Estimation of gaussian overlapping nuclear pulse parameters based on a deep learning LSTM model

A long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network has excellent learning ability applicable to time series of nuclear pulse *** can accurately estimate parameters associated with amplitude,time,and so on,in digitally shaped nuclear pulse signals—especially signals from overlapping *** learning the mapping relationship between gaussian overlapping pulses after digital shaping and exponential pulses before shaping,the shaping parameters of the overlapping exponential nuclear pulses can be estimated using the LSTM ***,the gaussian overlapping nuclear pulse(ONP)parameters which need to be estimated received gaussian digital shaping treatment,after superposition by multiple exponential nuclear ***,a dataset containing multiple samples was produced,each containing a sequence of sample values from gaussian ONP,after digital shaping,and a set of shaping parameters from exponential pulses before digital ***,the Training Set in the dataset was used to train the LSTM *** these datasets,the values sampled from the gaussian ONP were used as the input data for the LSTM model,and the pulse parameters estimated by the current LSTM model were calculated by forward ***,the loss function was used to calculate the loss value between the network-estimated pulse parameters and the actual pulse ***,a gradient-based optimization algorithm was applied,to feedback the loss value and the gradient of the loss function to the neural network,to update the weight of the LSTM model,thereby achieving the purpose of training the ***,the sampled value of the gaussian ONP for which the shaping parameters needed to be estimated was used as the input data for the LSTM *** this,the LSTM model produced the required nuclear pulse parameter *** summary,experimental results showed that the proposed method overcame the defect of local convergence encountered in traditional methods and could accurately extract para

Simulating Eastern-and Central-Pacific Type ENSO Using a Simple Coupled Model

Severe biases exist in state-of-the-art general circulation models（gCMs） in capturing realistic central-Pacific（CP） El Nino structures. At the same time, many observational analyses have emphasized that thermocline（TH） feedback and zonal advective（za） feedback play dominant roles in the development of eastern-Pacific（EP） and CP El Nino-Southern Oscillation（ENSO）, respectively. In this work, a simple linear air-sea coupled model, which can accurately depict the strength distribution of the TH and za feedbacks in the equatorial Pacific, is used to investigate these two types of El Nino. The results indicate that the model can reproduce the main characteristics of CP ENSO if the TH feedback is switched off and the za feedback is retained as the only positive feedback, confirming the dominant role played by za feedback in the development of CP ENSO. Further experiments indicate that, through a simple nonlinear control approach, many ENSO characteristics,including the existence of both CP and EP El Nino and the asymmetries between El Nino and La Nina, can be successfully captured using the simple linear air-sea coupled model. These analyses indicate that an accurate depiction of the climatological sea surface temperature distribution and the related za feedback, which are the subject of severe biases in gCMs, is very important in simulating a realistic CP El Nino.

为解决机收膜杂含土率高的问题,设计了一种滚筒式机收膜杂除土装置,对装置内物料进行动力学分析,确定了该装置的基本参数。在此基础上,以滚筛转速、喂料速度、滚筛倾角和叶片螺距为试验因素,以除土率、漏膜率和工作效率为评价指标进行了四因素五水平的响应面试验,分析了各因素对膜土分离作业性能的影响规律,获得了最佳组合参数如下:滚筛转速为24.90 r/min、喂料速度为11.52 kg/min、滚筛倾角为-2°、叶片螺距为699.99 mm。在该条件下验证试验结果如下:除土率为92.48%、漏膜率为1.90‰、工作效率为7.61 kg/min,试验响应指标预测值与验证试验指标间误差分别为2.15%、5.79%、2.63%,表明所构建模型具有较好的预测可靠性,相关研究可为机收膜杂除土技术提供一定参考和理论支撑。

目的探究大花红景天中杞柳苷(salipurposide,Sali)、红景天苷(salidroside,Sal)、异柳糖苷(isotachioside,Isota)对人胚肺成纤维二倍体细胞(2BS)衰老调控作用及可能机制。方法显微镜下观察并选取年轻28代龄2BS(28PD)细胞和衰老50代龄2BS(50PD)细胞。MTT试验测定1.25,2.5,5.0,7.5,10.0μmol·L^(–1) Sal,2.5,5.0,7.5,10.0,12.5μmol·L^(–1) Sali以及Isota对50PD细胞活性的影响。根据MTT结果,5.0μmol·L^(–1) Sal和10.0μmol·L^(–1) Sali、Isota用于进行后续实验。28PD和50PD细胞分为28PD组、50PD组、50PD+Sali组、50PD+Sal组、50PD+Isota组,各组相应药物干预24 h。测定细胞衰老相关β-半乳糖苷酶(senescence associated-beta-galactosidae,SA-β-gal)表达情况,细胞丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(glutathione peroxidase,gSH-PX)活性情况,实时荧光定量PCR和蛋白质印迹法分别测定细胞磷脂酰肌醇三羟基激酶(phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase,PI3K)、蛋白激酶B(AKT)、组蛋白去乙酰化酶2(histone deacetylase 2,HDAC2)的mRNA表达以及PI3K、磷酸AKT(p-AKT)、HDAC2蛋白表达情况。结果与28PD组比较,50PD组细胞SA-β-gal表达增加,MDA、ROS含量增加,SOD、gSH-PX活性降低,PI3K、AKT、HDAC2的mRNA以及相应蛋白表达降低(Pgal表达显著降低(PgSH-PX活性显著提高(Pgal表达,其作用可能与抑制氧化应激、调控PI3K/AKT-HDAC2轴表达有关。

Background:China is one of 22 countries with a high tuberculosis(TB)burden in the *** workers(HCWs)have a high risk of contracting Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection due to insufficient infection control *** conducted a cross-sectional study to explore the prevalence of TB and its associated risk factors among HCWs in Chinese TB ***:Two hundred and forty-one TB facilities employing a total of 9663 HCWs were selected from 12 provinces in China to represent healthcare settings at the provincial,prefectural,and county *** questionnaires were used to collect information on TB infection control practices and HCWs in those *** was double entered into EpiData 3.1;TB prevalence and associated risk factors were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 with bivariate and multivariate regression ***:The results showed that 71 HCWs had been diagnosed with TB,accounting for a prevalence of 760/*** multivariate analysis showed that associated risk factors included belonging to the age group of 51 years and above(aOR:6.17,95%CI:1.35-28.28),being a nurse(aOR=3.09,95%CI:1.15-8.32),implementation of 0-9 items of management measures(aOR=2.57,95%CI:1.37-4.80),and implementation of 0-1 items of ventilation measures(aOR=2.42,95%CI:1.31-4.47).Conclusion:This was the first national large sampling survey on TB prevalence among HCWs in *** was found that the implementation of TB infection control practices in some facilities was *** TB prevalence in HCWs was higher than that in the general ***,TB infection control practices in Chinese medical facilities should be strengthened.

目的研发关于疼痛药物剂量设置微信小程序,并测试其可用性。目的2020年1-2月,根据临床需求组建团队研发。3-4月,采用方便抽样法行预实验,选取某三甲医院的医生和护士各20名,分别使用该小程序和传统计算器进行不同阿片类药物的剂量转换(医生)及患者自控镇痛泵的药物参数设置(护士)各400次,比较所需时间及正确性,并采用易用性量表(USE)评价小程序。目的医生、护士运用小程序计算的准确率为100%,均高于传统方法(p<0.01);计算所需时间均快于传统方法(p<0.01);医生和护士USE量表的平均得分分别为6.56±0.20分、6.60±0.19分。目的研发的小程序为医生转换疼痛药物剂量提供参考,满足护士对镇痛泵参数的准确计算和设置的需求,医护人员的接受度较高,可用性好。

Phylogenetic analysis of 48 gene families revealing relationships between Hagfishes, Lampreys, and gnathostomata

It has become clear that the extant vertebrates are divided into three major groups, that is, hagfishes, lampreys, and jawed vertebrates. Morphological and molecular studies, however, have resulted in conflicting views with regard to their interrelationships. To clarify the phylogenetic relationships between them, 48 orthologous protein-coding gene families were analyzed. Even as the analysis of 34 nuclear gene families supported the monophyly of cyclostomes, the analysis of 14 mitochondrial gene families suggested a closer relationship between lampreys and gnathostomes compared to hagfishes. Lampreys were sister group of gnathostomes. The results of this study supported the cyclostomes. Choice of outgroup, tree-making methods, and software may affect the phylogenetic prediction, which may have caused much debate over the subject. Development of new methods for tackling such problems is still necessary.

Chemical constituents and antibacterial activities of Aspidistra typica

In the present investigation, we carried a phytochemical study of an ethanol-soluble extract from the root barks of Aspidistra typica Baill., a traditional food and herb medicine, leading to the isolation of four different kinds of compounds, including one benzene substituted coumarin, two organic phosphonic compounds, and one xanthone. The novel benzene substituted coumarin typicacoumarin A(1) was a new type of coumarin, and the two new organic phosphonic compounds, typicalphosphine A(2) and typicalphosphine B(3) were isolated for the first time, and their structures were elucidated by spectral techniques, viz.1 D, 2 D NMR spectra and HR-ESI-MS. The xanthone compound typicaxanthone A(4) was discovered from nature for the first time. The two new organic phosphonic chlorides(2, 3) showed stronger antibacterial activities, which were comparable to berberine hydrochloride. And typicaxanthone A(4) showed much stronger antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli ATCC-25922 bacterial strain, while typicacoumarin A(1) showed moderate antibacterial activities, weaker than berberine hydrochloride.

Enhanced Antioxidant Capacities in vivo Caused by the Change in Key Constituent of Terminalia chebula Retz. Treated with Tibet Traditional Process

In order to investigate the chemical-biological relationship caused by the special processing technology,the constituent＇s content and antioxidant capacity in vivo of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud processing Terminalia chebula Retz. have been tested. Taking T. chebula Retz. as control,the content of gallic acid is analyzed with high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method. The results show that the increase of gallic acid concentration from 4.54% to 7.46% leads to enhancement of the antioxidant capacities in vivo of the E. fischeriana Steud processing T. chebula Retz. The significant antioxidant capacity in vivo（p〈0.05） of the processed product possesses is better than the unprocessed herb. Its superoxide dismutase（SOD）and malondia-ldehyde（MDA） contents in serum,the MDA content in liver can match the effects of vitamine E when administered at high dosage.
