变形和等温热处理是高强贝氏体钢主要生产工艺,已有研究表明低于马氏体相变起始温度(M_(s))的等温热处理可以促进贝氏体相变动力学,低温奥氏体预变形也可以加速贝氏体相变。研究了低于M_(s)温度变形对后续等温贝氏体相变动力学和组织的影响,结果表明,并未出现预想的加速相变叠加效应,反而,变形温度低于M_(s)温度时,贝氏体相变动力学减弱,等温贝氏体相变孕育期延长。低于M_(s)温度等温相变时,贝氏体铁素体与母相奥氏体位向关系接近K-S关系,变形试样虽然获得了一部分先马氏体,且能提高贝氏体形核率,但并非所有的胚核都能发生长大,变形改变母相奥氏体取向,使贝氏体原本的位向关系遭受破坏,导致有效形核率降低。

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

Background:Clinical outcomes of undifferentiated arthritis(UA)are diverse,and only 40%of patients with UA develop rheumatoid arthritis(RA)after 3 *** predictive markers at disease onset for further intervention is ***,our objective was to analyze the clinical outcomes of UA and ascertain the predictors for RA ***:We performed a prospective,multi-center study from January 2013 to October 2016 among Chinese patients diagnosed with UA in 22 tertiary-care *** and serological parameters were obtained at ***-up was undertaken in all patients every 12 weeks for 2 *** factors of disease progression were identified using multivariate Cox proportional hazards ***:A total of 234 patients were recruited in this study,and 17(7.3%)patients failed to follow up during the *** the 217 patients who completed the study,83(38.2%)patients went into *** patients who developed RA had a higher rheumatoid factor(RF)-positivity(42.9%vs.16.8%,χ^2=8.228,P=0.008),anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP)antibodypositivity(66.7%vs.10.7%,χ^2=43.897,Phan those who did ***-CCP antibody but not RF was an independent predictor for RA development(hazard ratio 18.017,95%confidence interval:5.803–55.938;P<0.001).Conclusion:As an independent predictor of RA,anti-CCP antibody should be tested at disease onset in all patients with UA.

目的检测126株临床分离的耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌中mecA、mecI和mecR1基因分布与变异。方法采用多重PCR的方法,使用11条特异性的引物,分别检测mecA、mecI和mecR1基因最易发生突变的位点。结果126株临床分离的耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌均检测到mecA基因,阳性率100.0%,3株发现在与引物P1退火的区域发生突变,2株在mecA基因的内切酶ClaI区域发生变异,39株未发现在mecI和mecR1基因内发生突变,42株发现在mecR1基因的跨膜区(PB domain)发生突变,mecR1基因青霉素结合区发生突变18株,27株发生mecI基因的缺失,9株同时发生mecI和mecR1基因缺失。结论研究结果表明,mecA基因在耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌中比较稳定,较少发生突变,mecI和mecR1基因容易发生缺失,检测临床分离的耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌中mecA、mecI和mecR1基因的分布和变异对于正确分析和解释耐药性的结果、追踪耐药菌株来源有重要意义。

慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染(chronic hepatitis B infection,CHB)诱导肝细胞的染色体超倍化(包括非整倍化和多倍化)及染色体不稳定性,是导致原发性肝细胞癌(primary hepatocytic carcinoma,HCC)发生的主要原因之一.尽管肝细胞对于正常条件下染色体复制的多倍体化具有调节作用,但对于CHB引起的超倍化难以调节从而致癌.研究表明,乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)使得多条信号途径如PLK1/PRC1失调,诱导肝细胞染色体超倍化并发生恶性转化.本论文综述了HBV感染诱导肝细胞染色体超倍化导致肝癌发生的机制以及靶向染色体超倍化药物研究的最新进展.

调查发现香榧优良品种细榧中存在多个不同来源的类型。通过对香榧年生长规律的观察,特别是对种核、叶片形态的详细调查,结果证明在浙江省香榧主产区内,细榧中至少包括以下4个优良类型:细核型细榧(东榧1号)、细核早熟型细榧(东榧2号)、小叶型细榧(东榧3号)和大叶型细榧(普通细榧)。分子标记进一步证实了这些细榧类型的实际存在。为了研究细榧内不同类型的形态区别,在种实、叶片形态观察中,首次引入了变化梯度概念。4个细榧类型不仅有稳定的形态特征,也有一定的环境条件和栽培技术要求,并已形成一定的栽培面积,获得了实际的经济效益。通过生长观察和形态调查,结合分子标记确定品种的做法,也为今后发掘更多的香榧优良资源提供了可供借鉴的方法。

研究了双瑞利衰落模型下采用车辆中继技术的车际通信系统的差错性能。分析了系统端到端接收信噪比的统计特性,给出了系统最佳功率分配系数求解结果;利用基于矩生成函数的方法导出了采用M阶调制的协作车际通信系统平均误符号率ASER下界的通用表达式;给出了系统差错概率Chernoff一致界的求解方法。仿真结果表明,在车-车通信中采用车辆中继技术可以减小系统的ASER;分析得出的ASER下界值与其精确值间的差异随着信噪比的增大而缓慢增大;下界值和Chernoff上界值确定了系统ASER的取值范围;在协作IVC系统中采用最佳功率分配比等功率分配方法最大可节省3 dB的发射功率。

Ab initio quantum simulation of strongly correlated materials with quantum embedding

Quantum computing has shown great potential in various quantum chemical applications such as drug discovery,material design,and catalyst *** significant progress has been made in the quantum simulation of simple molecules,ab initio simulation of solid-state materials on quantum computers is still in its early stage,mostly owing to the fact that the system size quickly becomes prohibitively large when approaching the thermodynamic *** this work,we introduce an orbital-based multifragment approach on top of the periodic density matrix embedding theory,resulting in a significantly smaller problem size for the current near-term quantum *** demonstrate the accuracy and efficiency of our method compared with the conventional methodologies and experiments on solid-state systems with complex electronic *** include spin-polarized states of a hydrogen chain(1D-H),the equation of state of a boron nitride layer(h-BN)as well as the magnetic ordering in nickel oxide(NiO),a prototypical strongly correlated *** results suggest that quantum embedding combined with a chemically intuitive fragmentation can greatly advance quantum simulation of realistic materials,thereby paving the way for solving important yet classically hard industrial problems on near-term quantum devices.
