By the end of 2020,83 silver deposits(or ore occurrences),including four super-large-scale deposits,nine large-scale deposits,33 medium-scale deposits and 37 small-scale deposits or ore occurrences,have been *** amount of silver metal exceeds 86000 t with average grade of 100 g/t,which makes Daxing’anling region one of the the most important silver ore belt in ***,the metallogenic characteristics and metallogenesis need to be *** silver deposits in the study area are classified into three main types,which are magmatic hydrothermal vein type,continental volcano-subvolcanic type and skarn type,*** supergiant deposits include the Shuangjianzishan deposit(silver metal amount of 15214 t with average grade of 138 g/t),the Baiyinchagandongshan deposit(silver metal amount of 9446 t with average grade of 187 g/t),the Huaobaote deposit(silver metal amount of 6852 t with average grade of 170 g/t),and the Fuxingtun deposit(silver metal amount of 5240 t with average grade of 196 g/t).The silver deposits are mainly distributed in the central and south of the Daxing’anling area,and mainly formed in the Yanshanian *** silver polymetallic deposits in the Daxinganling area are significantly controlled by regional faults and the junction zone of volcanic rock basins and their *** north-east trending deep faults are the most important ore-controlling structures in this *** distribution of silver polymetallic deposits along the main faults is obvious,and the intersection area of multiple groups of faults often form important mine *** Permian is the most important ore-bearing formation in this area,but some important silver polymetallic deposits occur in Mesozoic volcanic basins or pre-Mesozoic *** magmatic rocks related to mineralization are mainly intermediate acidic or acidic intrusions,intermediate acidic lavas,pyroclastic rocks,and small intrusions of ultra-shallow or shallow facies of the Yanshanian Perio

Natural swarms arranged from cells to herds are usually decentralized but display intriguing collective intelligence in coordinating individuals across large scales to efficiently achieve their common goals. Learning from nature may provide new strategies for controlling collective dynamics of synthetic swarms to accomplish specific functions. Here, we present a bioinspired computational framework that steers distributed active swarms to collectively capture and merge targets via reinforcement learning. We exploit collective milling structures of natural herds to cage the targets, and adopt a switching control policy inspired by sperms' chiral dynamics to optimize the trajectories of individuals, through which the active swarms can selforganize to enclose single or multiple distant targets in a dynamical, adaptive and scalable manner. There exists a critical swarm size, beyond which the excessive competition between agents would generate large mechanical forces, leading to capture instability but enabling the transition from short-distance to long-distance merging capture of multiple targets. This work provides physical insights into distributed active swarms and could offer a multilevel, decentralized strategy toward controlling swarm robotics in wide applications such as bio-medical devices, machine immunity, and target clearance.

将一种能够抵抗铝熔体腐蚀的非晶玻璃釉涂覆在不同孔径的泡沫陶瓷上用于过滤铝熔体.通过扫描电镜、电感耦合等离子发射光谱、金相显微镜和图像分析软件对拉伸试样进行了观测与分析.结果表明,相对于未经过滤的拉伸试样,过滤后拉伸试样的裂纹和韧窝明显细小且均匀;过滤前后拉伸试样的抗拉强度基本没有变化,伸长率提高15%;过滤前后拉伸试样的成分基本没有变化;过滤后的拉伸试样中夹杂物的数量明显比未经过滤的拉伸试样少,尺寸在7μm左右.所以,活性涂层陶瓷能够有效地捕获铝熔体中的夹杂物.

羌活作为一种重要传统中药品种,目前为694个药厂生产的262种中成药原料,在整个中医药产业中具有显著经济价值和社会价值,但其野生资源濒危且尚未完全实现人工产业化栽培。该文在系统总结羌活药材的用药历史与产业发展现状分析的基础上,系统阐述了羌活药材资源分布、羌活生态适宜性、羌活种子生产、种苗繁育、规模化栽培等产业化栽培的相关内容,并提出实施羌活产业化过程中需关注的关键问题及对策。

It was in flask optimization tests proved that 2% serum, pH 7.0, 5:10 000 inoculation concentration of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) and 108 hours cultivation for IBDV harvest after its inoculation were the optimal conditions when IBDV was propagated on Vero cells. 250 ml self-made spinner bottle and 5 L stirring fermentor tests proved that IBDV could maintain higher liters for a long time and the highest liters of IBDV in a spinner bottle and a fermentor were 8.875 and 8.58 ( - lgTCID50/0.1 ml) respectively when IBDV was proliferated on Vero cells using 2 g/L microcarriers in a spinner bottle and a fermentor and was cultivated under the optimum conditions obtained from flask tests after Vero cells had developed a confluent monolayer on microcarriers, which were at least one titer higher than the highest titer in the traditional rolling bottle. All these results suggested that this technology could be applied to large scale production for IBDV.

The synergy of single atoms （SAs） and nanoparticles （NPs） has demonstrated great potential in promoting the electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction （CO2RR）;however,the rationalization of the SAs/NPs proportion remains one challenge for the catalyst ***,a Ni2+-loaded porous poly（ionic liquids）(PIL) precursor synthesized through the free radical self-polymerization of the ionic liquid monomer,1-allyl-3-vinylimidazolium chloride,was pyrolyzed to prepare the Ni,N co-doped carbon materials,in which the proportion of Ni SAs and NPs could be facilely modulated by controlling the annealing *** catalyst Ni-NC-1000 with a moderate proportion of Ni SAs and NPs exhibited high efficiency in the electrocatalytic conversion of CO2into *** Ni K-edge X-ray absorption near-edge structure （XANES） spectra and theoretical calculations were conducted to gain insight into the synergy of Ni SAs and *** charge transfer from Ni NPs to the surrounding carbon layer and then to the Ni SAs resulted in the electron-enriched Ni SAs active *** the electroreduction of CO2,the coexistence of Ni SAs and NPs strengthened the CO2activation and the affinity towards the key intermediate of*COOH,lowering the free energy for the potential-determining*CO2→*COOH step,and therefore promoted the catalysis efficiency.

Background Mechanical stress can induce cardiac hypertrophy through angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) type 1(AT1) receptor independently of Angll,however,the intracellular mechanisms remain largely indeterminate. Since calcineurin,a Ca-dependent phosphatase,plays a critical role in pressure overload - induced cardiac hypertrophy,we therefore,askedwhether calcineurin is involved in the AT1 receptor - mediated but Ang Ⅱ independent cardiac *** and Results Mechanical stretch failed to elicit hypertrophic responses in COS7 cells co - transfected with plasmid of AT1 receptor and siRNA of *** stresses for 2 weeks in vivo and for 24 h in vitro significantly induced upregulation of calcineurin expression and hypertrophic responses,such as the increases in cardiomyocytes size and specific gene expressions, in cardiomyocytes of angiotensinogen gene knockout(ATG - KO) mice,both of which were significantly suppressed by a specific calcineurin inhibitor FK506,suggesting a critical role of calcineurin in mechanical stress - induced cardiac hypertrophy in the ATG - KO ***,an AT1 receptor blocker,Losartan not only attenuated cardiac hypertrophy but also abrogated upregulation of cardiac calcineurin expression induced by mechanical stresses in the Angll - lacking mice,indicating that calcineurin expression is regulated by AT1 receptor without the involvement of Angll after mechanical *** These findings collectively suggest that mechanical stress - evoked but Angll - independent activation of AT1 receptor induces cardiac hypertrophy through calcineurin pathway.
