OBJECTIVE:To formulate the first clinical practice guideline for the treatment of cough using Chinese medicine based on the grading of recommendations assessment,development,and evaluation(GRADE)systematic approach,including clinical evidence,evaluation of ancient literature,and expert consensus.METHODS:In the process of development,the regulation of"evidence-based,consensus-assisted,and empirical"was followed,and a comprehensive systematic approach of recommendation assessment,GRADE,evidence-based evaluation,expert consensus,and the Delphi method was used.In the process of guideline development,evidence-based evaluation of ancient literature was included for the first time,and clinical evidence was fully integrated with clinical expert consensus.RESULTS:The clinical practice guidelines for the treatment of cough with Chinese herbal medicine were developed after a comprehensive consideration of evidence-based evaluation and expert opinions.The guideline recommendations focused on recommending herbal compound decoctions and Chinese patent medicines for cough in different conditions.Based on the GRADE systematic approach,we conducted an evidence-based evaluation of the recommended Chinese patent medicines one by one;meanwhile,the expert consensus method was used to unify the recommendations of both.CONCLUSION:Based on clinical evidence,ancient literature evaluation,and expert consensus,a clinical practice guideline for Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in the treatment of cough was developed,providing the first current clinical practice guideline for domestic and foreign TCM and Western medicine practitioners,especially respiratory professionals at home and abroad.

Aqueous zinc-ion capacitors(ziCs)are considered as potential candidates for next generation electro-chemical energy storage devices due to their high safety and low cost.However,the existing aqueous ZiCs usually have the problems of zinc dendrite growth and unsatisfactory performance at low temper-ature.Herein,an erythritol(Eryt)additive with inhibition of zinc dendrites and anti-freezing capability was introduced into the ZnSO_(4) electrolyte.The experimental characterization and theoretical calculation confirm that the Eryt adsorbed on the surface of zinc anodes regulates the deposition orientation of Zn^(2+)and inhibits the formation of dendrites.It also reconstructs the solvation structure in the electrolyte to reduce water activity,enabling the electrolyte to have a lower freezing point for operation at low tem-perature.With the assistance of Eryt,the ZnZn symmetric cell exhibits a long cycle life of 2000 h,while the ZIC assembled with activated carbon(AC)cathode and zinc anode(ZnllAC)maintains a capacity retention of 98.2%after 30,000 cycles at a current density of 10 A g^(-1)(even after 10,000 cycles at-20°C,the capacity retention rate reached 94.8%.).This work provides a highly scalable,low-cost and effective strategy for the protection of the anodes of low-temperature aqueous ZiCs.

Increasing root-lower characteristics improves drought tolerance in cotton cultivars at the seedling stage

Drought is an important abiotic stress factor in cotton production.The root system architecture(RSA)of cotton shows high plasticity which can alleviate drought-related stress under drought stress(DS)conditions;however,this alleviation is cultivar dependent.Therefore,this study estimated the genetic variability of RSA in cotton under DS.Using the paper-based growth system,we assessed the RSA variability in 80 cotton cultivars at the seedling stage,with 0 and 10%polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG6000)as the control(CK)and DS treatment,respectively.An analysis of 23 aboveground and root traits in the 80 cotton cultivars revealed different responses to DS.On the 10th day after DS treatment,the degree of variation in the RSA traits under DS(5–55%)was greater than that of CK(5–49%).The 80 cultivars were divided into drought-tolerant cultivars(group 1),intermediate drought-tolerant cultivars(group 2),and drought-sensitive cultivars(group 3)based on their comprehensive evaluation values of drought resistance.Under DS,the root lengthlower,root area-lower,root volume-lower,and root length density-lower were significantly reduced by 63,71,76,and 4%in the drought-sensitive cultivars compared to CK.Notably,the drought-tolerant cultivars maintained their root lengthlower,root area-lower,root volume-lower,and root length density–lower attributes.Compared to CK,the root diameter(0–2 mm)-lower increased by 21%in group 1 but decreased by 3 and 64%in groups 2 and 3,respectively,under DS.Additionally,the drought-tolerant cultivars displayed a plastic response under DS that was characterized by an increase in the root-lower characteristics.Drought resistance was positively correlated with the root area-lower and root length density-lower.Overall,the RSA of the different cotton cultivars varied greatly under DS.Therefore,important root traits,such as the root-lower traits,provide great insights for exploring whether drought-tolerant cotton cultivars can effectively withstand adverse environments.

深层—超深层油气资源是中国油气增储上产的重要接替资源,实现深井、超深井安全优快钻完井对于深层—超深层油气资源效益开发具有重要意义。通过回顾中国深井、超深井发展历程,梳理对比深井、超深井钻完井技术发展现状、关键技术进展及应用效果,结合面临的主要问题指出了下一步的发展方向。通过对比全球及中国深井、超深井钻完井关键钻井装备、井身结构优化与拓展、钻井提速、钻井液、固井、随钻测控技术与装备、试油完井关键技术指标及应用情况,指出抗高温高压、高稳定性是当前存在的主要技术差距。剖析了支撑中国实现陆上8000 m超深井常态化,钻深能力迈上9000 m台阶,正向万米挺进的深井自动化钻机、井身结构优化、控压钻井、高效PDC钻头、抗高温超高密度油基钻井液、高效堵漏、高强度韧性水泥浆及自动化固井、抗高温酸压、深层连续管作业机等一批高端装备、尖端工具、核心助剂的最新进展及应用情况。针对超深层超高温、超高压、复杂地应力和多压力系统等给安全高效钻完井带来巨大挑战,提出进一步开展井身结构拓展、抗超高温高压井下工具仪器、超高温井筒工作液、超深高效破岩及提速工具、超高温特高压试油完井工具、超高温低伤害压裂液和酸液体系、数字化智能化钻完井装备与技术等攻关研究,加速关键核心技术的突破与迭代升级,为深层—超深层油气资源高效勘探开发提供支撑与保障。

Integrated photonic devices are essential for on-chip optical communication,optical-electronic systems,and quantum information sciences.To develop a high-fidelity interface between photonics in various frequency domains without disturbing their quantum properties,nonlinear frequency conversion,typically steered with the quadratic(χ2)process,should be considered.Furthermore,another degree of freedom in steering the spatial modes during theχ2 process,with unprecedent mode intensity is proposed here by modulating the lithium niobate(LN)waveguide-based inter-mode quasi-phasematching conditions with both temperature and wavelength parameters.Under high incident light intensities(25 and 27.8 dBm for the pump and the signal lights,respectively),mode conversion at the sum-frequency wavelength with sufficient high output power(−7–8 dBm)among the TM01,TM10,and TM00 modes is realized automatically with characterized broad temperature(ΔT≥8°C)and wavelength windows(Δλ≥1 nm),avoiding the previous efforts in carefully preparing the signal or pump modes.The results prove that high-intensity spatial modes can be prepared at arbitrary transparent wavelength of theχ2 media toward on-chip integration,which facilitates the development of chip-based communication and quantum information systems because spatial correlations can be applied to generate hyperentangled states and provide additional robustness in quantum error correction with the extended Hilbert space.

针对现有单端行波故障测距对近端故障存在测距盲区、双端行波故障测距对近端故障测距误差较大,无法满足工程需要的不足,提出基于波形特征认知的近端故障辨识与定位方法。首先,分析了线路故障行波传播规律,以固定分辨率显示波形。发现线路近端故障时,初始行波及其后续波形在长时窗整体宏观观测下呈堆叠缓变特征,而在短时窗局部放大观测下呈周期性变化特征,且周期与故障距离相关。不同线路的近端故障历史样本能统一作为参照基准为测距提供提示。进而提出基于波形密度和突变分布的近端故障辨识方法。最后,对辨识出的近端故障进行周期估计,利用近端故障与线长的无关性以及历史样本突变周期和故障位置已知性,搜索周期最近邻历史样本,并由已知故障距离插值实现故障位置确定。基于大量实测数据进行仿真测试,结果表明所提方法能够显著提升单端行波测距可靠性和成功率。

针对输电线路单端行波测距难以可靠、有效辨识第二个波头的不足,该文提出基于波形群灵敏角检测的单端行波辨识与测距方法。首先,对线路故障波过程的解析和规律分析,发现波头局部波形呈现灵敏角和非轴对称性的特点。进而提出利用Radon变换变角度投影检测最灵敏角并判别最灵敏角两侧非轴对称特性,实现单端故障初始行波及多次同极性行波群的可靠辨识。最后,基于多次同极性行波到达时差构造多测距算式,输出最合理测距结果。所提方法将时域波头辨识转化为波形图像空间域最灵敏变化方向和几何轴对称性的检测,抗干扰能力强,大幅提升检测可靠性和后续波头的识别能力,提升单端测距算式冗余性。大量实测和仿真数据测试表明,算法有效、可靠、直观,适用范围广,为单端行波分析故障测距及扩展应用提供了新思路。

目的探讨临床护士工作动机在工作-家庭冲突与隐性缺勤间的中介作用,为降低护士隐性缺勤提供依据。方法2022年9—12月采用横断面调查法,以一般资料调查表、工作-家庭冲突量表、工作动机量表、斯坦福隐性缺勤量表对以方便抽样选取的522名临床护士进行问卷调查,分析工作动机在工作-家庭冲突与隐性缺勤间的中介效应。结果回收有效问卷511份,其中男15名,女496名,年龄20~52岁。临床护士工作-家庭冲突对隐性缺勤具有正向影响(r=0.319,P<0.05),且工作动机在工作-家庭冲突与隐性缺勤间具有部分中介作用(效应值为0.082),中介作用占总效应的35.00%。结论护理管理者和护士自身应采取多种方式降低工作-家庭冲突,促进护士工作-家庭平衡,提高工作动机,从而降低隐性缺勤,促进临床护理人员职业健康发展。

地球表面空间承载着诸多地理实体,随着时空大数据时代的到来,以还原论为基础、以独立分层建模为特征的传统信息描述方式越发难以描述地形及其关联环境要素所具有的海量信息、产生的复杂相互作用和呈现的时空变化规律,相关研究亟需以系统和整体的角度考察研究对象。针对这一问题,本文从场景学的视角对地形本体及关联环境要素的内容和相互作用开展系统的地理空间认知,提出了地形场景的概念,用于整体性地描述地形场景中的实体、联系与时空变化过程;分析了地形场景的要素构成和逻辑结构,使用时间、地点(空间)、事物、事件、现象为核心的更加整体化、语义化和逻辑化的要素对地形场景进行描述;对地形场景对象及其信息的内容构成进行解析和整理,创建了以“要素-对象-信息”为核心的结构描述框架,并对地形场景未来的发展与可能的技术应用进行了展望。地形场景的提出是场景学概念从整体表达朝向整体研究的一次探索,为进一步进行地形问题的场景化求解和表达奠定基础。

疾病传播的研究使得对疫情分布和发展的预测更为准确。现有的疾病传播模型对不同城市间流动人口对疾病传播造成的影响研究较少,为此,该文提出了具有活跃节点的多层网络作用下的时滞SEQS(Susceptible-Exposed-Quarantined-Susceptible)模型。其中,时滞SEQS重点研究疾病潜伏期、恢复期及恢复后可再次感染等特性对传播行为的影响,模型中每层静态网络表示不同城市的社交网络,活跃节点表示城市间流动人口,活跃节点的存在使得该多层网络具有时变性,同时模型引入检测机制,以隔离态节点为中心,对在其检测半径内的邻接节点进行检测。研究表明,该模型的传播行为最终演化状态存在3种主要模式:稳态、周期性振荡和非周期性振荡,在能有效降低疾病传染率的情况下,划定精准检测范围可有效控制疾病大规模传播。
