We present a study of electrical and thermal transport in Weyl semimetal WTe_(2)down to 0.3 *** Wiedemann-Franz law holds below 2 K and a downward deviation starts *** deviation is more pronounced in cleaner samples,as expected in the hydrodynamic picture of electronic transport,where a fraction of electron-electron collisions conserve *** are the dominant heat carriers and their mean-free-path does not display a Knudsen *** is presumably a consequence of weak anharmonicity,as indicated by the temperature dependence of the specific *** momentum exchange between phonons and electrons leads to quantum oscillations of the phononic thermal ***-Grüneisen picture of electron-phonon scattering breaks down at low temperature when Umklapp ph-ph collisions cease to be a sink for electronic flow of *** with semi-metallic Sb shows that normal ph-ph collisions are amplified by *** both semimetals,at cryogenic temperature,e-ph collisions degrade the phononic flow of energy but not the electronic flow of momentum.

Reducing kinetic energy barriers and developing accessible active sites are critical to deliver high hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)*** this paper,we synthesized defect-m.d.lated and heteroatom(boron)-functionalized three-dimensional(3d)bowl-shaped Ti_(3−x)C_(2)T_(y)mXene(B-TCT)nanocavities coupled with the vertical growth of moSe_(2)*** B-TCT@moSe_(2)nanohybrids catalyst delivers the overpotentials of 49.9,52.7,and 67.8 mV to reach a HER current density of 10 mA·cm^(−2)under acidic,alkaline,and neutral conditions,*** outstanding HER activity is predominantly attributed to the heteroatom functionalization,self-adapting Ti vacancy(VTi)defect m.d.lation,and spatial configuration design in the 3d B-TCT nanocavity,which synergistically regulate the electronic structure,activate the basal plane/edge unsaturated sites,and reduce the reaction energy *** and theoretical calculations demonstrate that strong heterogeneous interfacial bonding interactions between B-TCT and moSe_(2)can dramatically reduce the free energy of hydrogen adsorption and facilitate efficient interfacial charge migration,thus essentially improving the HER *** used this 3d porous nanohybrid system assembled by defectrich lamellar structures to elucidate the advantageous synergistic effects of multiple mechanisms among defect structure,heteroatom functionalization,and interfacial coupling,which provided important insights for the development of efficient hybridtype catalysts.

Cancer stem cells(CSCs)are considered tumor-initiating cells and the main drivers of disease *** these rare cancer cells,however,remains challenging with respect to therapeutic ***,we report the up-regulation of IL-13RA2 expression in colorectal cancer(CRC)tissues and spheroid *** expression of IL-13RA2 was positively correlated with canonical stemness markers in *** further demonstrated that the level of IL-13 was up-regulated in the serum of CRC ***,recombinant IL-13(rIL13)stimulation promoted the sphere formation,proliferation,and migration of CRC cells in vitro and enhanced tumorigenesis in *** phenotype could be reversed by knocking down ***,IL-13 activated autophagy by inducing LC3I/LC3II transformation in CRC-CSCs,which was crucial for the biological functions of *** further demonstrated that IL-13RA2 acted as a m.d.lar link of the E3 ligase UBE3C and the substrate p53 protein,enhancing the interaction of UBE3C and p53,thereby inducing the K48-linked ubiquitination of *** conclusion,the IL-13/IL-13RA2 signaling cascade promotes CRC-CSC self-renewal and tumorigenesis by inducing p53 ubiquitination,adding an important layer to the connection between IL-13 and p53,which can be translated into novel targeted therapies.

＜正＞Objective:To investigate the association between idiopathic male infertility and dNA methylation patterns of mTHFR. mETHOdS:Using the methylation-specific polymerase chain reaction method,we examined methylation patterns of mTHFR in sperm.d.A obtained from 94 idiopathic infertile men and 54 normal fertile *** with idiopathic infertility were further divided into groups of normozoospermia（Case 1） and oligozoospermia（Case 2）. RESULTS:Overall,45%（41/94） of idiopathic infertile males had mTHFR hypermethylation （both hemimethylation and full methylation）,compared with 15%of fertile controls（P＜0.05）.Subjects with higher methylation level of mTHFR were more likely to have idiopathic male infertility（P-value for trend = 0.0007）.Furthermore,we found an increased risk for idiopathic infertility among increasing methylation levels for both groups（Case 1 and Case 2;P-value for trend = 0.0191 and 0.0006,respectively）. CONCLUSIONS:Hypermethylation of mTHFR in sperms is associated with idiopathic male *** methylation patterns of mTHFR were associated with increased male idiopathic infertility risk,while oligozoospermia patients might be at higher *** functional relevance of hypermathylation of mTHFR to male fertility warrants further investigation.

目的探讨肺腺癌转移相关转录本1(mALAT1)的表达对星形胶质细胞(C8-d1A)增殖和凋亡,以及丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(mAPK)/细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK1,2)通路的影响。方法通过慢病毒载体和质粒载体在C8-d1A细胞中分别敲低及过表达mALAT1基因,用实时荧光定量PCR(qPCR)法检测敲低及过表达效率、细胞增殖相关标志物Ki67、微染色体维持蛋白2(mCm2)、细胞核增殖抗原(PCNA)、凋亡相关蛋白含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸蛋白水解酶3(Caspase-3)、B细胞淋巴瘤2(Bcl-2)、Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)的表达变化,CCK-8、流式细胞术检测敲低及过表达mALAT1后对C8-d1A细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。免疫荧光染色法检测Caspase-3和Ki67蛋白表达,Western印迹法检测细胞凋亡相关蛋白Caspase-3、Bax、Bcl-2及ERK1/2、p-ERK1/2、p38mAPK、p-p38mAPK蛋白表达变化情况。结果与对照组相比,过表达mALAT1抑制细胞增殖并诱导细胞凋亡,其G0/G1期、G2/m期比例升高,S期比例降低,Caspase-3蛋白表达升高,p-ERK1/2蛋白表达降低,Ki67、PCNA mRNA表达量降低;而敲低mALAT1后细胞增殖显著增加并抑制细胞凋亡,其S期比例增高、G2/m期比例降低,Caspase-3、Bax蛋白表达降低,p-ERK1/2、p-p38mAPK蛋白表达升高,Ki67、mCm2、PCNA mRNA表达量增加(PmALAT1基因可能通过调控mAPK/ERK1,2信号通路进而促进星形胶质细胞凋亡并抑制其增殖。

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gluons,often referred to as quark/gluon tagging,plays an important role in various analyses perform.d.at the Large Hadron Collider,as Standard m.d.l measurements and searches for new particles decaying to quarks often rely on suppressing a large gluon-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gluon taggers developed within the ATLAS Collaboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton collision data with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb^(-1) collected by the ATLAS *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gluon over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several jet substructure observables using a boosted decision tree.A method is established to determine the quark/gluon fraction in data,by using quark/gluon-enriched subsamples defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simulation are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for multiple tagger working points.
