Trichoderma viride F7 improves peanut performances while remediating cadmium-contaminated soil with microplastics

Microplastics(MPs) and cadmium(Cd) in soil have serious negative impacts on plant growth. As a bioremediator, Trichoderma viride may modulate the impacts of MPs and/or Cd on plant growth and heavy metal uptake. In this study, T. viride F7 was used to treat Cd-contaminated soil with and without the presence of polylactic acid MPs to investigate its effects on peanut growth, Cd uptake efficiency, and soil properties. Results showed that F7 increased soil pH,dissolved organic carbon, cation exchange capacity, microbial biomass nitrogen, and microbial biomass carbon, which resulted in increases of 2.10%–19.83% in peanut biomass and mitigated the negative effects of MPs and Cd on peanut growth. Trichoderma viride F7 reduced the soil bioavailable Cd and plant Cd concentrations by 16.68%–34.20% and 5.37%–25.84%, respectively. Regression path analysis showed that F7 could improve peanut performances by altering soil properties and reducing peanut Cd concentrations in MP-Cd-contaminated soil. Soil fungal community analysis indicated that the microbial community was altered via F7 inoculation, which antagonized Fusarium and promoted peanut growth. This study reveals the mechanisms of F7 in mitigating Cd contamination in the soil with the presence of MPs, which provides new ideas for managing MP-heavy metal-contaminated soil and improving soil health.

A Comprehensive Method for Evaluating Precision of Transfer Alignment on a Moving Base

In this study, we propose the use of the Degree of Alignment(DOA) in engineering applications for evaluating the precision of and identifying the transfer alignment on a moving base. First, we derive the statistical formula on the basis of estimations. Next, we design a scheme for evaluating the transfer alignment on a moving base, for which the attitude error cannot be directly measured. Then, we build a mathematic estimation model and discuss Fixed Point Smoothing(FPS), Returns to Scale(RTS), Inverted Sequence Recursive Estimation(ISRE), and Kalman filter estimation methods, which can be used when evaluating alignment accuracy. Our theoretical calculations and simulated analyses show that the DOA reflects not only the alignment time and accuracy but also differences in the maneuver schemes, and is suitable for use as an integrated evaluation index. Furthermore, all four of these algorithms can be used to identify the transfer alignment and evaluate its accuracy. We recommend RTS in particular for engineering applications. Generalized DOAs should be calculated according to the tactical requirements.

酸性菜地土壤中钝化剂对镉的钝化效应研究

在土壤与农产品重金属污染问题日渐加剧的背景下,开展菜地重金属污染土壤修复和降低蔬菜重金属超标风险成为亟待解决的问题。为探究钝化材料在酸性土壤上的适用性及有效阻控蔬菜吸收土壤中镉(Cd)的潜力,选取3处(T1、T2、T3)酸度不同的菜地,设置5种钝化剂(粉煤灰、钙基膨润土、镉康、海泡石和生物质炭)和5种主要市售蔬菜(白菜、甘蓝、莴笋、紧花菜和散花菜)开展田间试验,研究不同钝化剂对酸性土壤中有效态Cd含量及蔬菜Cd含量的影响。试验结果表明:钝化剂显著影响菜地土壤理化性质。钙基膨润土对土壤Cd具有显著钝化作用。海泡石对蔬菜Cd吸收过程有明显的阻控效果。通过对蔬菜镉富集能力的聚类分析,可将5种蔬菜分为低富集(紧花菜、散花菜、白菜、甘蓝)和高富集(莴笋)两类。主成分分析显示蔬菜Cd含量与土壤总Cd和有效态Cd含量呈正相关,与土壤p H呈显著负相关。施用钝化材料(生物质炭、海泡石)并结合蔬菜品种筛选是降低酸性菜地土壤重金属污染风险,确保蔬菜安全生产的有效措施。

A recent study on the submolecular-scale control of phototautomerization methods and the underlying reaction mechanisms was reported in Nature Nanotechnology by Guillaume and co-workers[1],elucidating how the field confinement effect generated by the scanning tunneling microscope(STM)tip precisely triggers the phototautomerization of a free-base phthalocyanine at the submolecular level and demonstrating that the reaction process can be finely controlled by adjusting either the laser excitation wavelength or the position of the tip.

An Energy Trading Method Based on Alliance Blockchain and Multi-Signature

Numerical simulation on the multiphase flow and reoxidation of the molten steel in a two-strand tundish during ladle change

A 3D mathematical model was proposed to investigate the molten steel–slag–air multiphase flow in a two-strand slab continuous casting(CC)tundish during ladle *** study focused on the exposure of the molten steel and the subsequent reoxidation *** exposure of the molten steel was calculated using the coupled realizable k–εmodel and volume of fluid(VOF)*** diffusion of dissolved oxygen was determined by solving the user-defined scalar(UDS)***,the user-defined function(UDF)was used to describe the source term in the UDS equation and determine the oxidation rate and oxidation *** effect of the refilling speed on the molten steel exposure and dissolved oxygen content was also *** the refilling speed during ladle change reduced the refilling time and the exposure duration of the molten ***,the elevated refilling speed enlarged the slag eyes and increased the average dissolved oxygen content within the tundish,thereby exacerbating the reoxidation *** addition,the time required for the molten steel with a high dissolved oxygen content to exit the tundish varied with the refilling *** the inlet speed was 3.0 m·s^(-1)during ladle change,the molten steel with a high dissolved oxygen content exited the outlet in a short period,reaching a maximum dissolved oxygen content of 0.000525wt%.Conversely,when the inlet speed was 1.8 m·s^(-1),the maximum dissolved oxygen content was 0.000382wt%.The refilling speed during the ladle change process must be appropriately decreased to minimize reoxidation effects and enhance the steel product quality.

Grouping Decision Algorithm for Dynamic Terminals in Random Access Networks

This paper proposes a grouping decision algorithm for random access networks with the carrier sense multiple access (CSMA) mechanism, which can balance the traffic load and solve the hidden terminal issue. Considering the arrival characteristics of terminals and quality of service (QoS) requirements, the traffic load is evaluated based on the effective bandwidth theory. Additionally, a probability matrix of hidden terminals is constructed to take into account the dynamic nature of hidden terminal relations. In the grouping process, an income function is established with a view to the benefits of decreasing the probability of hidden terminal collisions and load balancing. Then, we introduce the grey wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm to implement the grouping decision. Simulation results demonstrate that the grouping algorithm can effectively alleviate the performance degradation and facilitate the management of network resources.

Effects of Interaction between Axial and Radial Secondary Air and Reductive Intensity in Reduction Region on Combustion Characteristics and NO_(x) Emission of Coal Preheated by a Self-Preheating Burner

The study focused on the effects of the interaction between axial and radial secondary air and the reductive intensity in reduction region on combustion characteristics and NO_(x) emission in a 30 kW preheating combustion *** results revealed that the interaction and reductive intensity influenced the combustion in the down-fired combustor(DFC) and NO_(x) emission *** the temperature distribution,the interaction caused the position of the main combustion region to shift down as R_(2-12)(ratio of axial secondary air flow to radial secondary air flow) decreased or λ_(2)(total secondary air ratio) increased,and there was the interplay between both of their *** R_(3-12)(ratio of first-staged tertiary air flow to second-staged tertiary air flow)increased,the decrease in the reductive intensity also caused the above phenomenon,and the peak temperature increased in this *** the NO_(x) emission,the interaction affected the NO_(x) reduction adversely when λ_(2) or R_(2-12) was higher,and the range of this effect was larger,so that the NO_x emission increased obviously as they *** decrease in the reductive intensity caused the NO_(x) emission increased under the homogeneous reduction mechanism,while was unchanged at a high level under the heterogeneous reduction *** the combustion efficiency,the interaction improved the combustion efficiency as λ_(2) increased when R_(2-12) was lower,while reduced it as λ_(2) increased excessively when R_(2-12) was *** proper decrease in the reductive intensity caused the combustion efficiency increased obviously,while was hardly improved further when the intensity decreased *** this study,the lowest NO_(x) emission was only 41.75 mg/m^(3) without sacrificing the combustion efficiency by optimizing the interaction and reductive intensity.

通过气压胀形实验和数值模拟研究了Ti-22Al-25Nb合金板材在高温下的热成形行为,并分析了在930和970℃下的胀形球壳形状和壁厚分布,讨论了胀形部分的微观结构和力学性能。结果表明,在胀形初期,胀形球壳接近球面,随胀形高度的增加逐渐椭球化。在930和970℃下,最终胀形高度分别达到46.25和49.85 mm,壳顶的曲率半径分别达到49.33和49.19 mm。胀形部分壁厚不均匀,从底部至顶部逐渐减小。变形温度对球壳形状影响较大,在930℃时胀形局部形状更加不均。在相同的胀形高度下,930℃下的胀形球壳曲率半径较小且壁厚减薄率较高。此外,在930℃胀形过程中,O相析出并球化,导致O型、V型空洞的产生且硬度下降。而在970℃胀形后,微观组织分布均匀,O相在冷却过程中以层片形式析出,强化了胀形件。
