Dear Editor,Pollen hydration is a prerequisite for pollen germination and sub- sequent pollen tube growth. As a result of two decades of biochemical studies and genetic identification of the eceriferum （cer） male-sterile mutants, the very-long-chain fatty acid （VLCFA） lipids in the pollen coat have been well known to play a critical role in pollen hydration （Preuss et al., 1993; Fiebig et al., 2000; Hiscock and Allen, 2008）.

The outer wall of pollen and spores,namely the exine,is composed of sporopollenin,which is highly resistant to chemical reagents and *** this study,we demonstrated that phenylpropanoid pathway derivatives are essential components of sporopollenin in seed *** analyses showed that the autofluorescence of Lilium and Arabidopsis sporopollenin is similar to that of *** and NMR analyses of pollen from Lilium and Cryptomeria further revealed that the sporopollenin of seed plants contains phenylpropanoid derivatives,including p-hydroxybenzoate(p-BA),p-coumarate(p-CA),ferulate(FA),and lignin guaiacyl(G)*** phenylpropanoid pathway is expressed in the tapetum in Arabidopsis,consistent with the fact that the sporopollenin precursor originates from the *** germination and comet assays showed that this pathway plays an important role in protection of pollen against UV *** the pteridophyte plant species Ophioglossum vulgatum and Lycopodium clavata,phenylpropanoid derivatives including p-BA and p-CA were also detected,but G units were *** together,our results indicate that phenylpropanoid derivatives are essential for sporopollenin synthesis in vascular *** addition,sporopollenin autofluorescence spectra of bryophytes,such as Physcomitrella and Haplocladium,exhibit distinct characteristics compared with those of vascular plants,indicating the diversity of sporopollenin among land plants.

特发性肺纤维化(IPF)是一种随着年龄增长逐渐加重,主要表现为活动性呼吸困难,进行性加重,且不可逆的疾病。细胞衰老是衰老的标志,其定义是响应细胞损伤和压力而稳定退出细胞周期。在IPF中,导致细胞衰老的机制包括端粒功能障碍、DNA损伤、细胞衰老表型、线粒体功能障碍、炎症反应及自噬失调等,随着对衰老相关的研究进步,IPF与细胞衰老的研究也愈演愈烈,该文就这些因素与IPF的发生发展关系进行综述。

中国是一个人口大国,且人口老龄化进程加快。老年患者群体普遍存在着的躯体功能、心理以及社会等众多方面的医疗需求,因此急需对老年群体的健康状况进行全面的了解,从而为这类特殊人群制定个体化的诊疗方案。综合老年评估(comprehensive geriatric assessment,CGA)主要内容包括全面的医疗评估、躯体功能评估、认知和情感评估以及社会及环境因素评估等4个方面,是中国老年医学的核心技能。中外多项研究已经证实CGA评分可作为接受免疫化疗的老年B细胞淋巴瘤患者的独立预后因素,用于预测老年B细胞淋巴瘤患者的生存结局。建议在中国老年B细胞淋巴瘤患者接受免化疗前进行推广和实行CGA,以利于为中国60岁以上B细胞淋巴瘤患者制定精准治疗策略和个体化干预手段。

目的探讨腹腔镜膀胱肌瓣输尿管成形术治疗输尿管阴道瘘的疗效。方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2023年1月广西医科大学第四附属医院诊治的13例输尿管阴道瘘患者的临床资料。患者年龄36～66岁，平均年龄（51±8）岁，发现阴道不自主漏尿时间为妇科手术后（2～20）d，平均（11±5）天。所有患者均采用腹腔镜膀胱肌瓣输尿管成形术治疗，分析患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量和术后临床疗效。结果本组13例患者均成功完成腹腔镜膀胱肌瓣输尿管成形术，手术时间（85～180）min，平均（109±23）min，住院时间（8～15）d，平均（10±2）d，术中出血量（20～300）ml。术前血肌酐（65±15）μmol/L，术后患者肌酐（53±9）μmol/L，两者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。13例患者术后均无阴道漏尿，其中2例患者拔除双J管后1月复查CT提示出现轻度和中度肾积水，但患者血肌酐值均在正常范围（术前分别为52μmol/L和70μmol/L，术后分别为48μmol/L和60μmol/L）。轻度肾积水患者随访至拔管后3个月其肾积水未继续加重，中度肾积水患者随访至拔管后3个月复查CT提示肾积水减轻。1例患者术后出现反复尿路感染。所有患者术后均无伤口脂肪液化。所有患者均获得随访，随访时间3～9个月。结论腹腔镜膀胱肌瓣输尿管成形术治疗输尿管阴道瘘具有创伤小、恢复快、疗效确切和并发症少等优点，是一种可靠有效的手术方式。

基于毛细管连通率和水力迂曲度的碳酸盐岩渗透率分形模型

In power systems, it is inevitable for faults and disturbances to happen, and the robust fault detection of power systems has become the focus of researchers in recent years. Since power systems do not generally have only one typical operating condition, the polytopic model provides a description of the uncertain system operation with a better physical meaning. To this end, the present study investigates the fault detection problem for uncertain polytopic power system model. In order to reduce the conservativeness of existing conditions, we present an efficient algorithm by generating homogeneous polynomial parameter-dependent Lyapunov functions of arbitrary degree on the uncertain parameters, which includes as special cases existing conditions for RFDF design. It can be established that as the degree of the polynomial increases, the number of LMIs and free variables increases and the test becomes less conservative. The methodology proposed can possibly be applied to relevant aspects such as improving the dynamic stability and robustness of power systems.

碳酸盐岩非匀质性强,孔隙结构呈现出连通率低、迂曲度高的典型特征。而以往的渗透率分形模型假设岩石孔隙由相互不干扰的毛细管束组成,忽略了复杂成岩过程中胶结作用导致的毛细管连通性降低和迂曲度增大的情况,难以准确评估低渗碳酸盐岩的渗透特性。针对渗透率被高估的研究现状,利用满足阿波罗填充的等径颗粒致密堆积分形毛细管束模型,提出了毛细管连通率表征进出口毛细管过流面积损失,并在流体渗透路径几何迂曲度与孔隙度关系的基础上,引入曲折度指数来反映岩石的实际水力迂曲度,最终建立基于连通率、水力迂曲度的碳酸盐岩渗透率分形模型。考虑曲折度指数的水力迂曲度计算值与试验压汞法测定值更为一致;基于毛细管连通率、实际水力迂曲度的碳酸盐岩渗透率分形模型计算结果与细观测定及渗透试验数据吻合较好,表明提出的碳酸盐岩渗透率分形模型能够更好地预测碳酸盐岩真实渗透率。参数敏感性分析发现,孔隙度相同,粒径不同的碳酸盐岩,渗透率均随着孔径增加而增加;同时相同粒径岩石,渗透率随着孔隙度的增大而增大,但由于孔隙面积最小/最大值、孔隙面积分形维数均与孔隙度相关,渗透率与孔隙度的关系不是单纯的线性关系,渗透率随着孔隙度增大的增幅逐渐减小、敏感性逐渐降低。
