The finite-time attitude control problem for combined spacecraft with non-cooperative target is investigated in this paper. First, a novel dynamic model is developed using the interaction torque between the service and target spacecraft. Next, a super-twisting disturbance observer is improved to estimate the generalized disturbance for the service spacecraft in finite time. Then, a nonlinear terminal sliding mode attitude controller is designed for the combined spacecraft so as to converge the attitude system in finite time. Finally, numerical simulations validate the feasibility of the proposed controller.

Elucidating the active components of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is essential for understanding the mechanisms of TCM and promote its rational use as well as TCM-derived drug *** studies have shown that surface plasmon resonance(SPR)technology is promising in this *** the present study,we propose an SPR-based integrated strategy to screen and analyze the major active components of *** used Radix Paeoniae Alba(RPA)as an example to identify the compounds that can account for its anti-inflammatory mechanism via tumor necrosis factor receptor type 1(TNF-R1).First,RPA extraction was analyzed using an SPR-based screening system,and the potential active ingredients were collected,enriched,and identified as paeoniflorin and ***,the affinity constants of paeoniflorin and paeonol were determined as 4.9 and 11.8 mM,***,SPR-based competition assays and molecular docking were performed to show that the two compounds could compete with tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a)while binding to the subdomain 1 site of ***,in biological assays,the two compounds suppressed cytotoxicity and apoptosis induced by TNF-a in the L929 cell *** findings prove that SPR technology is a useful tool for determining the active ingredients of TCM at the molecular level and can be used in various aspects of drug *** SPR-based integrated strategy is reliable and feasible in TCM studies and will shed light on the elucidation of the pharmacological mechanism of TCM and facilitate its modernization.

In this study,a standard strain of HSV-1 (strain SM44) was used to investigate the antiviral activity of the recombinant Cyanovirin-N (CV-N) against Herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) in vitro and in *** effect (CPE) and MTT assays were used to evaluate the effect of CV-N on HSV-1 in Vero *** number of copies of HSV-DNA was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR (FQ-PCR).The results showed that CV-N had a low cytotoxicity on Vero cells with a CC50 of 359.03±0.56 μg/mL,and that it could not directly inactivate HSV-1 ***-N not only reduced the CPE of HSV-1 when added before or after viral infection,with a 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) with 2.26 and 30.16μg/mL respectively,but it also decreased the copies of HSV-1 DNA in infected host *** encephalitis model for HSV-1 infection was conducted in Kunming mice,and treated with three dosages of CV-N (0.5,5 & 10 mg/kg) which was administered intraperitoneally at 2h,3d,5d,7d post *** duration for the appearance of symptoms of encephalitis and the survival days were recorded and brain tissue samples were obtained for pathological examination (HE staining).Compared with the untreated control group,in the 5mg/kg CV-N and 10mg/kg CV-N treated groups,the mice suffered light symptoms and the number of survival days were more than 9d and 14d *** staining also showed that in 5mg/kg CV-N and 10mg/kg CV-N treated groups,the brain cells did not show visible changes,except for a slight *** results demonstrated that CV-N has pronounced antiviral activity against HSV-1 both in vitro and in vivo,and it would be a promising new candidate for anti-HSV therapeutics.

Ordered mesoporous noble metals(NMs)have displayed unique catalytic and electrocatalytic performance distinctive from traditional *** great efforts,the range of mesoporous NMs is mainly limited to single metals and their metal alloys with random atomic ***,we report a simple solid-phase synthesis of novel mesoporous intermetallic noble metal-nonmetal(MI-PtX_(2))nanoparticles with hierarchical orderliness as highly efficient electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).The synthesis relies on a Pt-to-PtX_(2) evolution with mesoporous Pt confined in thermally stable KIT-6(Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology-6)as the concurrent ***,the method could be extended readily to control structures and compositions of mesoporous intermetallic nanoparticles such as hollow structures and ternary MI-PtMP_(2).Samples featured rhombic dodecahedral morphology,ordered gyroid mesostructure,and cubic/hexagonal intermetallic phase,producing abundant undercoordinated sites and optimized surface electronic *** features kinetically accelerate H_(2)O dissociation to remarkably enhance electrocatalytic HER *** optimum MI-PtP_(2) disclosed ultrahigh mass/specific activity(3.31 A mg_(pt)^(−1)/7.75 mA cm_(pt)^(−2))and superior stability(only 15.2%of mass activity loss after an accelerated durability test for 30,000 cycles),suppressing the reported *** work opens up new opportunities for designing and synthesizing novel hierarchically ordered mesoporous electrocatalysts with targeted functions for a variety of applications.

为厘清外部市场环境对农户收入增长以及收入分配的影响,本研究利用分位数回归,基于2020年南京农业大学中国土地经济调查数据库(CLES),从要素市场发育的视角探究农户家庭劳动力配置对收入及收入不均等的影响。结果表明:相对于完备的要素市场,市场发育不完备造成的劳动力配置扭曲会对农户收入有显著负向影响;同时将农户分为不同收入组后发现,要素市场发育不完备造成的劳动力配置扭曲对低收入和中等收入组农户的影响更为显著,在一定程度上加剧了农户收入不均等。由此提出以下建议,应当进一步加强农村要素市场建设,优化农户家庭劳动力配置,实现农民收入增长的同时,努力缩小农户内部收入差距。

Background and objective Airway stent placement is the effective regimen for central airway obstruction(CAO),while its application scenarios *** study aimed to make clinical comparison of airway stent placement in the intervention room and operating *** Patients underwent airway stent placement between 2014 and 2018 were included in this retrospective case-control *** performance of airway stent placement in intervention room and operating room were *** 82 patients were included in this study,including 39 in the intervention room and 43 in the operating *** treated in the intervention room had lower Charlson comorbidity index(CCI)(P=0.018)and received less Y-shaped stents(P<0.001).Better clinical response(P=0.026),more stents placed(P<0.001)and longer length of stent(P<0.001)were observed in operating room,while there was no significantly statistical difference of stent-related complications and post-stent survival rate between the two *** membrane oxygenation(ECMO)supported airway stent placement procedures were performed in the operating room,which provided definitive safety support for high-risk *** Patients with CAO could benefit from the operating room scenario,and airway stent placement in the operating room is more suitable for patients with higher CCI scores and receiving more complicated procedures.

法院调解在我国有着悠久的历史,是我国民事审判的特点和优势之一,其有效地弥补了刚性审判的不足,缓解了法院的案件压力,同时满足了当事人纠纷解决的多元需求,在一定程度上有利于和谐社会的构建。但当前的司法实践过分强调"调解优先",无异于是"调解为主"的翻版,既模糊是非,破坏规则之治,又违反了"自愿、合法"原则,不能彻底解决纠纷,也无助于真正实现社会和谐。因此,必须重新审视"调解优先"政策,吸取历史教训,在重新厘定法院调解概念和内涵的基础上,坚守"自愿、合法"底线,确立以保障诉权为前提的适当性、补充性的民事诉讼调解政策。

Selected functionalization of continuous graphene fibers for integrated energy conversion and storage

Increasing attention has been paid to develop flexible integrated energy devices, but it remains a big challenge to achieve a common electrode for building both energy conversion and storage devices with high performance. Here, we for the first time selectively functionalize polyaniline(PANI) and platinum(Pt)inside different segments of chemical vapor deposition grown continuous graphene tube, achieving selectively functionalized graphene composite(PANI//Pt@G) fibers. The PANI@G and Pt@G parts could be used as efficient electrodes for supercapacitor with a specific capacitance of 284 m F cm-2 and dye-sensitized solar cell with a power conversion efficiency of 4.73%, respectively. By using a PANI//Pt@G fiber as the common electrode, an integrated energy device with a total energy conversion and storage efficiency of 3.07% is realized. The continuous graphene tubes could be functionalized with other active materials for other flexible and wearable electronics.
