Recent trends suggest that Chinese herbal medicine formulas(CHM formulas)are promising treatments for complex *** characterize the precise syndromes,precise diseases and precise targets of the precise targets between complex diseases and CHM formulas,we developed an artificial intelligence-based quantitative predictive algorithm(DeepTCM).DeepTCM has gone through multilevel model calibration and validation against a comprehensive set of herb and disease data so that it accurately captures the complex cellular signaling,molecular and theoretical levels of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).As an example,our model simulated the optimal CHM formulas for the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with depression,and through model sensitivity analysis,we calculated the balanced scoring of the ***,we constructed a biological knowledge graph representing interactions by associating herb-target and gene-disease ***,we experimentally confirmed the therapeutic effect and pharmacological mechanism of a novel model-predicted intervention in humans and *** novel multiscale model opened up a new avenue to combine“disease syndrome”and“macro micro”system modeling to facilitate translational research in CHM formulas.

Background The thirteen-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine(PCV13)is not included in the national immu-nization program and is administered voluntarily with informed consent in *** preparation for assessing the impact of pilot introduction in Hainan Province,we conducted a carriage study among children under 5 years of age from four locations in Hainan Province,*** From March to June 2022,nasopharyngeal(NP)swabs,collected from healthy children aged younger than 59 months who lived in the 4 different locations(Haikou,Wanning,Baisha and Qiongzhong)in Hainan Province,were tested for pneumococcus using conventional *** isolates were serotyped using the Quel-lung *** factors associated with pneumococcal colonization were assessed using univariate analysis and multivariable logistic regression adjusting for age,daycare attendance and other *** Pneumococcus was isolated in 710(30.4%)of the 2333 children *** 737 pneumococci,29 serotypes were identifed;60.9%were PCV13 serotypes;the most common vaccine serotypes were 6B(20.4%),19F(13.0%),6A(11.9%)and 23F(6.1%);and the most common nonvaccine serotypes were 23A(12.9%),34(6.1%)and nontypeable(NT)pneumococci(5.6%).Children vaccinated with PCV13 had lower carriage(17.7%vs 32.5%;P=0.0001)and fewer PCV13 serotypes(41.9%vs 62.7%;P=0.0017)compared to unimmunized *** adjustment,NP carriage Was higher among children attending daycare(aOR=2.3,95%CI:1.7-3.2),living in rural areas(aOR=1.4,95%CI:1.1-1.8),living with siblings(aOR=1.3,95%CI:1.0-1.6)and whose mothers had completed senior high/technical sec-ondary school(aOR=1.5,95%CI:1.1-2.0).In contrast,completion of 3-4 doses of PCV13 were associated with a lower carriage rate(aOR=0.6,95%CI:0.4-0.9).Conclusions We established the baseline of pneumococcal carriage,serotype distribution and PCV13 immuni-zation rates among healthy children under 5 years of age in Hainan Province,prior to the introduction of PCV13 into th

中国式现代化理论是党的二十大的一个重大理论创新,中国式现代化关键在于科技现代化。随着全球科技竞争日益白热化,比较研究中日科技现代化,有利于丰富和拓展中国式现代化理论的科技之维,有利于促进国与国之间博采众长、互学互鉴,有利于中国以全球视野谋划推动科技创新优化升级。在世界科技现代化的进程中,中日两国有着各自的发展轨迹,面对新的境遇挑战,又有着各自的应对理路。中日两国是后发外源型国家的成功典范,从引进吸收的外源型逐渐转为自主创新的内生型,显示了后发国家科技现代化的一般规律;各具特色的发展战略、实施路径和动力机制展示出后发国家科技现代化具体实现形式的多样性。比较分析中日科技现代化的发展轨迹与境遇理路、相似性与差异性,可以获得一些启示:我国应着力推进科技政策扎实落地,培育创新型科技人才,提高产、学、研融合发展效应,加强科研经费投入,健全科技评估体系建设,以科技现代化建设全力推进中国式现代化。

Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of foot baths with Tangbi Waixi Decoction(TW)in treating patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:It is a multicenter double-blinded randomized controlled *** with DPN were recruited between November 18,2016 and May 30,2018 from 8 hospitals in *** patients received basic treatments for glycemic *** received foot baths with TW herbal granules either 66.9 g(intervention group)or 6.69 g(control group)for 30 min once a day for 2 weeks and followed by a 2-week rest,as a therapeutic *** the Toronto Clinical Scoring System total score(TCSS-TS)6 points,the patients received a total of 3 therapeutic courses(for 12 weeks)and were followed up for 12 *** primary outcome was change in TCSS-TS score at 12 and 24 *** outcomes included changes in bilateral motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of the median and common peroneal *** was also ***:Totally 632 patients were enrolled,and 317 and 315 were randomized to the intervention and control groups,*** the 12-week intervention,patients in both groups showed significant declines in TCSSTS scores,and significant increases in MNCV and SNCV of the median and common peroneal nerves compared with pre-treatment(P0.05),and no serious adverse event was related with ***:Treatment of TW foot baths was safe and significantly benefitted patients with DPN.A low dose of TW appeared to be more effective than a high dose.(Registry *** CTR-IOR-16009331)

针对在永磁同步电机矢量控制系统中应用模型预测控制方法设计控制器时依赖电机数学模型参数,当电机运行过程中参数变化时,引起控制器参数与电机参数失配,导致系统控制性能降低。提出一种无模型自适应预测控制方法,利用系统输入输出数据和时变的伪偏导数建立预测模型;又由于无模型自适应预测控制方法没有反馈校正环节,易受外部扰动的影响,设计一种新型高阶滑模补偿器作为校正部分,以提高控制系统的鲁棒性且抑制滑模自身的抖振,最后MATLAB仿真验证了无模型自适应高阶滑模补偿预测控制方法的优越性。

目的探讨生存素及血管内皮生长因子表达与反复自然流产的关系。方法选择60例反复自然流产患者作为观察组,同期60例人工流产患者作为对照组。对两组绒毛组织及血清中生存素及血管内皮生长因子表达进行测定。比较两组血清生存素及血管内皮生长因子表达水平,绒毛组织生存素及血管内皮生长因子阳性率。结果观察组血清生存素、血管内皮生长因子表达水平分别为(12.40±4.42)、(11.43±4.09)pg/ml,低于对照组的(18.75±2.49)、(18.06±3.41)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组绒毛组织生存素、血管内皮生长因子阳性率分别为31.67%、35.00%,均低于对照组的73.33%、76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反复自然流产患者的绒毛组织中生存素及血管内皮生长因子阳性率低于健康人,且血清中生存素及血管内皮生长因子表达水平低于健康人,生存素及血管内皮生长因子可能在反复自然流产的发生及发展中具有重要作用。

Multi-domain physics-informed neural network for solving heat conduction and conjugate natural convection with discontinuity of temperature gradient on interface

Deep learning has been increasingly recognized as a promising tool in solving kinds of physical problems beyond powerful approximations. A multi-domain physics-informed neural network(mPINN) is proposed to solve the non-uniform heat conduction and conjugate natural convection with the discontinuity of temperature gradient on the interface. Local radial basis function method(LRBF) is applied to compute the case without the analytical solution and is regarded as the benchmark *** physical domain matches a private neural network and all neural networks are connected by the shared information of temperature and heat flux on the interface. Joint training and separate training are utilized to minimize the loss function, which usually consists of the residual of boundary conditions, interface conditions and governing equations. Joint training minimizes the sum of all losses from neural networks with one shared optimizer, while separate training owns its private optimizer. Local adaptive activation function(LAAF) is used to accelerate the convergence and acquire a lower loss value when compared with its fixed counterpart. The numerical experiments on three types of residual points, uniform, Gauss-Lobatto and random, are conducted and it can be concluded that the uniform residual points can obtain the most accurate solution than the random and Gauss-Lobatto. Joint training is more accurate than the separate training when the number of residual points is relatively small,while the separate training performs better than the joint training for the large number of residual points. Numerous test cases on multi-domain heat transfer and fluid flow show the accuracy of the proposed m PINN. Local and global heat transfer rates show good agreements with the results from LRBF. Excepting the forward problems, the thermal conductivity ratio, the constant source and the characteristic parameters of natural convection are accurately learned from sparsely distributed data points.

The prediction of external flow field and hydrodynamic force with limited data using deep neural network

Predicting the external flow field with limited data or limited measurements has attracted long-time interests of researchers in many industrial *** informed neural network(PINN)provides a seamless framework for combining the measured data with the deep neural network,making the neural network capable of executing certain physical *** the data-driven model to learn the end-to-end mapping between the sensor data and high-dimensional flow field,PINN need no prior high-dimensional field as the training dataset and can construct the mapping from sensor data to high dimensional flow field ***,the extrapolation of the flow field in the temporal direction is limited due to the lack of training ***,we apply the long short-term memory(LSTM)network and physics-informed neural network(PINN)to predict the flow field and hydrodynamic force in the future temporal domain with limited data measured in the spatial *** physical constraints(conservation laws of fluid flow,e.g.,Navier-Stokes equations)are embedded into the loss function to enforce the trained neural network to capture some latent physical relation between the output fluid parameters and input tempo-spatial *** sparsely measured points in this work are obtained from computational fluid dynamics(CFD)solver based on the local radial basis function(RBF)*** numbers of spatial measured points(4–35)downstream the cylinder are trained with/without the prior knowledge of Reynolds number to validate the availability and accuracy of the proposed *** practical applications of flow field prediction can compute the drag and lift force along with the cylinder,while different geometry shapes are taken into *** comparing the flow field reconstruction and force prediction with CFD results,the proposed approach produces a comparable level of accuracy while significantly fewer data in the spatial domain is *** numerical results d

为了解决目前节理信息识别方法仅适用于局部岩体图像的问题,采用全景展开图像方法,将采集到的局部洞壁围岩图像进行特征点提取、点云模型重建、矫正拼接处理,获得高分辨率的隧道洞壁围岩全景展开图像。通过图像预处理、小尺寸特征图片的smaAt-Unet神经网络识别、小尺寸图片识别结果的融合拼接,对洞壁围岩全景展开图像的节理信息进行了区域粗略分割识别。采用Zhang-Suen算法和8邻域连通域分析方法,从骨架化与骨架线分离、毛刺剔除、骨架线连接方面进行了算法分析计算,完成了节理信息的细化提取。对体积节理数和节理空间产状信息进行了量化分析,最终建立了一种基于全景展开图像的隧道洞壁围岩节理信息识别方法。工程应用结果表明,洞壁围岩全景展开图像识别后,节理面空间方程的平均拟合误差为0.90,说明该识别方法能够较好地识别全景展开图像中的节理信息。另外,洞壁围岩图像采集具有时间短、易操作、灵活性较高的优点,对现场施工影响较小,该识别方法能够较为快速地完成节理信息识别,给现场施工与动态设计提供参考。

为探究地下爆炸荷载作用下土中钢板-混凝土筒结构的抗爆性能,采用多物质流固耦合计算方法,揭示了冲击波在土体介质中的传播规律,分析了钢板-混凝土筒结构的动力响应与损伤机理,开展了爆炸模型试验,获得了筒体附近的土压力分布及其迎爆面的变形时程曲线,并验证了数值模拟的准确性。在此基础上,与传统钢筋混凝土筒结构抗爆性能对比,分别评价了两种结构形式的破坏模式与损伤程度。结果表明,同等用钢率下,钢板-混凝土筒体抗冲击性能更好。
