This study investigated the protective effect of the compatibility of hypaconitine （HA） and glycyrrhetinic acid （GA） on H9c2 cells under oxygen and glucose deprivation （OGD）-induced injury, and the possible mechanisms. We found that HA＋GA significantly improved pathology and morphology of the nucleus and ultrastructure of H9c2 cells under OGD as determined by Hoechst 33342 staining and transmission electron microscopy （TEM） tests. It also reduced the releases of lactate dehydrogenase （LDH）, creatine kinase-myocardial band isoenzyme （CK-MB）, and aspartate transaminase （AST） from the cultured supernatant of H9c2 cells, which were tested by enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay （ELISA） kits. In addition, it lessened the apoptotic rate as determined by a fluorescein isothiocyanate-annexin V/propidium iodide （FITC-AV/PI） double staining assay. It was also found that HA＋GA might regulate the protein expression associated with the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase （PI3K）/Akt signaling pathway. Overall, the study demonstrated that HA＋GA protected H9c2 cells against OGD-induced injury, and the signaling mechanism might be related to the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.

Herein,we disclose a highly regio-/chemoselective tandem asymmetric dearomatized halofunctionalization reaction of phenoltethered ynamides with diverse electrophilic halogenation sources in a catalyst-free manner for the practical and rapid assembly of a series of halogenated spirocyclic ***,the related dearomatized selenation and protonation are also achieved,affording the corresponding selenated and protonated spirocycles in high ***,the enantioselectivities of these products can be perfectly induced by Evans auxiliaries(99%ees).Significantly,this protocol not only represents the first tandem asymmetric halofunctionalization reaction of phenol derivatives,but also constitutes the first asymmetric halogenation/selenation of *** calculations indicate a remote induction model of Evans chiral auxiliary-attached keteniminium.

It is very appealing that 5-hydroxymethylfurfural（HMF） is electrocatalytical oxidized as 2,5-furandicarboxylic acid（FDCA） linking to non-classical cathodic hydrogen（H2） ***,the electrocatalysts for electrocatalytic HMF oxidative reaction（e-HMFOR） have been facing low Faradaic efficiency（FE） and high water splitting ***,we propose a strategy of the NiSeO3@（CoSeO3）4heterojunction by constructing a Co-Ni paired site,where the Co site is in charge of adsorbing for HMF while the electrons are transferred to the Ni site,thus giving the NiSeO3@（CoSeO3）4heterojunction superior electrocata lytic performances for e-HMFOR and water *** optimizing conditions,the NiSeO3@（CoSeO3）4heterojunction has high conversion of 99.7%,high selectivity of 99.9%,and high FE of 98.4% at 1.3 V,as well as low cell voltage of 1.31 V at 10 mA cm-2in 1 M KOH+0.1 M *** study offers a potential insight for e-HMFOR to high value-added FDCA coupling water splitting to produce H2in an economical manner.

Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)O_(2)F (VP) is recognized as a promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries due to its stable structural framework and high specific *** functional theory (DFT) and finite element simulations show that incorporating SO_(4)^(2-)into VP decreases its band gap,lowers the migration energy barrier,and ensures a uniform Na+concentration gradient and stress distribution during charge and discharge ***,the average Na+diffusion coefficient of Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(1.95)(SO_(4))_(0.05)O_(2)F(VPS-1) is roughly double that of VP,leading to enhanced rate capability (80 C,75.5 mAh g^(-1)) and cycling stability (111.0 mAh g^(-1)capacity after 1000 cycles at 10 C current density) for ***-1 exhibits outstanding fast-charging capabilities,achieving an 80%state of charge in just 8.1 *** assembled VPS-1//SbSn/NPC full cell demonstrated stable cycling over 200 cycles at a high 5 C current,maintaining an average coulombic efficiency of 95.35%.

The La_(1.7)Pr_(0.3)Mg_(16)Ni hydrogen storage alloy was prepared by medium-frequency induction melting,and then the composite hydrogen storage alloy powder of La_(1.7)Pr_(0.3)Mg_(16)Ni+x wt.%(x=0,2,4,and 6)graphene was prepared by ball milling for 10 *** effect of the addition of graphene on the activation and hydrogen de/absorption properties of La_(1.7)Pr_(0.3)Mg_(16)Ni alloy was *** result demonstrated that these composite alloys were composed of La_(2)Mg_(17),La_(2)Ni_(3),and Mg_(2)Ni *** saturated hydrogen absorption,it was composed of LaH_(3),Mg_(2)NiH_(4),and MgH_(2)phases,while during the dehydrogenation process,it was composed of LaH_(3),Mg,and Mg_(2)Ni *** addition of graphene can help get a more homogeneous granule after ball milling and accelerate the first activation of dehydrogenation/hydrogen *** hydrogen release activation energy of the alloys first decreases and then increases as the graphene content increases from x=0 wt.%to x=6 wt.%.The minimum activation energy of the composite hydrogen storage alloy is 51.22 kJ mol^(-1) when x=4 wt.%.

Gastric Carcinoma(GC)is a highly fatal malignant tumor with a poor *** elevated mortality rates are primarily due to its proclivity for late-stage *** the metabolic interactions between tumor microenvironment and the systemic bloodstream could help to clearly understand the mechanisms and identify precise biomarkers of tumor growth,proliferation,and *** this study,an integrative approach that combines plasma metabolomics with mass spectrometry imaging of tumor tissue was developed to investigate the global metabolic landscape of GC tumorigenesis and *** results showed that the oxidized glutathione to glutathione ratio(GSSH/GSH)became increased in non-distal metastatic GC(M0),which means an accumulation of oxidative stress in tumor ***,it was found that the peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids,such as 9,10-EpOMe,9-HOTrE,etc.,were accelerated in both plasma and tumor tissues of distal metastatic GC(M1).These changes were further confirmed the potential effect of CYP2E1 and GGT1 in metastatic potential of GC by mass spectrometry imaging(MSI)and immunohistochemistry(IHC).Collectively,our findings reveal the integrated multidimensional metabolomics approach is a clinical useful method to unravel the bloodtumor metabolic crosstalk,illuminate reprogrammed metabolic networks,and provide reliable circulating biomarkers.

This work investigates the implementation of distributed prescribed-time neural network(NN) control for nonlinear multiagent systems(MASs) using a dynamic memory event-triggered mechanism(DMETM). First, it introduces a composite learning technique in NN control. This method leverages the prediction error within the NN update law to enhance the accuracy of the unknown nonlinearity estimation. Subsequently, by introducing a time-varying transformation, the study establishes a distributed prescribed-time control algorithm. The notable feature of this algorithm is its ability to predetermine the convergence time independently of initial conditions or control parameters. Moreover, the DMETM is established to reduce the actuation frequency of the controller. Unlike the conventional memoryless dynamic event-triggered mechanism, the DMETM incorporates a memory term to further increase triggering intervals. Utilizing a distributed estimator for the leader, the DMETM-based NN prescribed-time controller is designed in a fully distributed manner, which guarantees that all signals in the closed-loop system remain bounded within the prescribed time. Finally, simulation results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

AIM: To identify the property of dendritic cells (DCs) of peripheral blood monocytes (PBMC) in patients with chronic HBV infection. METHODS: Twenty patients with persistent HBV infection were included in this study, 10 healthy subjects being used as a control group. The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) of T cell-depleted populations were incubated and induced into mature dendritic cells in the RPMI-1640 medium in the presence of cytokines GM-CSF, IL-4, FLt-3,TNF-alpha and 100mL.L(-1 )of fetal calf serum for a total of 10-12 days. The expressions of surface markers on DCs were evaluated using flow cytometric analysis. ELISA method was used to determine the cytokine levels of interleukin-12 (IL-12) and IL-10 in the supernatant produced by DCs. For detection of the stimulatory capacity of DCs to T cell proliferation, mytomycin C-treated DC were incubated with allogenic T cells. RESULTS: A typical morphology of mature DCs from healthy subjects and HBV-infected patients was induced in in vitro incubation, but the proliferation ability and cellular number of DCs from HBV-infected patients significantly decreased compared with healthy individuals. In particular, the expression levels of HLA-DR, CD80 (B7-1) and CD86 (B7-2) on DC surface from patients were also lower than that from healthy individuals (0.46 vs 0.92 for HLA-DR, 0.44 vs 0.88 for CD80 and 0.44 vs 0.84 for CD86,P<0.05). The stimulatory capacity and production of IL-12 of DCs from patients in allogenic mixed lymphocyte reaction (AMLR) significantly decreased, but the production level of nitric oxide (NO) by DCs simultaneously increased compared with healthy subjects (86 +/- 15 vs 170 +/- 22 micromol.L(-1), P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The patients with chronic HBV infection have the defective function and immature phenotype of dendritic cells, which may be associated with the inability of efficient presentation of HBV antigens to host immune system for the clearance of HBV.
