Optimization of Hydrocracking Process for Enhanced BTX Production from Coal Tar-Derived Hydrorefined Products

Hydroconversion of coal tar to produce aromatic hydrocarbons(BTX)represents a crucial strategy for the highvalue hierarchical utilization of coal.This study focused on the hydrocracking of hydrorefined products derived from coal tar to enhance the production of benzene,toluene,and xylene(BTX).Various reaction conditions,including reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure,space velocity,and hydrogen-to-oil volume ratio,were systematically explored to optimize BTX yields while also considering the process’s economic feasibility.The results indicate that increasing the reaction temperature from 360℃ to 390℃ significantly favors the production of BTX,with yields increasing from 21.42%to 41.14%.Similarly,an increase in hydrogen pressure from 4 MPa to 6 MPa boosts BTX production,with yields rising from 36.31%to 41.14%.Reducing the space velocity from 2 h^(-1) to 0.5 h^(-1) also favors the BTX production process,with yields increasing from 37.96%to 45.13%.Furthermore,raising the hydrogen-to-oil volume ratio from 750 to 1500 improves BTX yields from 41.61%to 45.44%.Through economic analysis,the optimal conditions for BTX production were identified as a reaction temperature of 390℃,hydrogen pressure of 5-6 MPa,space velocity of 1 h^(-1),and hydrogen-to-oil volume ratio of 1000,achieving a BTX yield of 43.73%.This investigation highlights the importance of a holistic evaluation of hydrocracking conditions to optimize BTX production.Furthermore,the findings offer valuable insights for the design and operation of industrial hydrocracking processes aimed at efficiently converting coal tar-derived hydrorefined feedstock into BTX.

Black Phosphorus/Nanocarbons Constructing a Dual-Carbon Conductive Network for High-Performance Sodium-Ion Batteries

Black phosphorus has been recognized as a prospective candidate anode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to its ultrahigh theoretical capacity of 2596 mA·h/g and high electric conductivity of≈300 S/m.However,its large volume expansion and contraction during sodiation/desodiation lead to poor cycling stability.In this work,a BP/graphite nanoparticle/nitrogen-doped multiwalled carbon nanotubes(BP/G/CNTs)composite with a dual-carbon conductive network is successfully fabricated as a promising anode material for SIBs through a simple two-step mechanical milling process.The unique structure can mitigate the eff ect of volume changes and provide additional electron conduction pathways during cycles.Furthermore,the formation of P–O–C bonds helps maintain the intimate connection between phosphorus and carbon,thereby improving the cycling and rate performance.As a result,the BP/G/CNTs composite delivers a high initial Coulombic efficiency(89.6%)and a high specific capacity for SIBs(1791.3 mA·h/g after 100 cycles at 519.2 mA/g and 1665.2 mA·h/g after 100 cycles at 1298 mA/g).Based on these results,the integrated strategy of one-and two-dimensional carbon materials can guide other anode materials for SIBs.

Screening for a^(177)Lu-labeled CA19–9 monoclonal antibody via PET imaging for colorectal cancer therapy

Carbohydrate antigen 19–9(CA19–9)with multi epitopes relatively high expresses on colorectal cancer(CRC)cells,making it an attractive target for developing radioimmunotherapy(RIT)for CRC.The lutetium-177(^(177)Lu)labeled monoclonal antibodies(mA bs)can selectively bind the corresponding antigens and release targeted cytotoxic radiation,which could induce cell apoptosis and reduce the drug-induced resistance.Here,a series of CA19–9 m Abs were labeled with zirconium-89(^(89)Zr),and one with high tumor uptake was screened via PET imaging,which has potential application for the diagnosis of CRC.Then the screened m Ab(C003)labeled with^(177)Lu was utilized for CA19–9 targeted RIT,which presents a significant suppression effect on the growth of colo205 xenografts than immunotherapy alone.Meanwhile,the side effects of ^(177)Lu-DOTA-C003 are limited according to the results of in vivo study.Both89Zr-DFO-C003for CRC immune-PET imaging and ^(177)Lu-DOTA-C003 for RIT against CRC exhibit good potential in clinical applications.

Complexation between uranyl(Ⅵ)and CMPO in a hydroxyl-functionalized ionic liquid:An extraction,spectrophotography,and calorimetry study

The extraction complexes of uranyl(Ⅵ)in HNO_(3)to a hydroxyl-functionalized ionic liquid(IL)phase,HOEtmimNTf2bearing CMPO,were investigated.Three possibly successive extraction complexes,UO_(2)L^(2+)(L=CMPO),UO2L_(2)^(2+) and UO_(2)L_(3)^(2+),were detected based on variable U/L ratios.Uranyl(Ⅵ)prefers to be extracted as complex UO_(2)L_(3)^(2+),combining with the ions from HOEtmimNTf_(2) to construct a solid material through self-assembly.The thermodynamics of complexes,UO_(2)L_(j)^(2+)(j=1-3),were studied by spectrophotometry and microcalorimetry.All the formation reactions are principally driven by entropy,although a small part of the driving force of complexes UO_(2)L_(2)^(2+)and UO_(2)L_(3)^(2+) comes from enthalpy.Based on the thermodynamic properties for complex UO_(2)L_(3)^(2+),we provide a possible coordination mode in HOEtmim NTf_(2):the first CMPO molecule coordinates with UO_(2)^(2+) in a bidentate fashion while the others do in a monodentate fashion.The results offer a thermodynamic insight into the formation behaviors of the uranyl(Ⅵ)/CMPO complexes involving the special IL HOEtmimNTf_(2),which is of significance to advance the novel IL extraction strategy.

Explosion Hazard Analysis of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Transportation

This paper presents a quantitative risk analysis of liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)transportation.An accident that happened on June 13,2020,on the highway near Wenling,China is studied as a case.In this accident,LPG carried by a tank truck on the highway leaked and caused a large explosion,which led to 20 deaths.Different methods are combined to calculate the consequence of the accident.Multi-energy model and rupture of vessel model are employed to calculate the overpressure;the simulation result of the multi-energy model is closer to the damage caused by the accident.The safety distances in accidents of LPG transport storage tanks of different capacities are calculated in this study;the results show that the damage of explosion will increase with the filling degree of the tank.Even though the filling degree is 90%(value required by law),the 99%fatality rate range will reach 42 m,which is higher than regulated distance between road and building.The social risk of the tank truck has also been calculated and the results show that the risk is not acceptable.The calculating method used in this study could evaluate the risk of LPG tanker more accurately,which may contribute to the establishment of transportation regulation so that losses from similar accidents in the future could be reduced.

传记有塑造民众情感的作用,严嵩形象从其个人的“自赞”“像赞”到王世贞的传记书写,再到民间叙事、国家叙事,传主形象“翻转”的背后寓含着书写者情感表达的转向。严嵩传文本众多,书写过程复杂,王世贞较早为其撰成“权奸”传,并通过志传、诗传、史传等多重书写,从多个层面助推其入《明史》“奸臣传”。严嵩位居首辅,主政多年,与诸多文人名士交游,获得了大量文化资本,即使在失宠致仕情况下,将其列入“奸臣传”也非易事。为将其塑造成为“权奸”,王世贞撰写五篇严嵩传和一首诗传,或据历史事实“实录”,或发抒内心情感,特别是借助《鸣凤记》等传奇文本,利用声音和表演所特有的认同性和顺从性,将个人“攻击—对立”型厌恶情感上升为普通大众所能接受的认知和情感,从“民间”文化形态使其奸佞形象获得社会广泛认同,广大民众也积极参与到严嵩奸臣形象建构当中。严嵩形象凝聚着王世贞个人及民众、国家的共同情感以及民族文化记忆。

Solubility and Thermodynamic Properties of Sulfamethazine-Saccharin Cocrystal in Pure and Binary (Acetonitrile + 2-Propanol) Solvents

In this work,a new crystallization method was used to prepare two polymorphs of sulfamethazine-saccharin(SMT-SAC)cocrystal in bulk.The purity and crystal form of both polymorphs were confirmed by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,powder X-ray diff raction,diff erential scanning calorimetry,and thermogravimetric analysis.Moreover,the solubility of the stable form(form Ⅱ)was determined by gravimetric analysis in nine pure solvents and one binary(acetoni-trile+2-propanol)solvent at temperatures ranging from 278.15 to 348.15 K at atmospheric pressure.Experimental data were correlated using the modified Apelblat model,theλh equation,the nonrandom two-liquid(NRTL)model,the Jouyban-Acree model,and the CNIBS/Redlich-Kister model.Finally,the apparent thermodynamic properties,such asΔ_(dis)G,Δ_(dis) H,andΔ_(dis) S,were calculated on the basis of the activity coefficient obtained by the NRTL model.All the models correlate well,and all the experimental and calculated results indicate that the dissolution behavior of SMT-SAC cocrystal form II is a spontaneous,endothermic,and entropy-driven process.

Synergistic Effect of Cocamidopropyl Betaine and Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate

In this study,we investigated the synergistic effect of a zwitterionic surfactant(cocamidopropyl betaine)and amino acid surfactant(sodium lauroyl sarcosinate)by measurements of surface tension,rheological properties,dynamic light scattering(DLS),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results confirm the formation of wormlike micelles in the mixed system,which leads to superior surface activity as compared to that of an individual surfactant.Stable and dynamic viscoelastic measurements were also performed to explore the characteristics of wormlike micelles at different mole fractions,p H values,and temperatures.The results indicate that the strongest wormlike structure formed under the conditions of X_(1)=0.5,pH=4.7,and C T=600 mmol/L.The size and morphology of the mixed micelles were obtained by DLS and TEM.The results of this work offer insight into the interaction between zwitterionic and amino acid surfactants,which will contribute to the design of complex surfactants.

Paraffin/SiC as a Novel Composite Phase-Change Material for a Lithium-Ion Battery Thermal Management System

A lithium-ion battery thermal management system has always been a hot spot in the battery industry. In this study, a novel high-thermal-conductivity composite phase-change material(CPCM) made by paraffin wax and silicon was adopted to facilitate heat transfer. Moreover, high resistance or even insulation of CPCM is capable of preventing short circuits between the cells. The heat transfer mechanism of CPCMs was determined under a scanning electron microscope. A thermogravimetric analyzer was employed to determine the thermal stability. A diff erential scanning calorimeter was used to explore the thermophysical properties of the composite samples. By comparing the results of the experiment, it was reported that under the silicon carbide content of 5%, the parameters were better than others. The phase-change enthalpy of CPCM was 199.4 J/g, the leakage rate of liquid was 4.6%, and the melting point was 53.6℃. To verify the practicality of CPCM, a three-dimensional layered battery pack model was built in the COMSOL Multiphysics software. By simulating the thermal runaway inside the battery packs of various materials, it was reported that the addition of CPCM significantly narrowed the temperature range of the battery pack from 300–370 to 303–304 K. Therefore, CPCM can eff ectively increase the rate of heat transfer to prevent the chain of thermal runaway reactions. It also enables the battery pack to run at a stable temperature.

面向深度学习应用的组件式开发框架的设计实现

针对目前深度学习应用缺少有效的开发与部署工具的问题,提出一个面向深度学习应用的组件式开发框架。所提框架根据应用的资源消耗类型进行功能拆分,使用评测引导的资源分配方案进行瓶颈消除,使用分步装箱方案兼顾高CPU利用率和低显存开销的功能放置。基于此框架开发的实时车牌号检测应用,在吞吐优先模式下GPU利用率达到82%,在延迟优先模式下平均应用延迟达到0.73 s,在三种模式下(吞吐优先模式、延迟优先模式以及吞吐/延迟的均衡模式)下,CPU平均利用率达到68.8%。实验结果表明,基于此框架能够进行硬件吞吐与应用延迟的平衡型配置,在吞吐优先模式下高效利用平台的计算资源,在延迟优先模式下满足应用的低延迟需求。相较于MediaPipe,使用本框架能够进行超实时的多人姿态估计应用开发,应用的检测帧率最高提升了1077%。实验结果表明,所提框架能够作为CPU-GPU异构服务器上面向深度学习应用开发部署的有效解决方案。
