Synergic catalytic effect between active sites and supports greatly determines the catalytic activity for the aerobic oxidative desulfurization of fuel oils.In this work,Ni-doped Co-based bimetallic metal-organic framework(CoNi-MOF)is fabricated to disperse N-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI),in which the whole catalyst provides plentiful synergic catalytic effect to improve the performance of oxidative desulfurization(ODS).As a bimetallic MOF,the second metal Ni doping results in the flower-like morphology and the modification of electronic properties,which ensure the exposure of NHPI and strengthen the synergistic effect of the overall catalyst.Compared with the monometallic Co-MOF and naked NHPI,the NHPI@CoNi-MOF triggers the efficient activation of molecular oxygen and improves the ODS performance without an initiator.The sulfur removal of dibenzothiophene-based model oil reaches 96.4%over the NHPI@CoNi-MOF catalyst in 8 h of reaction.Furthermore,the catalytic product of this aerobic ODS reaction is sulfone,which is adsorbed on the catalyst surface due to the difference in polarity.This work provides new insight and strategy for the design of a strong synergic catalytic effect between NHPI and bimetallic supports toward high-activity aerobic ODS materials.

Cassava is an important tropical cash crop. Severe drought stresses affect cassava productivity and quality, and cause great economic losses in agricultural production. Enhancing the drought tolerance of cassava can effectively improve its yield. Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) are present in a wide variety of eukaryotes. Recently, increasing evidence has shown that lncRNAs play a critical role in the responses to abiotic stresses. However, the function of cassava lncRNAs in the drought response remains largely unknown. In this study, we identified a novel lncRNA, DROUGHT-INDUCED INTERGENIC lncRNA(DIR). Gene expression analysis showed that DIR was significantly induced by drought stress treatment, but did not respond to abscisic acid(ABA) or jasmonic acid(JA) treatments. In addition, overexpression of the DIR gene enhanced proline accumulation and drought tolerance in transgenic cassava. RNA-seq analysis revealed that DIR preferentially affected drought-related genes that were linked to transcription and metabolism. Moreover, RNA pull-down mass spectrometry analysis showed that DIR interacted with 325 proteins. A protein–protein interaction(PPI)analysis found a marked enrichment in proteins associated with the mRNA export and protein quality control pathways.Collectively, these results suggest that DIR and its interacting proteins that regulate mRNA or protein metabolism are involved in mediating the drought stress response. Thus, regulating DIR expression has potential for improving cassava yield under drought conditions.

Postmitotic neurons in the neocortex migrate to appropriate positions and form layered structures of nascent cortex during brain development. The migration of these neurons requires precise control and coordination of a large number of molecules such as axon guidance cues. The Eph-ephrin signaling pathway plays important roles in the development of the nervous system in a wide variety of ways, including cell segregation, axon pathfinding, and neuron migration. However, the role of ephrin-B2/ EphA4 signaling in cortical neuron migration remains elusive. Here we demonstrated that ephrin-B2 and its receptor EphA4 were expressed in complementary and overlapping patterns in the developing neocortex. Deletion of the EphA4 gene in the embryonic cerebral cortex resulted in faster migration of cortical neurons, whereas knockdown or overexpression of ephdn-B2 did not alter the normal process of migration. These results suggest that ephrin-B2 forward signaling through EphA4 is required for the precise control of cortical neuron migration.

The south segment of the China North-South Seismic Belt is located in the southeast margin of the Qinghai Tibet Plateau.This region is characterized by the frequent seismic activity in Chinese mainland.In this paper,the geomagnetic field model NGDC-720 and the data of terrestrial heat flow are used to investigate the distribution of crustal magnetic anomalies,the depth of Curie surface,and the characteristics of the crustal thermal structure in the south segment of the North-South Seismic Belt.The distribution characteristics of the vertical component AZ and the magnetic declination AD in the area with earthquakes over a magnitude of 6 and their aftershocks since 1970 are focused on.The results show that the earthquakes are mainly observed in the area of negative magnetic anomaly or the strong and weak transition zone.It especially shows in the AD.The Curie surface in the study area varies significantly,ranging from 20.8 to 31 km.The uplift area of the Curie surface is consistent with the high-value area of terrestrial heat flow.The high geothermal area corresponds to the strong earthquake activity area.The focal depth of most strong earthquakes is shallower than the depth of the Curie surface.The strong earthquakes mainly occur in the deep-shallow transition zones of the Curie surface.The results can be used as a reference for strong earthquake prediction in this area.

政府补贴是重要的财政政策工具,有效配置政府补贴能激发企业活力,引导产业升级。行政审批改革是否有助于优化政府补贴配置效率是学术界及政府部门十分关注的问题。本文选取1999—2007年中国工业企业数据库中的企业样本为研究对象,采用渐进双重差分法考察行政审批改革对于政府补贴的影响。研究表明,行政审批改革显著地促进政府补贴流入民营企业,这种促进作用在盈利情况更佳、规模更大以及投资强度更大的民营企业中更为明显。基于过往我国政府补贴资源错配的现象,行政审批改革有助于政府补贴遵循“扶优扶强”的配置原则,改善了政府补贴资源配置扭曲,促进了政府补贴的配置效率。进一步研究表明,这种经济影响在市场化程度更低的地区中表现得更为明显。本文的结论为我国行政审批改革的政策评估以及政府补贴配置相关研究提供了新的证据。

A transition metal-free synthesis of β-(pyridin-2-yl)-methyl ketones,using(pyridin-2-yl)methyl alcohols and ketones through the 2-pyridinylmethyl borrowing strategy,has been disclosed.This approach provides an efficient,available and environmentally benign access,leading to alkylation products with broad functional group tolerance and excellent yields.Meanwhile,the selective cleavage of unactivated C(sp^(3))-C(sp^(3))bonds of common secondary alcohols was achieved with high atom economy.

A systematic study on how Cu content affects the microstructure and mechanical properties of rheo-diecasting Al-6Zn-2Mg-xCu alloys during solution treatment and ageing heat treatment was conducted.The swirled enthalpy equilibrium device(SEED)was adopted to prepare the semi-solid slurry of Al-6Zn-2Mg-xCu alloys.The microstructure development and mechanical properties were studied using optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),as well as hardness and tensile testing.The grain boundary and shape factor were calculated using image processing software(Image-Pro Plus 6.0).Results show that the alloys are composed of typical globular primaryα-Al grains,eutectic phases,and smaller secondaryα-Al grains.After solution and ageing heat treatment,the eutectic phases are dissolved into Al matrix when the Cu content is lower than 1.5wt.%,while some eutectic phases transform into Al_(2)CuMg(S)phases and remain at grain boundaries when Cu content reaches 2wt.%.T6 heat treatment significantly enhances the mechanical properties of rheo-diecasting Al-6Zn-2Mg-xCu alloys.When Cu concentration is 0.5wt.%-1.5wt.%,the ultimate tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of T6 treated alloys rise to around 500 MPa,420 MPa,and 18%,respectively.

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of interactive dynamic scalp acupuncture(IDSA),simple combination therapy(SCT),and traditional scalp acupuncture(TSA)on cognitive function,depression and anxiety in patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment.Methods:A total of 660 patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment who were admitted to 3 hospitals in Shenzhen City between May 2017 and May 2020 were recruited and randomly assigned to the IDSA(218 cases),SCT(222 cases)and TSA groups(220 cases)according to a random number table.All the patients received conventional drug therapy for cerebral stroke and exercise rehabilitation training.Scalp acupuncture and computer-based cognitive training(CBCT)were performed simultaneously in the IDSA group,but separately in the morning and in the afternoon in the SCT group.The patients in the TSA group underwent scalp acupuncture only.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Before treatment(M0),1(M1)and 2 months(M2)after treatment,as well as follow-up at 1(M3)and 2 months(M4),the cognitive function of patients was assessed using the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)Scales;depression,anxiety,sleep quality,and self-care ability of patients were assessed using Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Modified Barthel Index(MBI),respectively.During this trial,all adverse events(AEs)were accurately recorded.Results:There were no significant differences in the MMSE,MoCA,HAMD,HAMA,PSQI,and MBI scores among the 3 groups at M0(all P>0.05).In the IDSA group,the MMSE,MoCA and MBI scores from M2 to M4 were significantly higher than those in the SCT and TSA groups,while the HAMD,HAMA and PSQI scores were significantly reduced(all P<0.01).The changes of all above scores(M2–M0,M4–M0)were significantly superior to those in the SCT and TSA groups(all P<0.01,except M4–M0 of HAMD).At M2,the severity of MMSE,HAMD,HAMA,PSQI and MBI in the IDSA group was significantly lower than

In this work,NH_(2)-substituted oxazoles and NO_(2)/NF_(2)/NHNO_(2)-substituted ethylenes/acetylenes were designed and used as dienes and dienophiles,respectively,in order to develop new bridge-ring insensitive high energy compounds through the Diels-Alder reaction between them.The reaction type,reaction feasibility and performance of reaction products were investigated in detail theoretically.The results showed that dienes most possibly react with dienophiles through the HOMO-diene controlled normal Diels-Alder reaction at relatively low energy barrier.Tetranitroethylene could react with the designed dienes much more easily than other dienophiles,and was employed to further design 29 new bridge-ring energetic compounds.Due to high heat of formation,density and oxygen balance,all designed bridge-ring energetic compounds have outstanding detonation performance,16 of them have higher energy than HMX(1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetrazocine)and 2 others even possess comparative energy with the representative of high energy compounds CL-20(2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane).The predicted average h50 value of these bridge-ring energetic compounds is 83 cm,showing their low impact sensitivity.The NH2 groups could obviously impel the proceeding of Diels-Alder reactions,but would slightly decrease the energy and sensitivity performance.In all,the new designed bridge-ring compounds have both high energy and low sensitivity,and may be produced through Diels-Alder reactions at relatively low energy barrier.This paper may be helpful for the theoretical design and experiment synthesis of new advanced insensitive high energy compounds.
