CO_(2)electrochemical reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)to formate is a hopeful pathway for reducing CO_(2)and producing high-value chemicals,which needs highly selective catalysts with ultra-broad potential windows to meet the industrial ***,the nanorod-like bimetallic ln_(2)O_(3)/Bi_(2)O_(3)catalysts were successfully synthesized by pyrolysis of bimetallic InBi-MOF *** abundant oxygen vacancies generated from the lattice mismatch of Bi_(2)O_(3)and ln_(2)O_(3)reduced the activation energy of CO_(2)to*CO_(2)·^(-)and improved the selectivity of*CO_(2)·^(-)to formate ***,the carbon skeleton derived from the pyrolysis of organic framework of InBi-MOF provided a conductive network to accelerate the electrons *** catalyst exhibited an ultra-broad applied potential window of 1200 mV(from-0.4 to-1.6 V vs RHE),relativistic high Faradaic efficiency of formate(99.92%)and satisfactory stability after 30 *** in situ FT-IR experiment and DFT calculation verified that the abundant oxygen vacancies on the surface of catalysts can easily absorb CO_(2)molecules,and oxygen vacancy path is dominant *** work provides a convenient method to construct high-performance bimetallic catalysts for the industrial application of CO_(2)RR.

Dietary exposure to aflatoxin B1(AFB1)is harmful to the health and performance of domestic *** hepatic cytochrome P450s(CYPs),CYP1A1 and CYP2A6,are the primary enzymes responsible for the bioactivation of AFB1to the highly toxic exo-AFB1-8,9-epoxide(AFBO)in ***,the transcriptional regulation mechanism of these CYP genes in the liver of chicks in AFB1metabolism remains ***-luciferase reporter assay,bioinformatics and site-directed mutation results indicated that specificity protein 1(SP1)and activator protein-1(AP-1)motifs were located in the core region-1,063/-948,-606/-541 of the CYP1A1 promoter as well as-636/-595,-503/-462,-147/-1 of the CYP2A6 ***,overexpression and decoy oligodeoxynucleotide technologies demonstrated that SP1 and AP-1 were pivotal transcriptional activators regulating the promoter activity of CYP1A1 and ***,bioactivation of AFB1to AFBO could be increased by upregulation of CYP1A1 and CYP2A6 expression,which was trans-activated owing to the upregulation of AP-1,rather than SP1,stimulated by AFB1-induced reactive oxygen ***,nano-selenium could reduce ROS,downregulate AP-1 expression and then decrease the expression of CYP1A1 and CYP2A6,thus alleviating the toxicity of *** conclusion,AP-1 and SP1 played important roles in the transactivation of CYP1A1 and CYP2A6 expression and further bioactivated AFB1to AFBO in chicken liver,which could provide novel targets for the remediation of aflatoxicosis in chicks.

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of induction of ferroptosis by brazilin in breast cancer ***:Breast cancer 4T1 cells were divided into 6 groups:control,brazilin 1/2 half maximal inhibitory concentration(IC50),IC50,2×IC50,erastin（10 μg/mL） and capecitabine（10 μg/mL） *** effect of brazilin on the proliferation of 4T1 cells was detected by cell counting kit-8 assay,and the treatment dose of brazilin was *** effect of brazilin on the mitochondrial morphology of 4T1 cells,and the mitochondrial damage was evaluated under electron *** levels of Fe2+,reactive oxygen species（ROS）,malondialdehyde（MDA）,glutathione（GSH） and glutathione peroxidase 4（GPX4） were estimated using various detection *** invasion and migration abilities of 4T1 cells were detected by scratch assay and transwell *** expressions levels of tumor protein p53, solute carrier family 7 member 11（SLC7A11）,GPX4 and acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family member 4（ACSL4） proteins were quantified by Western blot ***:Compared to the control group,the 10(1/2 IC50),20(IC50) and 40(2×IC50) μg/mL brazilin,erastin,and capecitabine groups showed a significant decrease in the cell survival rate,invasion and migration abilities,GSH,SLC7A11 and GPX4 protein expression levels,and mitochondrial volume and ridge（P<0.05）,and a significant increase in the mitochondria membrane density,Fe2+,ROS and MDA levels,and p53 and ACSL4protein expression levels（P<0.05）.Conclusions:Brazilin actuated ferroptosis in breast cancer cells,and the underlying mechanism is mainly associated with the p53/SLC7A11/GPX4 signaling pathway.

Novel angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE)inhibitory peptides were identified from whey protein hydrolysates(WPH)in vitro in our previous study and the antihypertensive abilities of WPH in vivo were further investigated in the current *** indicated that WPH significantly inhibited the development of high blood pressure and tissue injuries caused by *** inhibited ACE activity(20.81%,Ptaneously hypertensive *** increased Akkermansia,Bacteroides,and Lactobacillus abundance promoted high short chain fatty acid content in feces after WPH *** changes jointly contributed to low blood *** heart weight and cardiomyocyte injuries(hypertrophy and degeneration)were alleviated by *** proteomic results revealed that 19 protein expressions in the heart mainly associated with the wingless/integrated(Wnt)signaling pathway and Apelin signaling pathway were altered after WPH ***,WPH alleviated serum oxidative stress,indicated by the decreased malondialdehyde content(P<0.01),enhanced total antioxidant capacity(P<0.01)and superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.01).The current study suggests that WPH exhibit promising antihypertensive abilities in vivo and could be a potential alternative for antihypertensive dietary supplements.

OBJECTIVES Stress-related glycemic indicators,including admission blood glucose(ABG),stress-hyperglycemia ratio(SHR),and glycemic gap(GG),have been associated with worse outcomes after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).However,data regarding their prognostic value in the oldest old with AMI are ***,this study aimed to investigate the association of stress-related glycemic indicators with short-and long-term cardiovascular mortality(CVM)in the oldest old(≥80 years)with *** In this prospective study,a total of 933 consecutive old patients with AMI admitted to FuWai hospital(Beijing,China)were *** admission,ABG,SHR,and GG were assessed and all participants were classified according to their ***-Meier,restricted cubic splines(RCS),and multivariate Cox regression analyses were performed to evaluate the association between these glycemic indicators and CVM within 30 days and long-term *** During an average of 1954 patient-years of follow-up,a total of 250 cardiovascular deaths were ***-Meier analyses showed the lowest CVM in quartile 1 of ABG and in quartile 2 of SHR and *** adjusting for potential covariates,patients in quartile 4 of ABG,SHR,and GG had a respective 1.67-fold(95%CI:1.03-2.69;P=0.036),1.80-fold(95%CI:1.16-2.79;P=0.009),and 1.78-fold(95%CI:1.14-2.79;P=0.011)higher risk of long-term CVM risk compared to those in the reference groups(quartile 1 of ABG and quartile 2 of SHR and GG).Furthermore,RCS suggested a J-shaped relationship of ABG and a Ushaped association of SHR and GG with long-term ***,we observed similar associations of these acute glycemic parameters with 30-day *** Our data first indicated that SHR and GG consistently had a U-shaped association with both 30-day and longterm CVM among the oldest old with AMI,suggesting that they may be useful for risk stratification in this special population.

Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease(MASLD),formerly known as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),is increasingly prevalent in Asia,1 an area also endemic for chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Our previous study showed that the coexistence of CHB and hepatic steatosis(HS)has reached 36.5%in Asia,2 with a similar figure observed globally.3 This coexistence may exacerbate the progression of hepatic fibrosis.
