Pre-intercalation of metal ions into vanadium oxide is an effective strategy for optimizing the performance of rechargeable zinc-ion battery(ZIB)***,the battery long-lifespan achievement and high-capacity retention remain a *** the electronic conductivity while simultaneously prompting the cathode diffusion kinetics can improve ZIB electrochemical ***,N-doped vanadium oxide(N-(Zn,en)VO)via defect engineering is reported as cathode for aqueous *** annihilation and electron paramagnetic resonance clearly indicate oxygen vacancies in the *** functional theory(DFT)calculations show that N-doping and oxygen vacancies concurrently increase the electronic conductivity and accelerate the diffusion kinetics of zinc ***,the presence of oxygen vacancies substantially increases the storage sites of zinc ***,N-(Zn,en)VO exhibits excellent electrochemical performance,including a peak capacity of 420.5 mA h g^(-1)at 0.05 A g^(-1),a high power density of more than 10000 W kg^(-1)at 65.3 Wh kg^(-1),and a long cycle life at 5 A g^(-1)(4500 cycles without capacity decay).The methodology adopted in our study can be applied to other cathodic materials to improve their performance and extend their practical applications.

为研究高校后勤维修服务对学生满意度的影响,并提高其服务质量,在中国顾客满意指数模型(CCSI)基础上,结合NZY大学后勤维修服务现状建立高校后勤维修服务学生满意度测评模型。结果表明:感知质量因素对学生满意度的影响最大,预期质量因素对学生的感知价值及感知质量影响较弱,后勤形象严重影响后勤维修服务的满意度及整体质量,感知价值、预期质量的影响大于感知质量。高校应在后勤维修服务工作中加强人员培训,提升形象,建立以人为本的理念,从学生需求出发,不断提升后勤维修服务质量与满意度。

Prime editing is a revolutionary gene-editing method that is capable of introducing insertions,deletions and base substitutions into the ***,the editing efficiency of Prime Editor(PE)is limited by the DNA repair ***,we show that overexpression of the flap structure-specific endonuclease 1(FEN1)and the DNA ligase 1(LIG1)increases the efficiency of prime editing,which is similar to the dominant negative mutL homolog 1(MLH1dn).In addition,MLH1 is still the dominant factor over FEN1 and LIG1 in prime *** results help to further understand the relationship of proteins involved in prime editing and envisage future directions for the development of PE.

抗SOX1抗体相关神经系统副肿瘤综合征的临床异质性分析

目的总结抗Y染色体性别决定区相关高迁移率超家族1(SRY⁃like high⁃mobility group superfamily of developmental transcription factors 1,SOX1)抗体相关神经系统副肿瘤综合征(paraneoplastic neurological syndrome,PNS)的临床表现、影像学特征和预后。方法选取2019年1月至2023年1月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院抗SOX1抗体相关PNS患者6例,回顾性分析患者的相关资料。结果6例患者中,男5例、女1例,年龄42~76岁。6例患者中,感觉运动周围神经病合并小细胞肺癌(small cell lung cancer,SCLC)2例、边缘叶脑炎2例、副肿瘤小脑变性1例和Lam⁃bert-Eaton肌无力综合征合并SCLC 1例。6例患者血清抗SOX1抗体均阳性,其中合并其他抗体阳性1例、合并脑脊液抗SOX1抗体阳性2例。6例患者神经系统症状均早于肿瘤发现前,均于发现抗SOX1抗体后行肿瘤筛查,其中3例SCLC患者进行治疗后病情较稳定;截至随访时间,余3例患者经检查未发现肿瘤(其中病例5随访>2年,病例2和病例4随访<2年),进行治疗后,症状未见明显进展。结论抗SOX1抗体相关PNS患者存在高度临床异质性,部分患者伴发肿瘤。可增加副肿瘤抗体的检测,以提高早期诊断潜在肿瘤的可能性。

为探讨山区公路沿线土地利用变化对生态系统服务价值（ecosystem service value,ESV）的影响,以贵州省麻江县309省道为例,基于1992年、2002年、2012年和2032年土地利用数据和中国陆地生态系统服务单位面积ESV系数,对309省道沿线土地利用变化所引起的ESV变化进行估算。结果表明：1研究期间,耕地和草地持续减少,建设用地不断增加,而不同时期的林地、水域和未利用地或增或减。21992—2032年间,除情景B外,情景A和C的ESV均不断增加。各地类的ESV变化趋势与各地类面积变化一致。除情景B外,情景A和C的各种ESV均不断增加。越靠近公路的缓冲区（距公路0~500 m区域）,ESV变化越剧烈,不同时期各缓冲区ESV变化存在差异。3快速经济发展、退耕还林政策、地形限制等是影响公路沿线ESV变化的主要因素。

Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disorder with motor deficits due to nigrostriatal dopamine depletion and with the non-motor/premotor symptoms(NMS)such as anxiety,cognitive dysfunction,depression,hyposmia,and sleep *** is presented in at least one-fifth of the patients with *** the histological information being investigated,stem cells are shown to provide neurotrophic supports and cellular replacement in the damaging brain areas under PD *** change of progressive PD includes degeneration and loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra of the *** current stem cell beneficial effect addresses dopamine boost for the striatal neurons and gliovascular mechanisms as competing for validated PD drug *** addition,there are clinical interventions for improving the patient’s NMS and targeting their autonomic dysfunction,dementia,mood disorders,or sleep *** our and many others’research using brain injury models,multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells demonstrate an additional and unique ability to alleviate depressive-like behaviors,independent of an accelerated motor *** delivery of the stem cells is discussed for it is extensively tested in rodent animal models of neurological and psychiatric *** this review,we attempt to discuss the repairing potentials of transplanted cells into parkinsonism pathological regions of motor deficits and focus on preventive and treatment *** new approaches in the PD biological therapy,it is believed that it can as well benefit patients against PD-NMS.

目的探讨成人中枢神经系统水痘-带状疱疹病毒(varicella-zoster virus,VZV)感染的临床特点及预后。方法选取2013年7月至2024年4月首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院的中枢神经系统VZV患者,收集患者的一般资料和临床资料,分析患者的临床特点及预后,并复习既往文献。结果共纳入7例患者,其中男6例、女1例;发病年龄35~94岁,平均65.1岁。7例均为急性或亚急性起病、伴发热,4例伴意识障碍,5例脑膜刺激征(+),4例伴肢体瘫痪、头痛、头晕,3例伴周围性面瘫,5例伴皮肤疱疹。脑脊液压力80~190 mmH2O(1 mmH2O=0.0098 kPa)、WBC 14~1039×106/L、蛋白40.38~444.43 mg/dl、葡萄糖2.34~6.01 mmol/L、氯化物108.90~125.00 mmol/L。脑脊液宏基因二代测序(metage⁃nomic next-generation sequencing,mNGS)检测的VZV病毒DNA序列数7~8869。影像学结果示脑干及小脑受累3例,颈髓受累1例,硬脑膜或脊膜强化3例,伴硬膜下积液或出血1例、伴急性脑梗死2例。治疗后,住院期间死亡1例(发病后4个月),好转出院6例;死亡2例(发病后1.5~10个月),好转4例(发病后6~63个月)。既往文献报道,成人中枢神经系统VZV感染患者有病情重、预后差,脑脊液葡萄糖降低、合并颅神经或周围神经或脑血管受累等表现,但未见合并硬脑膜强化的病例报道。结论成人中枢神经系统VZV感染患者年龄分布较广、青年至高龄老年均可见,脑脊液蛋白和WBC可明显升高,部分患者葡萄糖和氯化物降低,类似结核杆菌感染。脑膜脑实质多同时受累时病情危重,高龄者预后差。怀疑中枢神经系统VZV感染者应尽早完善腰穿、脑脊液mNGS等辅助检查,在早期诊断和治疗后规范应用抗病毒感染药物,以改善预后。
