All-optical thermometry plays a crucial role in precision temperature measurement across diverse *** defects in solids are one of the most promising sensors due to their excellent sensitivity,stability,and ***,it faces limitations,such as the microwave heating effect and the complexity of spectral *** these challenges,we introduce a novel approach to nanoscale optical thermometry using quantum defects in silicon carbide(SiC),a material compatible with complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)*** method leverages the intensity ratio between anti-Stokes and Stokes emissions from SiC color centers,overcoming the drawbacks of traditional techniques such as optically detected magnetic resonance(ODMR)and zero-phonon line(ZPL)*** technique provides a real-time,highly sensitive(1.06%K^(-1)),and diffraction-limited temperature sensing protocol,which potentially helps enhance thermal management in the future miniaturization of electronic components.

Spermatogenesis is a critical part of reproduction in insects;however,its molecular mechanism is still largely *** this study,we identified a testis-specific gene CG3.26 in Drosophila *** analysis showed that CG3.26 contains a zinc binding domain and 2 C2H2 type zinc fingers,and it is clustered to the vertebrate really interesting new gene(RING)family E3.ubiquitin-protein *** CG3.26 was knocked down by RNA interference(RNAi),the testis became much smaller in size,and the apical tip exhibited a sharp and thin end instead of the blunt and round shape in the control *** importantly,compared to the control flies,only a few mature sperm were present in the seminal vesicle of C587-Gal4>CG3.26 RNAi *** staining of the testis from CG3.26 RNAi flies showed that the homeostasis of testis stem cell niche was disrupted,cell distribution in the apical tip was scattered,and the process of spermatogenesis was not ***,we found that the phenotype of CG3.26 RNAi flies’testis was similar to that of testis of Stat92E RNAi flies,the expression level of CG3.26 was significantly downregulated in the Stat92EF063.6 mutant flies,and the promoter activity of CG3.26 was upregulated by *** together,our results indicated that CG3.26 is a downstream effector gene in the JAK-STAT signaling pathway that plays a key role in the spermatogenesis of Drosophila.

Poly(lactide acid)(PLA)foams have shown considerable promise as eco-friendly alternatives to nondegradable plastic foams,such as polystyrene(PS)***,PLA foam typically suffers from low heat-resistance and poor cellular structure stemming from its inherent slow crystallization rate and low melt *** this study,a high-performance PLA foam with well-defined cell morphology,exceptional strength and enhanced heat-resistance was successfully fabricated via a core-back microcellular injection molding(MIM)*** scanning calorimetry(DSC)results revealed that the added hydrazine-based nucleating agent(HNA)significantly increased the crystallization temperature and accelerated the crystallization process of ***,the addition of a 1.5 wt%of HNA led to a significant reduction in PLA’s cell size,from 43.5µm to 2.87µm,and a remarkable increase in cell density,from 1.08×10^(7)cells/cm^(3.to 2.15×10^(10)cells/cm^(3..This enhancement resulted in a final crystallinity of approximately 55.7%for the PLA blend foam,a marked improvement compared to the pure PLA ***,at 1.5 wt%HNA concentration,the tensile strength and tensile toughness of PLA blend foams demonstrated remarkable improvements of 13.%and 463.,***,the Vicat softening temperature of PLA blend foam increased significantly to 13..8°C,whereas the pure PLA foam exhibited only about 59.7℃.These findings underscore the potential for the preparation of lightweight injection-molded PLA foam with enhanced toughness and heat-resistance,which offers a viable approach for the production of high-performance PLA foams suitable for large-scale applications.

This study presents a new method for characterizing the thermal lattice deformation of a monochromator with high precision under service conditions and first reports the operando measurements of nanoscale thermal lattice deformation on a double-crystal monochromator at different incident *** nanoscale thermal lattice deformation of the monochromator first crystal was obtained by analyzing the intensity of the distorted DuMond *** diagrams of the 3.3.diffraction index,sensitive to lattice deformation,were obtained directly using a 2D detector and an analyzer crystal orthogonal to the *** increasing incident power and power density,the maximum height of the lattice deformation increased from 3.2 to 18.5 nm,and the deformation coefficient of the maximum height increased from 1.1 to 3.2 nm/*** maximum relative standard deviation was 4.2%,and the maximum standard deviation was 0.1 *** on the measured thermal deformations,the flux saturation phenomenon and critical point for the linear operation of the monochromator were predicted with increasing incident *** study provides a simple solution to the problem of the lower precision of synchrotron radiation monochromator characterizations compared to simulations.

A major challenge is to construct ceramic membranes with tunable structures and functions for water ***,a novel corrosion-resistant polymer-derived silicon oxycarbide(SiOC)ceramic membrane with designed architectures was fabricated by a phase separation method and was applied in organic removal via adsorption and oxidation for the first *** pore structure of the as-prepared SiOC ceramic membranes was well controlled by changing the sintering temperature and polydimethylsiloxane content,leading to a pore size of 0.84–1.62μm and porosity of 25.0–43.8%.Corrosion resistance test results showed that the SiOC membranes sustained minimal damage during 24 h exposure to high-intensity acid–base conditions,which could be attributed to the chemical inertness of *** rhodamine 6G(R6G)as the model pollutant,the SiOC membrane demonstrated an initial eff ective removal rate of 99%via adsorption;however,the removal rate decreased as the system approached adsorption *** peroxymonosulfate was added into the system,efficient and continuous degradation of R6G was observed throughout the entire period,indicating the potential of the as-prepared SiOC membrane in oxidation-related ***,this work provides new insights into the construction of novel polymer-derived ceramic membranes with well-defined structures and functions.

In this paper, based on the natural boundary reduction advanced by Feng and yu, we couple the finite elementapproach with the natural boundary element method to study theweak solvability and Galerkin approximation of a class ofnonlinear exterior boundary value problems. The analysis is mainlybased on the variational formulation with *** provethe error estimate of the finite element solution and obtain theasymptotic rate of convergence. Finally, we also give anumerical example.
