5-Fluorouracil（5-FU） loaded nanoparticles（NPs） were prepared by a high speed shearing double emulsion method with polylactide-co-glycolide-co-methoxy poly（ethylene glycol）（PLGA-mPEG） as loading material. The prepared NPs possess a negative zeta potential and their loading efficiency is about 15%（mass fraction）. The result of in vitro release shows that the release behavior of 5-FU from NPs is coincident with Zero-level release from the second day.

The sodium-dependent glucose transporters 2(SGLT2)plays important role in renal reabsorption of urinal glucose back to plasma for maintaining glucose *** approval of SGLT2 inhibitors for treatment of type 2 diabetes highlights the SGLT2 as a feasible and promising drug target in recent *** methods for screening SGLT2 inhibitors are complex,expensive and labor ***,these methods cannot directly measure nonradioactive glucose uptake in endogenous SGLT2-expressing kidney *** present work,human kidney cells,HK-2,was incubated with a fluorescent D-glucose derivant 2-[N-(7-nitrobenz-2-oxa-1,3-diazol-4-yl)amino]-2-deoxy-D-glucose(2-NBDG)and the fluorescent intensity of 2-NBDG was employed to measure the amount of glucose uptake into the *** optimizing the passages of HK-2 cells,2-NBDG concentration and incubation time,and by measuring glucose uptake treated by Dapagliflozin,a clinical drug of SGLT2 inhibitors,we successfully developed a new assay for measuring glucose uptake through *** nonradioactive microplate and microscope-based high-throughput screening assay for measuring glucose can be a new method for screening of SGLT2 inhibitors and implied for other cell assays for glucose measurement extensively.

A new 2D coordination polymer, [Cd（tpim）（1,5-nds）]n （1）, was constructed from 1,5-naphthalenedi- sulfonate （1,5-nds）. 2.4,5-tri（4-pyridyl）-imidazole （tpim） and Cd（CH3COO）2.2H2O, which can be subsequently used to promote the epoxide ring-opening reaction of epoxides and amines with remarkable catalytic activity. In addition, the thermal and luminescent properties of I in the solid state were also investigated.

Objective To create transgenic mice expressing hamster- and human-PRNP as a model tor understanding the physiological function and pathology of prion protein （PrP）, as well as the mechanism of cross-species transmission of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies （TSEs）. Methods Hamster and human-PRNP transgenic mice were established by conventional methods. The copy number of integrated PRNP in various mouse lines was mapped by real-time PCR. PRNP mRNA and protein levels were determined by semi-quantitative RT-PCR, real-time RT-PCR, and western blot analysis. Histological analyses of transgenic mice were performed by hematoxylin and eosin （H ＆ E） staining and immunohistochemical （IHC） methods. Results Integrated PRNP copy number in various mouse lines was 53 （Tg-haPrP1）, 18 （Tg-huPrP1）, 3 （Tg-huPrP2）, and 16 （Tg-huPrP5）, respectively. Exogenous PrPs were expressed at both the transcriptional and translational level. Histological assays did not detect any abnormalities in brain or other organs. Conclusion We have established one hamster-PRNP transgenic mouse line and three human-PRNP transgenic mouse lines. These four transgenic mouse lines provide ideal models for additional research.

316L stainless steel samples were manufactured by selective laser melting(SLM).The microstructure of SLM-made 316L stainless steel and the room temperature tensile properties both perpendicular and along the building direction were studied and *** static temperature field during the molten pool formation was simulated by finite element *** indicates that the nonlinear asymmetrical inclined temperature gradient in SLM process produces a large surface tension *** melt forms a Marangoni flow with different convection modes under the action of surface tension as well as a micro-molten pool morphology with subgrain structures such as strip,hexagonal and elongated cellular *** addition,there are also epitaxially grown columnar *** growth of columnar crystals is not affected by the boundary of the molten *** structures and low-angle grain boundaries make the tensile strength and the elongation of SLM-made 316L sample higher as compared to those of the cast and wrought *** room temperature tensile strength of the sample perpendicular to the building direction is higher than that of the sample along the building direction,while the elongation is lower than that of the sample along the building direction.

Dynamic Properties and Energy Conversion Efficiency of A Floating Multi-Body Wave Energy Converter

The present study proposed a floating multi-body wave energy converter composed of a floating central platform,multiple oscillating bodies and multiple actuating arms. The relative motions between the oscillating bodies and the floating central platform capture multi-point wave energy simultaneously. The converter was simplified as a forced vibration system with three degrees of freedom, namely two heave motions and one rotational motion. The expressions of the amplitude-frequency response and the wave energy capture width were deduced from the motion equations of the converter. Based on the built mathematical model, the effects of the PTO damping coefficient, the PTO elastic coefficient, the connection length between the oscillating body and central platform, and the total number of oscillating bodies on the performance of the wave energy converter were investigated. Numerical results indicate that the dynamical properties and the energy conversion efficiency are related not only to the incident wave circle frequency but also to the converter’s physical parameters and interior PTO coefficients. By adjusting the connection length, higher wave energy absorption efficiencies can be obtained. More oscillating bodies installed result in more stable floating central platform and higher wave energy conversion efficiency.

The information transmission path optimization(ITPO) can often a ect the e ciency and accuracy of remanufactur?ing service. However, there is a greater degree of uncertainty and complexity in information transmission of remanu?facturing service system, which leads to a critical need for designing planning models to deal with this added uncer?tainty and complexity. In this paper, a three?dimensional(3D) model of remanufacturing service information network for information transmission is developed, which combines the physic coordinate and the transmitted properties of all the devices in the remanufacturing service system. In order to solve the basic ITPO in the 3D model, an improved 3D ant colony algorithm(Improved AC) was put forward. Moreover, to further improve the operation e ciency of the algorithm, an improved ant colony?genetic algorithm(AC?GA) that combines the improved AC and genetic algorithm was developed. In addition, by taking the transmission of remanufacturing service demand information of certain roller as example, the e ectiveness of AC?GA algorithm was analyzed and compared with that of improved AC, and the results demonstrated that AC?GA algorithm was superior to AC algorithm in aspects of information transmission delay, information transmission cost, and rate of information loss.

It has been demonstrated that intermolecular interaction,crucial in a plenty of chemical and physical processes,may vary in the presence of metal ***,such modification is yet to be quantitatively ***,we present a systematical density functional theory study on adsorbed bis（para-pyridyl）acetylene（BPPA） tetramer on Au（111） *** observed unusually high electron density between two head-to-head N atoms,an intermolecular ＂non-bonded＂ region,in adsorbed BPPA *** exceptional electron density originates from the wavefunction hybridization of the two compressed N lone-electron-pair states of two BPPA,as squeezed by a newly revealed N-Au-N threecenter *** bond,together with the minor contribution from N...H-C intermolecular hydrogen bonding,shortens the N-N distance from over 4 A to 3.30 A and offers an attractive lateral interacting energy of 0.60 eV,effectively to a surface-confined in-plane *** overlapped non-bonding vvavefunction hybridization arising from the effective pressure induced by the N-Au-N three-center bonding,as not been fully recognized in earlier studies,was manifested in non-contact Atomic Force Microscopy.

Organic depressants have low selectivity in separating molybdenite and talc because their metal sites lack activity for organics *** this study,surface modification by copper sulfate was used to induce the differential adsorption of pectin onto molybdenite and talc surfaces for enhanced flotation ***-angle experiments,scanning electron microscopy,adsorption measurements,timeof-flight secondary-ion mass spectrometry,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses were conducted to reveal the interaction *** illustrated that molybdenite and talc could not be separated using pectin alone,while molybdenite was selectively depressed after surface modification by copper sulfate and this effect was strengthened under alkaline *** sites(Mg,Si and Mo)of talc and molybdenite themselves were unable to react with pectin,whereas Cu+would deposit and further function as active site for pectin chemisorption after surface ***,the quantity of deposited Cu sites dropped on talc surface and increased on molybdenite surface with increased pH,and the Mo atoms of molybdenite crystal were activated to take part in pectin ***,more pectin was adhered on molybdenite surface,which imparted molybdenite stronger ***,surface-modification through metal ions can enable the differential adsorption of organic depressants and enhance the flotation separation of minerals.
