Dear Editor,Although effective vaccines and antiviral therapies are available,hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection is still a serious global health *** HBV infection remains the principal cause of liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).HBV is a small DNA virus,owning a~3.2 kb genome that encodes several proteins:viral DNA polymerase,core antigen(HBcAg),E antigen(HBeAg),three surface antigens(PreS1/PreS2/HBsAg),and a regulatory X protein(HBx)(Lamontagne et al.,2016).X protein,named for its lack of homology with any known proteins,is a 154 aa protein that plays an essential role in HBV biology and regulates the development of HCC(Yang et al.,2022).Although previous studies have strongly expanded our understanding of HBx,the regulation of HBx is not completely elucidated.

基于区域阈值模型的地震信号凸集投影高效重建方法

地震信号重建广泛应用的凸集投影(POCS)算法大都采用线性或指数阈值模型,虽然计算效率高,但由于难以完全消除缺失信号泄露引起的噪声,重建效果不佳。为此,提出了一种基于区域阈值模型的POCS地震信号重建方法,将数值阈值转化为区域阈值,将区域滤波窗口作为阈值进行迭代更新。其核心思想是根据时—空域缺失地震信号的频率—波数(F⁃K)谱分布范围,在每次POCS重建迭代时按照一定规律选取固定大小的矩形或扇形区域作为阈值,将区域内和区域外的变换系数分别保留和置零,以尽可能地保留有效信号的变换系数,构建了地震信号POCS重建的矩形与扇形区域阈值模型。数值试验结果表明:相比于F⁃K域指数阈值模型的POCS重建,F⁃K域区域阈值模型对连续缺失信号的重建精度更高;相比于扇形区域阈值模型,矩形区域阈值模型的重建精度和计算效率均略高;与曲波域指数阈值模型的POCS重建相比,F⁃K域区域阈值模型的重建精度相当,但计算效率提高了约90%。

受采集环境和仪器性能的影响,实测探地雷达(GPR)剖面中不可避免会出现部分信号缺失和坏道现象,易造成目标体产生的反射波和绕射波同相轴不连续,严重降低后续处理与成像精度和分辨率。为此,将图像处理中广泛应用的凸集投影(POCS)算法与具有良好稀疏特性的曲波变换相结合,提出了一种基于曲波域POCS算法的缺失GPR信号高精度重建方法。从压缩感知理论出发,建立了离散曲波变换基下缺失信号重建的目标函数,并采用POCS算法详细推导了缺失GPR信号重建的时间域迭代公式。其中,线性和指数迭代阈值模型用于更新曲波变换系数,从而高精度重建时间域缺失信号;平均绝对误差、信噪比、峰值信噪比用于定量评价GPR信号重建精度。模拟与实测GPR信号的重建试验表明:POCS算法可有效重建GPR剖面中的缺失信号;与线性阈值模型的POCS算法相比,指数阈值模型的POCS算法重建精度更高;与指数阈值模型的频率域POCS算法相比,指数阈值模型的曲波域POCS算法用于重建GPR剖面中连续多道缺失信号的误差更小、纵向伪影能量更弱,且对复杂GPR结构模型的缺失信号重建具有较强的适用性;与线性和指数阈值模型的频率域POCS算法、线性阈值模型的曲波域POCS算法相比,指数阈值模型的曲波域POCS重建方法的重建精度更高、平均绝对误差下降45%~99%、信噪比和峰值信噪比提高1~20 dB,其重建结果可为后续处理与解释提供高质量GPR信号。

目的探讨吴茱萸碱(EVO)调节环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)/蛋白激酶A(PKA)信号通路在糖尿病大鼠视网膜损伤中的作用。方法将96只(192眼)SD大鼠分为对照组(NC组)、模型组(Model组)、EVO低剂量组(EVO-L组)、EVO中剂量组(EVO-M组)、EVO高剂量组(EVO-H组)、羟苯磺酸钙(CD)组、SQ22536组、EVO-H+SQ22536组,每组12只。除NC组以腹腔注射生理盐水代替链脲佐菌素外,其他组大鼠均构建糖尿病视网膜病变模型。建模成功后,分别进行相应给药处理,每天给药一次,持续4周。利用血糖仪检测各组大鼠血糖;HE染色检测各组大鼠视网膜组织病理变化;TUNEL染色检测各组大鼠视网膜组织中神经节细胞凋亡;检测各组大鼠视网膜组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、cAMP水平;Western blot检测各组大鼠视网膜组织中Bcl-2相关X蛋白(Bax)、P53、磷酸化的PKA(p-PKA)蛋白表达。结果与NC组比较,Model组大鼠视网膜组织病理损伤严重,血糖、视网膜神经节细胞凋亡率、MDA水平、TNF-α水平、IL-6水平、Bax蛋白、P53蛋白表达均升高,SOD水平、cAMP水平、p-PKA/PKA蛋白表达均降低,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);与Model组比较,EVO-L组、EVO-M组、EVO-H组、CD组大鼠视网膜组织病理损伤减轻,血糖、视网膜神经节细胞凋亡率、MDA水平、TNF-α水平、IL-6水平、Bax蛋白、P53蛋白表达均降低,SOD水平、cAMP水平、p-PKA/PKA蛋白表达均升高,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);与Model组比较,SQ22536组大鼠视网膜组织病理损伤严重,血糖、视网膜神经节细胞凋亡率、MDA水平、TNF-α水平、IL-6水平、Bax蛋白、P53蛋白表达均升高,SOD水平、cAMP水平、p-PKA/PKA蛋白表达均降低,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);与EVO-H组比较,EVO-H+SQ22536组大鼠视网膜组织病理损伤加剧,血糖、视网膜神经节细胞凋亡率、MDA水平、TNF-α水平、IL-6水平、Bax蛋白、P53蛋白表达均升高,SOD水平、cAMP水平、p-PKA/PKA蛋白表达均降低,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论EVO可能通过激活cAMP/PKA信号通路改善糖尿病大鼠视网膜损伤。

Background Exposure to bisphenol A(BPA),an environmental pollutant known for its endocrine-disrupting properties,during gestation has been reported to increase the risk of fetal growth restriction(FGR)in an ovine model of *** hypothesized that the FGR results from the BPA-induced insufficiency and barrier dysfunction of the placenta,oxidative stress,inflammatory responses,autophagy and endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS).However,precise mechanisms underlying the BPA-induced placental dysfunction,and subsequently,FGR,as well as the potential involvement of placental ERS in these complications,remain to be *** In vivo experiment,16 twin-pregnant(from d 40 to 130 of gestation)Hu ewes were randomly distributed into two groups(8 ewes each).One group served as a control and received corn oil once a day,whereas the other group received BPA(5 mg/kg/d as a subcutaneous injection).In vitro study,ovine trophoblast cells(OTCs)were exposed to 4 treatments,6 replicates *** OTCs were treated with 400μmol/L BPA,400μmol/L BPA+0.5μg/m L tunicamycin(Tm;ERS activator),400μmol/L BPA+1μmol/L 4-phenyl butyric acid(4-PBA;ERS antagonist)and DMEM/F12 complete medium(control),for 24 *** In vivo experiments,pregnant Hu ewes receiving the BPA from 40 to 130 days of pregnancy experienced a decrease in placental efficiency,progesterone(P4)level and fetal weight,and an increase in placental estrogen(E2)level,together with barrier dysfunctions,OS,inflammatory responses,autophagy and ERS in type A *** vitro experiment,the OTCs exposed to BPA for 24 h showed an increase in the E2 level and related protein and gene expressions of autophagy,ERS,pro-apoptosis and inflammatory response,and a decrease in the P4 level and the related protein and gene expressions of antioxidant,anti-apoptosis and barrier ***,treating the OTCs with Tm aggravated BPA-induced dysfunction of barrier and endocrine(the increased E2 level and decreased P4 level),OS,inflamm

Physical Prediction Model of Compound Hydrodynamic Unload-Load Response Ratio and Its Application in Reservoir Colluvium Landslide

It is well known that the deformation and damage of reservoir colluvium landslides are often determined by the combined dynamics of reservoir water level change and *** on the systematic analysis of the change law of reservoir water level,rainfall and displacements of reservoir colluvium landslide,this paper proposes the compound hydrodynamic action of rainfall and reservoir water as the unload-load parameter,and the landslide displacement as the unload-load response *** on this,a physical prediction model of the compound hydrodynamic unload-load response ratio of reservoir colluvium landslide was established,and the quantitative relationship between the compound hydrodynamic unload-load response ratio and its stability evolution was in-depth analyzed and *** the basis of the above research,taking Shuping landslide,a typical hydrodynamic pressure landslide as an example,the unload-load response ratio model is used to systematically evaluate and predict the stability evolution law and the change trend of the landslide under compound hydrodynamic *** prediction result shows that the variation law of the compound hydrodynamic unload-load response ratio is consistent with the dynamic evolution law of its ***,the above studies show that the compound hydrodynamic unload-load response ratio parameter is an effective displacement dynamic evaluation parameter for reservoir colluvium landslides,so it can be used in the prediction of the reservoir colluvium landslides.

Tissue distribution of cadmium and its effect on reproduction in Spodoptera exigua

Vegetable fields are often contaminated by heavy metals,and Spodoptera exigua is a major vegetable pest which is stressed by heavy metals mainly by *** this study,cadmium accumulation in the tissues of *** exposed to cadmium and its effects on the growth and development of the parents and the offspring were *** the stress of different concentrations of cadmium(0.2,3.2,and 51.2 mg kg^(-1)),the cadmium content in each tissue of *** increased in a dose-dependent *** the larval stage,the highest cadmium accumulation was found in midgut in all three cadmium treatments,but at the adult stage,the highest cadmium content was found in fat *** addition,the cadmium content in ovaries was much higher than in *** *** was stressed by cadmium and the F_(2)generation was not fed a cadmium-containing diet,the larval survival,pupation rate,emergence rate and fecundity of the F_(2)generation were significantly reduced in the 51.2 mg kg^(-1)treatment compared to the corresponding *** in the F_(2)generation of the 3.2 mg kg^(-1)treatment,the fecundity was significantly lower than in the parental *** fecundity of the only-female stressed treatment was significantly lower than that of the only-male stressed treatment at the 3.2 and 51.2 mg kg^(-1)cadmium exposure *** only mothers were stressed at the larval stage,the fecundity of the F_(2)generation was significantly lower than that of the F1generation in the 51.2 mg kg^(-1)treatment,and it was also significantly lower than in the 3.2 and 0.2 mg kg^(-1)*** results of our study can provide useful information for forecasting the population increase trends under different heavy metal stress conditions and for the reliable environmental risk assessment of heavy metal pollution.
