Cyclic polymers are a class of polymers that feature endless topology,and the synthesis of cyclic polymers has attracted the attention of many ***,cyclic polymers were efficiently constructed by self-folding cyclization technique at high *** poly((oligo(ethylene glycol)acrylate)-co-(dodecyl acrylate))(P(OEGA-co-DDA))precursors with different ratios of hydrophilic and hydrophobic moieties were synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer(RAFT)polymerization using a bifunctional chain transfer agent with two anthryl end *** amphiphilic linear precursors underwent the self-folding process to generate polymeric nanoparticles in *** irradiating the aqueous solution of the nanoparticles with 365 nm UV light,cyclic polymers were synthesized successfully via coupling of anthryl *** effects of the ratios of hydrophilic and hydrophobic moieties in linear P(OEGA-co-DDA)copolymers and polymer concentration on the purity of the obtained cyclic polymers were explored in detail via ^(1)H nuclear magnetic resonance(^(1)H NMR),dynamic light scattering(DLS),UV‒visible(vis)analysis,three-detection size exclusion chromatography(TD-SEC)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).It was found that by adjusting the content of the hydrophilic segments in linear precursors,single chain polymeric nanoparticles(SCPNs)can be generated at high polymer ***,cyclic polymers with high purity can be constructed *** method overcomes the limitation of traditional ring-closure method,which is typically conducted in highly dilute conditions,providing an efficient method for the scalable preparation of cyclic polymers.

BACKGROUND In transradial intervention procedures,poor back-up support and noncoaxial alignment of the guide catheter(GC)may result in failure of the balloon or stent to reach the targeted *** to provide extra back-up support using the original GC and wire can improve procedural success with reduced complications.A rapid exchange guide extension catheter provides convenient and efficient back-up support while preserving the initial GC and inserted *** To evaluate the efficacy and safety of rapid exchange extension catheter in the treatment of type B2/C nonocclusive coronary lesions via the radial *** A total of 135 patients with type B2/C nonocclusive lesions who were treated via the transradial approach were enrolled in the *** clinical characteristics,indications for use of the rapid exchange extension catheter,and procedural details and results were reviewed and *** procedure-related complications and major adverse cardiovascular events were recorded during the in-hospital stay and follow-up *** The most common indication for the use of a rapid exchange extension catheter was vascular tortuosity(37.8%),followed by heavy calcification(28.9%),long lesions(20.0%),proximal stent(6.7%),in-stent restenosis(5.2%),and coronary origin anomalies(1.5%).The following technologies failed in passing targeted lesions before delivering the rapid exchange catheter:Multiple predilatation technique(57%),buddy wire technique(33.4%),balloon anchoring technique (5.9%), and cutting balloon modification (3.7%). The mean depth of the extensioncatheter intubation was 20.56 ± 13.05 mm, and the mean rapid exchange catheterservice time was 18.9 ± 9.7 min. The mean length and diameter of stents were 33.5± 14.4 mm and 2.75 ± 0.45 mm, respectively. A potential superhard o-BC_4 N with Imm2 space group is identified by ab initio evolutionary methodology using CALYPSO code. The structural, electronic and mechanical properties of o-BC_4N are investigated. The elastic calculations indicate that o-BC_4N is mechanically stable. The phonon dispersions imply that this phase is dynamically stable under ambient conditions. The structure of o-BC_4N is more energetically favorable than o-BC_4N above the pressure of 25.1 GPa. Here o-BC_4N is a semiconductor with an indirect band gap of about 3.95 eV, and the structure is highly incompressible with a bulk modulus of 396.3 GPa and shear modulus of 456.0 GPa. The mechanical failure mode of o-BC_4N is dominated by the shear type. The calculated peak stress of 58.5 GPa in the(100)[001] shear direction sets an upper bound for its ideal strength. The Vickers hardness of o-BC_4N reaches 78.7 GPa, which is greater than that of t-BC_4N and bc-BC_4N proposed recently, confirming that o-BC_4N is a potential superhard material.

The potential for reducing greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions and energy consumption in wastewater treatment can be realized through intelligent control,with machine learning(ML)and multimodality emerging as a promising ***,we introduce an ML technique based on multimodal strategies,focusing specifically on intelligent aeration control in wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs).The generalization of the multimodal strategy is demonstrated on eight ML *** results demonstrate that this multimodal strategy significantly enhances model indicators for ML in environmental science and the efficiency of aeration control,exhibiting exceptional performance and *** random forest with visual models achieves the highest accuracy in forecasting aeration quantity in multimodal models,with a mean absolute percentage error of 4.4%and a coefficient of determination of *** testing in a full-scale plant reveals that the multimodal model can reduce operation costs by 19.8%compared to traditional fuzzy control *** potential application of these strategies in critical water science domains is *** foster accessibility and promote widespread adoption,the multimodal ML models are freely available on GitHub,thereby eliminating technical barriers and encouraging the application of artificial intelligence in urban wastewater treatment.

This paper attempts to explore the decoupling relationship and its drivers between industrial economic increase and energy-related CO_(2) emissions(ICE). Firstly, the decoupling relationship was evaluated by Tapio index. Then, based on the DEA meta-frontier theory framework which taking into account the regional and industrial heterogeneity and index decomposition method, the driving factors of decoupling process were explored mainly from the view of technology and efficiency. The results show that during2000-2019, weak decoupling was the primary state. Investment scale expansion was the largest reason hindering decoupling process of industrial increase from ICE. Both energy saving and production technology achieved significant progress, which facilitated the decoupling process. Simultaneously, the energy technology gap and production technology gap among regions have been narrowed, and played a role in promoting decoupling process. On the contrary, both scale economy efficiency and pure technical efficiency have inhibiting effects on decoupling process. The former indicates that the scale economy of China's industry was not conducive to improve energy efficiency and production efficiency, while the latter indicates that resource misallocation problem may exist in both energy market and product market.

A novel design of micro-aluminum(μAl)powder coated with bi-/tri-component alloy layer,such as:Ni-P and Ni-P-Cu(namely,Al@Ni-P,Al@Ni-P-Cu,respectively),as combustion catalysts,were introduced to release its huge energy inside Al-core and promote rapid pyrolysis of ammonium perchlorate(AP)at a lower temperature in aluminized *** microstructure of Al@Ni-P-Cu demonstrates that a three-layer Ni-P-Cu shell,with the thickness of~100 nm,is uniformly supported byμAl carrier(fuel unit),which has an amorphous surface with a thickness of~2.3 nm(catalytic unit).The peak temperature of AP with the addition of Al@Ni-P-Cu(3.5%)could significantly drop to 316.2℃ at high-temperature thermal decomposition,reduced by 124.3℃,in comparison to that of pure AP with 440.5℃.It illustrated that the introduction of Al@Ni-P-Cu could weaken or even eliminate the obstacle of AP pyrolysis due to its reduction of activation energy with 118.28 kJ/*** laser ignition results showed that the ignition delay time of Al@Ni-P-Cu/AP mixture with 78 ms in air is shorter than that of Al@Ni-P/AP(118 ms),decreased by 33.90%.Those astonishing breakthroughs were attributed to the synergistic effects of adequate active sites on amorphous surface and oxidation exothermic reactions(7597.7 J/g)of Al@Ni-P-Cu,resulting in accelerated mass and/or heat transfer rate to catalyze AP pyrolysis and ***,it is believed to provide an alternative Al-based combustion catalyst for propellant designer,to promote the development the propellants toward a higher energy.

As the need for energy storage devices escalates,aqueous zincion batteries(ZIBs)have risen as a promising alternative to the widely used Li-ion batteries,offering intrinsic safety,environmental compatibility,and cost advantages,positioning them as attractive energy storage systems for the future[1,2].However,challenges such as dendrite growth on Zn anodes,stemming from uneven electric fields on the surface and active water side reactions,compromise cycling stability and lifespan,posing significant hurdles for the practical application of ZIBs[3,4].To mitigate these issues,strategies like electrolyte optimization,artificial solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)layers,and current collector modifications have been proposed[5,6].Nevertheless,most long-cycle experiments are conducted at low current densities and deposition capacities,with high current density and capacity operations typically lasting less than 1000 h[7].

Recently,vehicles have experienced a rise in networking and informatization,leading to increased security *** the most widely used automotive bus network,the Controller Area Network(CAN)bus is vulnerable to attacks,as security was not considered in its original *** paper proposes SIDuBzip2,a traffic anomaly detection method for the CAN bus based on the bzip2 compression *** proposed method utilizes the pseudo-periodic characteristics of CAN bus traffic,constructing time series of CAN IDs and calculating the similarity between adjacent time series to identify abnormal *** method consists of three parts:the conversion of CAN ID values to characters,the calculation of similarity based on bzip2 compression,and the optimal solution of model *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed SIDuBzip2 method effectively detects various attacks,including Denial of Service,replay,basic injection,mixed injection,and suppression *** addition,existing CAN bus traffic anomaly detection methods are compared with the proposed method in terms of performance and delay,demonstrating the feasibility of the proposed method.
