Hyperglycemia reduces the number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells, accelerates their senescence and impairs their ***, the relationship between blood glucose levels and endothelial progenitor cells in peripheral blood of patients with traumatic brain injury is unclear. In this study, 101 traumatic brain injury patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, Tianjin Medical University General Hospital or the Department of Neurosurgery, Tianjin Huanhu Hospital, China, were enrolled from April 2005 to March 2007. The number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells and blood glucose levels were measured at 1, 4, 7, 14 and 21 days after traumatic brain injury by flow cytometry and automatic biochemical analysis, respectively. The number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells and blood sugar levels in 37 healthy control subjects were also examined. Compared with controls, the number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells in traumatic brain injury patients was decreased at 1 day after injury, and then increased at 4 days after injury,and reached a peak at 7 days after injury. Compared with controls, blood glucose levels in traumatic brain injury patients peaked at 1 day and then decreased until 7 days and then remained stable. At 1, 4, and 7 days after injury, the number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells was negatively correlated with blood sugar levels(r =-0.147, P < 0.05). Our results verify that hyperglycemia in patients with traumatic brain injury is associated with decreased numbers of circulating endothelial progenitor cells. This study was approved by the Ethical Committee of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, China(approval No. 200501) in January 2015.

AIM: The present study was aimed to investigate the developmental patterns of growth hormone receptor (GHr)and somatostatin (SS) mRNA expression in porcine gastric tissue and its relationship with gastric growth and gastric functional ***: Erhualian and Large White boars were selected randomly and sampled at birth (DO), 3, 20, 30, 90, 120 and 180 days of age respectively, meanwhile the bodyweight and gastric weight were recorded. The single tube semiquantitative RT-PCR was applied in this experiment to investigate the developmental patterns of gastric GHr and SS mRNA expression, the correlations between the patterns of mRNA expression and the relative gastric weight (ratio of gastric weight to bodyweight) and the pepsin contents in gastric mucous membrane were analyzed. In order to further elucidate the effect of GH on gastric function, the primary cultures of gastric fundic mucosal cells were treated with 2ng/ml, 20 ng/ml and 200 ng/ml of rpGH for 18 hrs respectively,and the pepsin contents in culture medium were ***: The expression of GHr mRNA was high at birth,followed by a significant decrease at 3 days of age (D3) in both breeds. In Large White boars, the expression of GHr mRNA reached a peak at D90 and remained a plateau afterward. In Erhualian pigs, however, a slight yet significant increase occurred at D30 reaching a level that was kept constant thereafter. The generation of various β-chiral sulfones bearing chiral cyclic sulfinamides through photoredox-catalyzed sulfur dioxide insertion with asymmetric radical cyclization is described. This method features a broad substrate scope and excellent stereospecificity. Computational studies reveal that the dispersion interaction between sulfinyl group and CH2SO2Ph group plays a crucial role in the stereoselectivity control.

Self-supervised graph representation learning has recently shown considerable promise in a range of fields, including bioinformatics and social networks. A large number of graph contrastive learning approaches have shown promising performance for representation learning on graphs, which train models by maximizing agreement between original graphs and their augmented views(i.e., positive views). Unfortunately, these methods usually involve pre-defined augmentation strategies based on the knowledge of human experts. Moreover, these strategies may fail to generate challenging positive views to provide sufficient supervision signals. In this paper, we present a novel approach named graph pooling contrast(GPS) to address these *** by the fact that graph pooling can adaptively coarsen the graph with the removal of redundancy, we rethink graph pooling and leverage it to automatically generate multi-scale positive views with varying emphasis on providing challenging positives and preserving semantics, i.e., strongly-augmented view and weakly-augmented view. Then, we incorporate both views into a joint contrastive learning framework with similarity learning and consistency learning, where our pooling module is adversarially trained with respect to the encoder for adversarial robustness. Experiments on twelve datasets on both graph classification and transfer learning tasks verify the superiority of the proposed method over its counterparts.

对光伏系统实时状态的监控是光伏电站科学运维的关键,也是实现光伏电站智能监控的重要基础。光伏故障的实时识别定位是光伏电站实时状态监控的一项主要内容。为实现对各区域光伏电站的实时全局监控,文章以江苏省某光伏企业作为研究目标,通过数据分析首次提出了基于地理位置相关性的分布式光伏电站故障识别定位实时监控方法,在理论分析的基础上,开发了分布式光伏电站实时状态监控系统,并结合实际工程进行测试与完善。研究结果表明:该分布式光伏电站故障识别定位实时监控方法能够实现各区域分布式光伏电站异常现象的识别与故障定位,具有一定的创新性;该分布式光伏电站实时状态监控系统能够准确实现光伏故障的识别定位,极大地提升了光伏企业对光伏故障的实时监控能力和全局调控能力,应用前景广阔。

Sodium-ion batteries （SIBs） with organic electrodes are an emerging research direction due to the sustainability of organic materials based on elements like C,H,O,and sodium ***,organic electrode materials for SIBs are mainly used as cathodes because of their relatively high redox potentials（>1 V）.Organic electrodes with low redox potential that can be used as anode are ***,a novel organic anode material （tetrasodium 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylate,Na4TDC） has been developed with low redox potential （<0.7 V） and excellent cyclic *** three-sodium storage mechanism was demonstrated with various in-situ/ex-situ spectroscopy and theoretical calculations,showing a high capacity of 208 mAh/g and an average decay rate of merely 0.022%per ***,the Na4TDC-hard carbon composite can further acquire improved capacity and cycling stability for 1200 cycles even with a high mass loading of up to 20 mg *** pairing with a thick Na3V2（PO4）3cathode (20.6 mg cm-2),the as-fabricated full cell exhibited high operating voltage （2.8 V）,excellent rate performance and cycling stability with a high capacity retention of 88.7% after 200 cycles,well highlighting the Na4TDC anode material for SIBs.
