for the treatment of heart ***,most of the drugs that increase cardiac energy are still in the theoretical or testing *** research has found that botanical drugs not only increase myocardial energy metabolism through multiple targets but also have the potential to restore the balance of myocardial substrate *** this review,we summarized the mechanisms by which botanical drugs(the active ingredients/formulas/Chinese patent medicines)improve substrate utilization and promote myocardial energy metabolism by activating AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPARs)and other related *** the same time,some potential protective effects of botanical drugs on myocardium,such as alleviating oxidative stress and dysbiosis signaling,caused by metabolic disorders,were briefly discussed.

Tourism resources that span provincial boundaries in China play a pivotal role in regional development,yet effective governance poses persistent *** study addresses this issue by constructing a comprehensive database of transboundary natural tourism resources(TNTR)through amalgamation of diverse data *** the Getis-Ord Gi^(*),kernel density estimation,and geographical detectors,we scrutinize the spatial patterns of TNTR,focusing on both named and unnamed entities,while exploring the influencing *** findings reveal 7883 identified TNTR in China,with mountain tourism resources emerging as the predominant *** provinces,Hunan boasts the highest count,while Shanghai exhibits the *** China demonstrates a pronounced clustering trend in TNTR distribution,with the spatial arrangement of biological landscapes appearing more random compared to geological and water *** China,characterized by intricate terrain,exhibits fewer TNTR,concurrently unveiling a significant presence of unnamed natural tourism ***,administrative segmentation influences TNTR development,generating disparities in regional goals,developmental stages and intensities,and management *** response to these variations,we advocate for strengthening the naming of the unnamed transboundary tourism resources,constructing a geographic database of TNTR for government and establishing a collaborative management mechanism based on TNTR *** research contributes to elucidating the intricate landscape of TNTR,offering insights for tailored governance strategies in the realm of cross-provincial tourism resource management.

We study the incompressible limit of classical solutions to compressible ideal magneto-hydrodynamics in a domain with a flat *** boundary condition is characteristic and the initial data is *** first establish the uniform existence of classical solutions with respect to the Mach ***,we prove that the solutions converge to the solution of the incompressible MHD *** particular,we obtain a stronger convergence result by using the dispersion of acoustic waves in the half space.
