Due to its simplicity, high efficiency, and chemo-selectivity, bioorthogonal chemistry has shown a great application potential in ***, four bioorthogonal pairs as targeting tools, including (strept)avidin/biotin, antibody/antigen, oligonucleotide hybridization and IEDDA tools, have been developed and applied in targeted ***, all of these tools still suffer from some limitations, such as difficult modification, biochemical fragility and larger molecular weight for biological association tools, as well as chemical instability for IEDDA *** host-guest pairs with relatively small molecular sizes not only possess strong chemical stability, but also have the features of fast conjugation rate, tunable binding affinity , easy modification, and high ***, they can be used as a novel non-covalent bioorthogonal tool for *** order to further promote the development of host-guest pairs as novel bioorthogonal tools for pre-targeted delivery, we firstly calculate their conversion rate to make researcher aware of their unique advantages;next, we summarize the recent research progress in this *** future perspectives and limitations of these unique tools will be *** review will provide a systemic overview of the development of synthetic host-guest pairs as novel bioorthogonal tools for pre-targeting, and may serve as a “go for” resort for researchers who are interested in searching for new synthetic tools to improve pre-targeting.

Vortex transmutation utilizes a periodic system, which not only enables the alteration of the topological charge(TC) of unstable input vortices but also facilitates their transformation into stable structures. This approach is crucial for investigating the characteristics of vortices in various wave systems. Here, we achieve acoustic vortex TC transmutation by employing a welldesigned dual-structured plate external system(DPES). The interactions between the acoustic vortex and the finite-order discrete rotational symmetry lead to the transformation of its topological charge when complete rotational symmetry is broken to Nthorder discrete symmetry. Our results experimentally demonstrate the acoustic vortex TC transmutation based on passive artificial structures, enabling numerous applications in particle manipulation and information multiplexing as well as advancing our understanding and control over free-space acoustic vortices.

The Janus fabrics designed for personal moisture/thermal regulation have garnered significant attention for their potential to enhance human ***,the development of smart and dynamic fabrics capable of managing personal moisture/thermal comfort in response to changing external environments remains a ***,a smart cellulose-based Janus fabric was designed to dynamically manage personal moisture/*** cotton fabric was grafted with N-isopropylacrylamide to construct a temperature-stimulated transport ***,hydrophobic ethyl cellulose and hydrophilic cellulose nanofiber were sprayed on the bottom and top sides of the fabric to obtain wettability *** fabric exhibits anti-gravity directional liquid transportation from hydrophobic side to hydrophilic side,and can dynamically and continuously control the transportation time in a wide range of 3–66 s as the temperature increases from 10 to 40℃.This smart fabric can quickly dissipate heat at high temperatures,while at low temperatures,it can slow down the heat dissipation rate and prevent the human from becoming too *** addition,the fabric has UV shielding and photodynamic antibacterial properties through depositing graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets on the hydrophilic *** smart fabric offers an innovative approach to maximizing personal comfort in environments with significant temperature variations.

ZrCoCe getter films with thickness of ~2.3 lm were deposited on Si(100) wafers by direct current(DC)magnetron sputtering process. A 400-nm-thick Pd protection layer was then deposited on the as-deposited ZrCoCe film without exposure to atmosphere. Microstructure, surface morphology and surface chemical state of the films were analyzed. Moreover, hydrogen sorption properties were determined. The results show that the ZrCoCe film displays a cauliflower-like morphology and a porous columnar-like structure which is composed of nanocrystal grains. The Pd protection layer tightly adheres to the surface of the ZrCoCe film and efficiently prevents the oxidation of Zr under exposure to atmosphere. We find that the hydrogen sorption properties of the Pd-ZrCoCe film are significantly improved,in comparison with those of the as-deposited ZrCoCe film.

Heating-cooling combined mold（HCCM） horizontal continuous casting technology developed by our research group was used to produce high axial columnar-grained CuN i10 FeM n1 alloy tubes with different Fe contents. The effects of Fe content（1.08wt%–2.01wt%） on the microstructure, segregation, and flushing corrosion resistance in simulated flowing seawater as well as the mechanical properties of the alloy tubes were investigated. The results show that when the Fe content is increased from 1.08wt% to 2.01wt%, the segregation degree of Ni and Fe elements increases, and the segregation coefficient of Ni and Fe elements falls from 0.92 to 0.70 and from 0.92 to 0.63, respectively. With increasing Fe content, the corrosion rate of the alloy decreases initially and then increases. When the Fe content is 1.83wt%, the corrosion rate approaches the minimum and dense, less-defect corrosion films, which contain rich Ni and Fe elements, form on the surface of the alloy; these films effectively protect the α-matrix and reduce the corrosion rate. When the Fe content is increased from 1.08wt% to 2.01wt%, the tensile strength of the alloy tube increases from 204 MPa to 236 MPa, while the elongation to failure changes slightly about 46%, indicating the excellent workability of the CuNi10FeMn1 alloy tubes.

The cGAS–STING pathway plays an important role in ischemia-reperfusion injury in the heart,liver,brain,and kidney,but its role and mechanisms in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury have not been systematically ***,we outline the components of the cGAS–STING pathway and then analyze its role in autophagy,ferroptosis,cellular pyroptosis,disequilibrium of calcium homeostasis,inflammatory responses,disruption of the blood–brain barrier,microglia transformation,and complement system activation following cerebral ischemia-reperfusion *** further analyze the value of cGAS–STING pathway inhibitors in the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and conclude that the pathway can regulate cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury through multiple *** of the cGAS–STING pathway may be helpful in the treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.

This paper presents a three-dimensional flow field simulation of the steady flows through diffusers and nozzles with straight or serrated-sided walls to analyze the effect of the channel structure on the flow *** pressure and velocity profiles in the diffusers and the nozzles as well as the net volumetric flow rate are *** simulation demonstrates that the pressure and velocity profiles in the serrated diffuser/nozzles are more complicated than those with the straight-sided wall,while the net steady flow rate with the straight-sided wall increases monotonically with the increase of the pressure difference,the steady flow rate with serrated sided walls increases gradually to reach a maximum and then decreases with the increase of the pressure *** results suggest that the number of the sawteeth plays a significant role in optimizing the design of serrated diffusers and nozzles for improving the transport efficiency of valveless micro-pumps.
