There is a growing technological development in intelligent teaching systems. This field has become interesting to many researchers. In this paper, we present an intelligent tutoring system for teaching mathematics that helps students understand the basics of linear programming using Linear Program Solver and Service for Solving Linear Programming Problems, through which students will be able to solve economic problems. It comes down to determining the minimum or maximum value of a linear function, which is called the objective function, according to pre-set limiting conditions expressed by linear equations and inequalities. The goal function and the limiting conditions represent a mathematical model of the observed problem. Working as a professor of mathematics in high school, I felt the need for one such work and dealing with the study of linear programming as an integral part of mathematics. There are a number of papers in this regard, but exclusively related to traditional ways of working, as stated in the introductory part of the paper. The center of work as well as the final part deals with the study of linear programming using programs that deal with this topic.

现在,中国是世界上发展最快的市场之一,当然,这种巨大的增长潜力吸引了许多外国公司在中国做生意。这种跨国合作对发展中的市场非常有益,但同时也显现出自己的问题,如知识产权被盗用。因为产权保护方面的漏洞,跨国企业常常遇到产权问题,法律术语为:知识产权被侵犯。由于知识产权被侵犯,中国企业成为外资企业的一大顾虑,尤其是商标保护方面。本文的主要目的是介绍公司知识产权保护方法,主要是商标保护。因为中国拥有世界上四分之一的消费者,所以外国品牌的持有者必须小心地掌握如何在该国做生意并取得成功。本文的出发点在于假设在中国没有安全的商标秘密措施。本文拟从中国法律体系的角度分析这种现象的成因,通过回顾中国的知识产权保护法,作者认为中国这方面的法律和西方的法律相当一致,之所以知识产权被盗用主要是因为商标持有者知法犯法,以及相关合同的不严谨。同时,通过近几年发生在中国侵权行为的例子,作者集中讨论商标保护的重要性。通过分析这些例子,作者介绍了在华外资企业常见的几种商标保护方面的问题。同时,文章对司法保护商标的差异和文化差异进行了阐述。每个国家都有其特定的文化,中国的历史悠久,国人有自己的思维定势,商业也受其影响。外国人应该看整体形象,不忽视中国文化。本论文从合同的签订和激励员工这两方面为商标侵权提供解决方案。商标所有者在中国保护商标所面临的困难是多样的,这要求持有者改进保护措施,需要政府、司法系统和商标所有者之间的牢固合作。作者采用经济分析的方式,同时结合法律和经济学知识提出了一些解决方案。研究表明,尽管中国政府尽最大的努力通过改革法律法规和发展中国的商标保护工作,但很大部分侵权行为可以说是:知识产权人缺乏预防性保护,他们自己如果会理解中国的经济,文化和法律制度,那么这些侵权行为呢可能会比较少见。

AIM： To determine the clinical, analytical and endoscopic factors related to ischemic colitis （IC） severity. METHODS： A total of 85 patients were enrolled in a retrospective study from January 1996 to May 2004. There were 53 females and 32 males （age 74.6 ± 9.4 years, range 45-89 years）. The patients were diagnosed as IC. The following variables were analyzed including age, sex, period of time from the appearance of symptoms to admission, medical history, medication, stool frequency, clinical symptoms and signs, blood tests （hemogram and basic biochemical profile）, and endoscopic findings. Patients were divided in mild IC group and severe IC group （surgery and/or death）. Qualitative variables were analyzed using chi-square test and parametric data were analyzed using Student＇s t test （P 〈 0.05）. RESULTS： The mild IC group was consisted of 69 patients （42 females and 27 males, average age 74.7 ± 12.4 years）. The severe IC group was composed of 16 patients （11 females and 5 males, average age of 73.8 ± 12.4 years）. One patient died because of failure of medical treatment （no surgery）, 15 patients underwent surgery （6 after endoscopic diagnosis and 9 after peroperatory diagnosis）. Eight of 85 patients （9.6%） died and the others were followed up as out-patients for 9.6 ± 3.5 mo. Demographic data, medical history, medication and stool frequency were similar in both groups （P 〉 0.05）. Seriously ill patients had less hematochezia than slightly ill patients （37.5% vs 86.9%, P = 0.000）. More tachycardia （45.4% vs 10.1%, P = 0.011） and a higher prevalence of peritonism signs （75% vs 5.7%, P = 0.000） were observed in the severe IC group while the presence and intensity of abdominal pain were similar between two groups. Two patients with severe IC had shock when admitted. Regarding analytical data, more seriously ill patients were found to have anemia and hyponatremia than the mildly ill patients （37.5% vs 10.1%, P = 0.014 and 46.6% vs 14.9%, P = 0.012, respectively）. AIM: To analyze the polymorphisms of CTLA-4 gene involved in the response against hepatitis C virus(HCV) ***: We recruited 500 hemodialysed patients from several hemodialysis centers, all HCV-antibody positive, spread over different regions of Tunisia, as part of a national survey in 2008 conducted in the laboratory of immunology at the Charles Nicolle hospital Tunisia, classified into two groups G1(PCR+) and G2(PCR-) according to the presence or absence of viral RNA. Of these patients, 307 were followed prospectively on a viral molecular level over a period from 2002 to 2008, divided into two groups based on the persistence and viral clearance. PCR-RFLP was performed for the analysis of SNPs(+49) A/G and(+6230) G/A CTLA-4 for these 500 patients and 358 healthy ***: Analysis of clinical and virological charac-teristics of our cohort suggests a nosocomial infection in our hemodialysed patients with transfusion history as a primary risk factor and a predominance of genotype 1b. The haplotype analysis revealed an increase of frequencies of GG(+49)/(CT60) CTLA-4 in the entire patients group compared to controls(P = 0.0036 and OR = 1.42; 95%CI: 1.12-1.79, respectively). This haplotype is therefore associated with susceptibility to HCV infection. CONCLUSION: Our study suggests a possible role of CTLA-4 polymorphisms in the outcome of HCV infection in the Tunisian hemodialysed population.

Today, the quantity of data continues to increase, furthermore, the data are heterogeneous, from multiple sources (structured, semi-structured and unstructured) and with different levels of quality. Therefore, it is very likely to manipulate data without knowledge about their structures and their semantics. In fact, the meta-data may be insufficient or totally absent. Data Anomalies may be due to the poverty of their semantic descriptions, or even the absence of their description. In this paper, we propose an approach to better understand the semantics and the structure of the data. Our approach helps to correct automatically the intra-column anomalies and the inter-col- umns ones. We aim to improve the quality of data by processing the null values and the semantic dependencies between columns.

A 52 year-old male patient diagnosed of ankylosing spon-dylitis presented with an iron deficiency anemia after a ten-month treatment of methotrexate. He did not respond to treatment with oral iron not a proton pump inhibitor and an upper endoscopy was performed. The histological study of the duodenal biopsies showed villus atrophy. After removing the methotrexate, administrating intra-muscular iron and undertaking a gluten-free diet, the histological and analytical alterations progressively resolved.

Chemical preparation, X-ray single crystal, thermal analysis and IR spectroscopic investigation of (C7H10N)2 SO4 denoted NMAS are described. The NMAS crystallizes in the triclinic system with P-1 space group. Its unit cell dimensions are a = 9.6150(5) ?, b = 9.9744(3) ?, c = 10.2767(6) ?, α = 68.069(3)°, β = 62.929(2)°, γ = 67.285(3)° with V = 785.72(7) ?3 and Z = 2. The structure has been solved using direct method and refined to a reliability R factor of 3.62%. The NMAS structure is built up from chains containing all the components of the structure and parallel to the b axis, linked via N—H-----···O hydrogen bonds. Stability between successive chains is performed by weak interactions originating from the organic cations.
