The development of natural polymer-based scaffolds with excellent biocompatibility,antibacterial activity,and blood compatibility,able to facilitate full-thickness skin wound healing,remains *** this study,we have developed three chitosan(CS)-based porous scaffolds,including CS,CS/CNT(carbon nanotubes)and CS/CNT/HA(nano-hydroxyapatite,n-HA)using a freeze-drying *** three scaffolds have a high swelling ratio,excellent antibacterial activity,outstanding cytocompatibility and blood compatibility in *** introduction of CNTs exhibited an obvious increase in mechanical properties and exerts excellent photothermal response,which displays excellent healing performance as a wound dressing in mouse full-thickness skin wound model when compared to CS ***/CNT/HA composite scaffolds present the strongest ability to promote full-thickness cutaneous wound closure and skin regeneration,which might be ascribed to the synergistic effect of photothermal response from CNT and excellent bioactivity from ***,the present study indicated that CNT and n-HA can be engineered as effective constituents in wound dressings to facilitate full-thickness skin regeneration.

Advances in novel drugs,therapies,and genetic techniques have revolutionized the diagnosis and treatment of cancers,substantially improving cancer patients’*** rare tumors account for a non-negligible number,the practice of precision medicine and development of novel therapies are largely hampered by many *** low incidence and drastic regional disparities result in the difficulty of informative evidence-based diagnosis and *** exhaustion due to difficulty in diagnosis also leads to a lack of recommended therapeutic strategies in clinical guidelines,insufficient biomarkers for prognosis/efficacy,and inability to identify potential novel therapies in clinical ***,by reviewing the epidemiological data of Chinese solid tumors and publications defining rare tumors in other areas,we proposed a definition of rare tumor in China,including 515 tumor types with incidences of less than 2.5/100000 per *** also summarized the current diagnosis process,treatment recommendations,and global developmental progress of targeted drugs and immunotherapy agents on the status ***,we pinpointed the current recommendation chance for patients with rare tumors to be involved in a clinical trial by *** this informative report,we aimed to raise awareness on the importance of rare tumor investigations and guarantee a bright future for rare tumor patients.

Kinetic-scale magnetic holes(KSMHs)are structures characterized by a significant magnetic depression with a length scale on the order of the proton *** structures have been investigated in recent studies in near-Earth space,and found to be closely related to energy conversion and particle acceleration,wave-particle interactions,magnetic reconnection,and turbulence at the ***,there are still several major issues of the KSMHs that need further study—including(a)the source of these structures(locally generated in near-Earth space,or carried by the solar wind),(b)the environmental conditions leading to their generation,and(c)their spatio-temporal *** this study,KSMHs in near-Earth space are investigated statistically using data from the Magnetospheric Multiscale *** 200,000 events were observed from September 2015 to March *** rates of such structures in the solar wind,magnetosheath,and magnetotail were *** find that KSMHs occur in the magnetosheath at rates far above their occurrence in the solar *** indicates that most of the structures are generated locally in the magnetosheath,rather than advected with the solar ***,KSMHs occur in the downstream region of the quasi-parallel shock at rates significantly higher than in the downstream region of the quasi-perpendicular shock,indicating a relationship with the turbulent plasma *** to the magnetopause,we find that the depths of KSMHs decrease as their temporal-scale *** also find that the spatial-scales of the KSMHs near the subsolar magnetosheath are smaller than those in the ***,their global distribution shows a significant dawn-dusk asymmetry(duskside dominating)in the magnetotail.

血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是重要的促血管生成因子,对血管内皮细胞具有促分裂、抗凋亡、增加血管通透性和促进细胞迁移等作用。在骨折或骨缺损区域,VEGF通过参与新生血管的形成,趋化间充质干细胞(MSCs)向损伤区域集合并产生成骨分化。当处在牙周炎导致的牙槽骨丧失的缺氧环境中,VEGF通过调节与牙周组织再生相关的细胞增殖、迁移和分化等功能,促进牙周组织的新生与整合。借由调节有关信号分子或通路、与其他细胞因子联合使用,或是参与牙周支架共同作用,VEGF在牙周组织再生方面的应用研究受到关注。现从VEGF在牙周组织再生中的作用、机制和应用等方面进行综述,为发掘VEGF在牙周组织再生中的应用提供思路。

2005年4月20日,哈尔滨新一代天气雷达观测到东北冷涡内部具有中尺度的变形场结构,即在雷达速度图上,存在两负两正且互为准对称的现象。在变形场中通常会引起锋生效应,而雷达观测具有高时空分辨率,可以及时发现这种中尺度的变形场。本文应用实时雷达资料,配合卫星云图及常规资料场,对该次过程进行分析。说明变形场在冷涡发展的过程中起到了重要作用。

揭示南昌市植被覆盖的演化特征和确定影响其变化趋势的主要气候驱动因子,为其长期稳定、良性发展和积极应对后续的气候变化提供指导。采用2000—2020年南昌市的NDVI月度数据、气温、降水和气压等10个气象驱动因子,利用单样本K-S(Kolmogorov-Smirnov)检验、弗里德曼检验、肯德尔和谐系数检验法等非参数检验法和随机森林分析方法,对不同驱动因子的重要性进行研究。结果表明,1)在2000—2020年南昌市的NDVI呈波动下降趋势,该峰值出现在2000年,谷值则在2010年;2)城市整体植被覆盖呈现四周高中间低的空间分布规律,北部和西部地区的NDVI值相对较高且下降速率缓慢,中部的东湖区和青山湖区等NDVI值相对较低且有明显下降趋势;3)植被覆盖的极大平均值出现在每年8月,受温度的影响最显著,而风向的影响最不显著,降水的影响有一定的时滞性,植被覆盖变化应结合多要素的共同驱动作用来决定。
