Hydrogel is a smart material with a three-dimensional network structure and has been widely used in various fields due to its good biodegradability, biocompatibility, and modification. Photosensitive hydrogel is a smart hydrogel, and its amenability to remote, precise control, and flexible and convenient regulation of stimulating factors make it an ideal candidate for use in fields such as biological materials, drug carriers, and sensors. In this review, we discuss the structure, mechanisms, design principles,and bioapplications of photosensitive hydrogels as developed in recent years. Finally, their potential for development and potential future challenges are outlined.

Zinc-promoted umpolung thiolation of alkyl electrophiles with masked sulfur transfer reagents in the absence of nickel or copper catalysis is described. This protocol proceeds via a SET process of Zn to electrophilic sulfur reagent followed by insertion of Zn into disulfide and nucleophilic thiolation, providing straightforward access to a wide range of alkyl sulfides with broad substrate scope. A neutral TMEDA-ligated four-coordinated zinc thiolate with tetrahedra geometry was synthesized, isolated and fully characterized by NMR, IR and X-ray analysis. More importantly, the chemical reactivity of this active intermediate has been investigated, enabling the construction of C-Se, C-Te, Sb-S and Bi-S bonds to prepare valuable sulfur-containing molecules and beyond.

Interventional coronary reperfusion strategies are widely adopted to treat acute myocardial infarction,but morbidity and mortality of acute myocardial infarction are still *** injuries are inevitable due to the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)and apoptosis of cardiac muscle ***,many antioxidant and anti-inflammatory drugs are largely limited by pharmacokinetics and route of administration,such as short half-life,low stability,low bioavailability,and side effects for treatment myocardial ischemia reperfusion ***,it is necessary to develop effective drugs and technologies to address this ***,nanotherapies have demonstrated great opportunities for treating myocardial ischemia reperfusion *** with traditional drugs,nanodrugs can effectively increase the therapeutic effect and reduces side effects by improving pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties due to nanodrugs’size,shape,and material *** this review,the biology of ROS and molecular mechanisms of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury are ***,we summarized the applications of ROS-based nanoparticles,highlighting the latest achievements of nanotechnology researches for the treatment of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.

The influence on seismic hazard estimation for 310 cities and towns in the whole nation are studied in particular,owing to uncertainty of seismicity parameters caused by non-uniqueness in selecting statistical time ranges. Andthe regional sketch maps of the average varying values of intensity and the average relative varying values of peakacceleration with different probability of exceedance in 50 years are drawn in the Chinese mainland.

A novel macrocycle based on conformation-adaptive and electron-rich dihydrophenazine was designed and *** the one hand,the macrocycle showed host-guest interactions with tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ)driving by charge transfer interaction between ***,host-guest complexation was accompanied by fluorescence quenching and conformational change of the *** the other hand,the oxidation of the macrocycle resulted in its diradical cation analogue and induced the release of the guest molecule TCNQ,thereby accomplishing reversible binding ***,this work wellillustrates the chemical and structural versatility of dihydrophenazine in the synthesis of macrocycles and their host-guest chemistry.

J-aggregation and H-aggregation are identiﬁed as two classical models of function-ally oriented non-covalent interactions,and signiﬁcant attention has been drawn by ***,due to the scarcity of single-crystal examples of H-aggregation,a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between its stacking mode and optical behaviour has been *** recent studies,two polyaromatic Schiff base compounds,Cl-Salmphen and H-Salmphen,were successfully synthe-sized,and both were found to exhibit *** theﬁndings,H-Salmphen was shown to display typical C─H···πinteractions,characteristic of Aggregation-Induced Emission(AIE)active molecules,whereas its halogenated counterpart was identiﬁed as behaving similar to Aggregation-Caused Quenching(ACQ)active *** types of results suggest that identical intermolecular interactions can produce differing optical *** was shed,at least in part,on the for-mation mechanisms of H-type aggregates and their luminescence properties from these ***,the high optical signal-to-noise ratio inherent to H-aggregates was utilized for the exploration of water content *** an outcome,a high-performanceﬂuorescentﬁlter paper was developed,enabling easy real-time detection using a smartphone.

Directly monitoring mitophagy-specific viscosity dynamic in living cells is of great significance but remains ***,this study reported a novel mitochondria-targeted fluorescent probe DPACDY based on vibration-induced emission(VIE)for monitoring viscosity changes during mitochondrial *** probe contained N,N’-diphenyl-dihydrodibenzo[a,c]phenazine(DPAC)as the VIE core and two positively charged pyridinium moieties for mitochondria *** the ambient viscosity increased,the vibration of DPAC-DY could be hindered,and subsequently resulting in the enhancement of fluorescence *** vitro and intracellular experiments indicated that the probe DPAC-DY showed highly sensitive response to viscosity due to VIE ***,by virtue of this probe,in situ and real-time visualization of the specific viscosity dynamics during the mitochondrial autophagy process was ***,this work provides a novel strategy for VIE-based viscosity response sensors applied to specific organelles and offers a platform for in-depth study of mitochondrial viscosity-related diseases.

Tyrosinase is an important enzyme in controlling the formation of melanin in melanosome,and plays a key role in the pigmentation of hair and *** abnormal expression or activation of tyrosinase is associated with several diseases such as albinism,vitiligo,melanoma and Parkinson *** deposition of melanin could cause diseases such as freckles and brown spots in the human body,and it is also closely related to browning of fruits and vegetables and insect *** and inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase is of extraordinary value in the progress of diagnosis and treatment of these ***,many selective optical detection probes and small molecular inhibitors have been developed,and have made significant contributions to the basic and clinical research on these *** this paper,the detection and inhibition of tyrosinase and their application in whitening products are reviewed,with special emphasis on development of fluorescent probes and ***,this review will help design more efficient and sensitive tyrosinase probes and inhibitors,as well as shed light on novel treatment of diseases such as melanoma.
