Wound abnormalities such as secondary wound laceration and inflammation are common postoperative health hazards during clinical *** continuous treatment,healing induction,and real-time visualization of wound status and complications,including wound re-tearing,inflammation,and morphology,are key focal points for comprehensive ***,an on-demand quadruple energy dissipative strategy was proposed for the nanoengineering of a physically and chemically synergistic double-layer gelatin-based bio-adhesive(DLGel)by combining a multi-network adhesive layer and a versatile electroactive energy dissipative layer based on contrivable interlocking micro-pillar arrays and crosslinked polymer *** subtly multiple energy dissipation designs enable DLGel with robust adhesive strength to omnipotently wet and dynamic tissue,providing a basis for reliable wound *** achieves comprehensive wound-healing induction through electrical stimulation and possesses reversible underwater light/thermal adhesion,excellent hemostatic performance,outstanding antimicrobial properties,and self-repair ***,a novel deep-learning strategy is creatively established to respond to mechanical deformation due to wound *** strategy translates biological information into visual graphics,providing real-time early warning and assessment of postoperative wound-abnormality/-morphology,such as laceration,inflammation,and ***,DLGel and its associated signal collection and processing protocol enable the integration of reliable wound closure,wound healing,and real-time postoperative wound-status warning and assessment within the unobservable and undetectable“black box”regions in a context of non-clinical comprehensive therapy.

Photocatalytic aerobic oxidation desulfurization(PAODS)is a promising and sustainable alternative to conventional,energyintensive desulfurization techniques for petroleum ***,its development is greatly plagued by the low capability in generating highly reactive oxygen species and sluggish kinetics of sulfide oxidation of reported *** we report a class of MoO_(x)nanocluster decorated on ultrathin Mo-doped TiO_(2)nanosheet(MoO_(x)/MoTiO)catalyst for efficiently facilitating the photocatalytic aerobic oxidation of *** demonstrate that MoO_(x)/MoTiO can not only promote the generation of highly reactive singlet oxygen(^(1)O_(2))but also enhance the aerobic conversion of sulfides,which leads to a record dibenzothiophene oxidation activity of 3.90 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1).The multiple experimental characterizations and density functional theory calculations collectively reveal that the doped-Mo sites can interact with the photogenerated excitons,enabling directly energy transfer generation of^(1)O_(2)through a new exciton modulation mechanism,and the coordination unsaturated MoO_(x)clusters play the role of co-catalyst to enhance the separation of charge carriers,and effectively catalyze the reaction between sulfides and1O_(2)to form sulfones.

Kink oscillations,which are frequently observed in coronal loops and prominences,are often accompanied by extreme-ultraviolet(EUV)***,much more needs to be explored regarding the causal relationships between kink oscillations and EUV *** this article,we report the simultaneous detection of kink oscillations and EUV waves that are both associated with an X2.1 flare on 2023 March 03(SOL2023-03-03T17:39).The kink oscillations,which are almost perpendicular to the axes of loop-like structures,are observed in three coronal loops and one *** short loop shows in-phase oscillation within the same period of 5.2 min at three *** oscillation could be triggered by the pushing of an expanding loop and interpreted as the standing kink *** lags are found between the kink oscillations of the short loop and two long loops,suggesting that the kink wave travels in different *** kink oscillations of one long loop and the prominence are possibly driven by the disturbance of the coronal mass ejection(CME),and that of another long loop might be attributed to the interaction of the EUV *** onset time of the kink oscillation of the short loop is nearly same as the beginning of an EUV *** fact demonstrates that they are almost *** EUV wave is most likely excited by the expanding loop structure and shows two *** leading component is a fast coronal wave,and the trailing one could be due to the stretching magnetic field lines.

PEO-based all-solid-state electrolytes are extensively utilized and researched owing to their exceptional safety,low-mass-density,and ***,the low oxidation potential of PEO makes the interface problem with the high-voltage cathode extremely *** this work,the impedance of PEO-based all-solid-state batteries with high-voltage cathode(NCM811)was studied at different *** Nyquist plots displayed a gyrate arc at low-frequencies for NCM811/PEO *** on the kinetic modeling,it was deduced that there is a decomposition reaction of PEO-matrix in addition to de-embedded reaction of NCM811,and the PEO intermediate product(dehydra-PEO)adsorbed on the electrode surface leading to low-frequency inductive ***,the distribution of relaxation time shows the dehydra-PEO results in the kinetic tardiness of the charge transfer process in the temporal ***,an artificial interface layer(CEI_(x))was modified on the surface of NCM811 to regulate the potential of cathode/electrolyte interface to prevent the high-voltage deterioration of ***/CEI_(x)/PEO batteries exhibit capacity retentions of 96.0%,84.6%,and 76.8%after undergoing 100 cycles at cut-off voltages of 4.1,4.2,and 4.3 V,***,here the failure mechanism of high-voltage PEO electrolyte is investigated by EIS and a proposed solving strategy is presented.

Deep and ultra-deep reservoirs have gradually become the primary focus of hydrocarbon exploration as a result of a series of significant discoveries in deep hydrocarbon exploration *** reservoirs present unique challenges due to their deep burial depth(4500-8882 m),low matrix permeability,complex crustal stress conditions,high temperature and pressure(HTHP,150-200℃,105-155 MPa),coupled with high salinity of formation ***,the costs associated with their exploitation and development are exceptionally *** deep and ultra-deep reservoirs,hydraulic fracturing is commonly used to achieve high and stable *** hydraulic fracturing,a substantial volume of fluid is injected into the ***,statistical analysis reveals that the flowback rate is typically less than 30%,leaving the majority of the fluid trapped within the ***,hydraulic fracturing in deep reservoirs not only enhances the reservoir permeability by creating artificial fractures but also damages reservoirs due to the fracturing fluids *** challenging“three-high”environment of a deep reservoir,characterized by high temperature,high pressure,and high salinity,exacerbates conventional forms of damage,including water sensitivity,retention of fracturing fluids,rock creep,and proppant *** addition,specific damage mechanisms come into play,such as fracturing fluid decomposition at elevated temperatures and proppant diagenetic reactions at HTHP ***,the foremost concern in deep oil and gas development lies in effectively assessing the damage inflicted on these reservoirs by hydraulic fracturing,comprehending the underlying mechanisms,and selecting appropriate ***'s noteworthy that the majority of existing studies on reservoir damage primarily focus on conventional reservoirs,with limited attention given to deep reservoirs and a lack of systematic *** light of this,our approach entails initially summarizin

AIM:To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the influence of hypoxia and alpha-ketoglutaric acid(α-KG)on scleral collagen ***:Meta-analysis and clinical statistics were used to prove the changes in choroidal thickness(ChT)during *** establishment of a hypoxic myopia model(HYP)for rabbit scleral fibroblasts through hypoxic culture and the effects of hypoxia andα-KG on collagen expression were demonstrated by Sirius red *** analysis was used to verify the genes and pathways that hypoxia andα-KG affect collagen ***,real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)was used for reverse ***:Meta-analysis results aligned with clinical statistics,revealing a thinning of ChT,leading to scleral *** red staining indicated lower collagen expression in the HYP group and higher collagen expression in the HYP+α-KG group,showed that hypoxia reduced collagen expression in scleral fibroblasts,whileα-KG can elevated collagen expression under HYP *** analysis unveiled the related genes and signaling pathways of hypoxia andα-KG affect scleral collagen expression and the results were verified by ***:The potential molecular mechanisms through which hypoxia andα-KG influencing myopia is unraveled and three novel genes TLCD4,TBC1D4,and EPHX3 are *** findings provide a new perspective on the prevention and treatment of myopia via regulating collagen expression.

Drought can greatly impact the biodiversity of an ecosystem and play a crucial role in regulating its ***,the specific mechanisms by which drought mediate the biodiversity effect(BE)on community biomass in above-and belowground through functional traits remain poorly ***,we conducted a common garden experiment in a greenhouse,which included two plant species richness levels and two water addition levels,to analyze the effects of biodiversity on aboveground biomass(AGB),belowground biomass(BGB)and total biomass(TB),and to quantify the relationship between BEs and functional traits under drought *** analysis focused on partitioning BEs into above-and belowground complementarity effect(CE)and selection effect(SE)at the species level,which allowed us to better understand the impacts of biodiversity on community biomass and the underlying *** results showed that plant species richness stimulated AGB,BGB and TB through *** decreased AGB,BGB and TB,*** addition,the aboveground CE was positively associated with the variation in plant *** in above-and belowground were negatively correlated with the community mean plant height and root length,***,drought weakened the aboveground CE by decreasing variation in plant height,resulting in a reduction in AGB and *** findings demonstrate that the complementarity of species is an important regulator of community biomass in above-and belowground,the dynamics of biomass under environmental stress are associated with the response of sensitive compartments.
